Dear GM,
Pothys Bangalore

I had purchase a Saree from your Bangalore store on 4/5/2022.
The bill is attached below for reference .
After wearing the same for once only it was found that the saree is getting torn from various places .
The silk threads have become so fragile that it lost all its strength . Multiple areas got torn like paper .
The saree costed me 21741 and how come the quality is so bad that it is getting torn from various places .
It is evident and clear that the fabric and threads is of very poor quality .
I had purchased from Pothys even last month quality is never an issue .

This specific saree must be having some defect with the quality of the silk .

I need solution wherein I can return this and buy another against credit note to be issued to me .

Hi i recently ordered some groceries from pothys hyper chennai chromepet. I added all the items to cart and i selected pay on delivery. i got message saying order placed. its been 2 days, i keep enquiring them regarding same but no response, today when i connected they are saying order new. The online manager Nivas iss very unethical and unpolite. he didnt even try to understand my problem . My question was wht if i paid the money. He is lethargically saying we ll refund only u ask

I shopped at Trichy and spent about RS50, 000/-. The cashier at the floor I spent the monies was not able to upload the points into my card.. He asked me to approach the customer care at the ground floor. The care officers (I) said that the system was down, (I) can’ t upload as I had enjoyed some discount. Such inconsistent information given without any verification or explanation. When I said that was not what was informed to me, she kept insisting that she was correct. I didn’t want to argue with her. I have my principles, I said I will not shop at POTHYs any longer and returned my card to them . Of course there is no loss to POTHYs because of one customer like me, but sad to see such a large shopping centre has staff who are untrained, unprincipled and do not know what they are doing. I may have lost my inherited points or what I would have got today, but it is the principle of it

On 28.09.2023, we visit Puducherry pothys purchased some garments and go to super market on that time my baby by mistake take some small green grapes and that place one lady staff ( name Parvathi) rudely take back the grapes for my baby .. After that rudely informed me not for eat only for sales we say sorry. We purchased some groceries and vegetables we go for billing same lady staff came and gave the bill Rs.11.40 for grapes.. we ask why, his said that your baby eated grapes charges.. We are very badly disappointed at that moment.
We said this is not the way to handle the customer.. And also inform raise the complaint for your name, his said that my name Parvathi go to complaint anyone, and no one can do anything to me..

Hello, I am shopping once a week at your pothys SUPERMARKET You have been giving me bags for so many days now you are saying that I have to pay for it. I buy five bags of stuff in one go. I buy approx 6000 to 1000 items and your supermarket now asks me to pay for bags when I buy items.When I bought it today, it was more than five bags and I spent almost 40 rupees on the bag alone So look at your retention of your customers Why can't you when the Saravana store in front of you gives you a bag for free

I made a bulk purchase of sarees recently to gift my relatives and got a complaint from them the saree we gave is damaged one. It was very embarrassing moment to us to hear that. We really felt very bad about this as we thought quality of pothys dress will be good.

In Trivandrum pothys, yesterday I visited men shirt collection where I tried 7-8 cloths but dint choose anything. Upon leaving, one staff named Vijayakumar ( handicapped staff) called me in harsh tone questioning why I dint choose and simply came . I reported this to floor manager but seemingly supporting his staff . It came as a surprise to me the way they treat customers.

I request you to take this matter for his harsh behaviour.

Please note that most of the liquid items are on higher price than the market rate. GST will be added on top of this higher charged.

Today we had reached kochin pothys store. After paying the bill amount we are waiting for the items..We received some items but 2 items are missed out by them.. We suddenly informed the superisor he checked there he can not find the missed items from there. We are from Guruvayoor(Thrissur District- kerala). After discussion with the senior officer we got the amount refund.. But we are not satisfied with that service.. The reason is that we lost our effort, time for selecting the particular items.. We had informed if the item is identified there please courier the item to my address and marked the address in the back side of the bill. Unfortunetly i lost trust upon your company. Kindly note this issue and this case do not repeat to other cistomers also. Thank you

Pothys Chrompet - Women's Jeans Section(3rd Floor): The Service person is hesitant to even show up the Jean pieces. There were so many straight fit jeans but even after pointing out n asking they are simply not even showing them, telling that there is no size and stuff...sizes might slightly vary for different brands..only if tried it can be found out. Service should help customers and shouldn't intimidate them. This is so disappointing.

Went to potty’s to buy tops. I was quite clear what to buy. The customer service lady pitched in and asked me what size I told her the size, then she gives me unwanted advice to try new size and asked me whether I am conceiving . I said no. She smiled and said oh is it normal. This is body shaming. No one asked her to suggest and neither was I that obese too. Teach ur employees what to talk.for their whims and fancies we are not hear to listen.

Order No. ODD202476. Booked on 05/07/23. After 4 days follow-up, Item received on 09/07/23. The packet filled with rotted fruits and water.
Received mosambi instead of oranges. Ladies finger, Keerai and guava - 3 Kg all are waste material . Waste material received for Rs. 600.
I dont want this type of waste materials.
Bad quality products. I never this type of online shopping. Kindly take back the material and refund the amount.
This is my first order. Total time waste and waste of money

On 16.06.2023 at 12.40 pm I bought provisions worth Rs. 983.00 from your Thiruvananthapuram outlet from the department store, I picked up 9 items and gave it to a counter for billing. A bill was raised for Rs.983.00 and the items were put in a bag by the staff at the counter. I took the bag as usual I didn't cross check. When I reached home and unpacked the items, I realized that one item was missing. Cuticura soap (pack of 3) worth Rs. 117.60 was missing. The fraud happened at the counter. The guy who putting the items in the cover must have taken it without my knowledge. I was planning to come and complaint directly. These kind of staffs will only bring bad name to your company.
Please arrange to return back the stolen item.

When purchasing things from laganga and from bra section as well. The employee's responsiveness and service was poor. And they were bit rude and lied about the product not available thinking that we didn't have the purchasing capacity. This poor management of staff really makes your pothys brand cheap . Try to adapt from your competitors Sridevi, they are more of a prestigiousstore than you in and out.

I have ordered geek robo cook on may 5 and also purchased many items around 25, 000/-
We bought 1 robo cook and 1 more ricecooker was ordered, they told they will deleiver within 3 to 4 days but there is no response from the manager or sales person or geek incharge

I am doing regular calls and no response from them from past 3 to 4 days
They responded before and informed they will call with an hour but no response later

Very bad experience ever
I need to raisea complaint on the manager with very bad experience and sales person Suganthi and no quick response on kabilan

Feeling very bad to purchase in pothys without preferring another store

Please try to acknowledge the issue
