My wife and daughter (Age1.5yrs) had travelled from pune - nagpur on 13 aug 2019, pnr[protected], they have to travel from pune to nagpur 14 hrs journey without blanket and bedsheet in ac, even behavior of driver was very worst, despite being sorry he has insulted my family in nagpur and says jo karna hai kar lo, is this kind of services u r giving to customer

Now i want strong action against driver otherwise i will lead this case to consumer court

I have booked bus for pune PNR no was 99351523 bus canceled then i am shifted in earlier bus. And bus failed in middle of journey and no support from Technical team, I want my money back or I will see u in consumer court.

I am traveling by bus no mh14cw3363 on today 24.8.19. from khamgaon to pune by purple grand. The bus driver is carrying petrol in one litre bottle which is not safe. The driver has risked everyone s life. I think the driver is not following safety rules.

Please look into the matter.

Im travelling from 2 years in purple bus.. never come on time and wait for 20 mins in every stop..mumbai to pune.. due to heavy traffic it never reach and lot of waiting it never reach on time
