Respected sir / madam,
On 11th october 2021 we purchased at pothys trichy branch we didn't receive 2 pants for which we have paid each costing 670. The bill packing number for this is f413 and the totall amount of that particular bill is 6964. We are resident of madurai came for a condolence in trichy that is when we purchased at trichy pothys and after the condolence we reached madurai today and after while checking the purchased items these 2 pants were missing for which we have paid Also. Please take immediate action on this matter

    I had made a purchase from pothy's for jewelry worth 3k which turned out to be of extremely cheap quality, I want to return the product as it is along with its original tags and get my refund.

    ***As it is, Pasted from Pothy's policy page.
    However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
    ** The refund process will be initiated through NEFT. And the duration for refund will be 10 working days.

    I just want my refund of returning their product.

          We purchased 5 sarees worth 28075 from Pothys Whatsapp Call. From the 5 sarees four of the sarees are defective. They are not ready to give us our money back nor provide an exchange of these sarees. Basically looted us by giving us cheap and defective sarees. Can share only one picture but the same time of defect is present in all the sarees.

            We purchased kids night dress in the pothys chromepet on sept 10 2021.. we bought nearly 5 night dress in banian cloth.. all the pants got teared at the leg joint on the day of wearing itself.. it's not about stitching.. the material quality is soo unworthy that as soon as the kid stretches the leflg, the joints in the pants teared.. I want this complaint to be addressed and either refund the money or give me a good return

              We have bought jeans on 27th August and length to be adjusted .They told to come next day but till now nobody lifting the Landline and We did not expect irresponsible approach by Pothys.

                My husband and I visited Ernakulam pothys today evening to buy clothes for Onam. However in the men's billing section the cashier told us to swipe our card. After entering the code, he got up saying there was a network issue and range problem and made us swipe our card again. Since we were still purchasing we couldn't check our netbanking and also we didn't expect such a fraud from a prestigious organization such as pothys. But after reaching home we discovered that money was debited twice. Rs 1295/- was debited twice. We would like to have that refunded. My husband will visit your store tomorrow for the same. Disappointed with the whole situation. Ruined our experience with Pothys as well.

                  I have been to pothys bangalore kg Road for saree shopping, I am very sure I carried a helmet while entering the shop, after returning back I left my helmet in shop itself, I called today morning 12th August, but they said they don't have any helmet. This is discussing, very poor customer service, staff are taking customers belongings. Please resolve this. You can check in cc tv as well I entered shop holding helmet in my hand it's in green color.

                        Today I went to pothys chennai, I ordered a tea in cafeteria, person in billing asked Rs 20, I asked him why 20, used to pay 10 before corona, he answered that they changed from 10 to 20 now, I shocked and felt very bad about pothys management, within Six month how one can increase the rate 100 percent

                        They opened the cafeteria for customers to refresh while they purchase?

                        But they are now greedy to earn money only not customers

                        Dress prices also very expensive

                              I have purchased via WhatsApp online shopping and I paid for my package fee plus customs here. When I received my items I got one chudithar was damaged I have messaged them and they said it’s not damaged and nothing wrong with it even I send so many pictures they saying it’s material is like that I never saw material like that in my life. I am trying upload so many pictures but it’s not allowing me. Back side fully damage in the front some stone is damaged and front also have material issue.

                                I visited Trivandrum Pothys today morning. After purchasing my items from the stationary (vegetables) section, I went to the billing desk. Multiple staffs were crowding near the bill section billing their own items and continuously wasting everyone's time by talking on and on with the billing staff. Also there wasn't sufficient social distancing which when I enquired why aren't they maintaining social distancing they got silent. Please try to make sure that the staff aren't crowding on the billing section like that often and try not to keep other customers in waiting cause they have places to be.

                                  This is in reference to bill no DC95 dated 9th July generated from pothys Madurai store whereby we purchased 4 silk sarees today amounting to INR 15660 and despite confirming to us that blouses are not packed by salesman and charged in full no blouses are packed.
                                  I am very upset with this approach & it simply spoil the image of pothys brand.
