I have registered a complain regarding prestige induction cooker. My complain id is luck1627919. I have done numberes calls regarding my complain. But, there is no action. Every time service center promised that today we will send our engineering. All my calls are paid (not free) and also west my time. It is very horable and shameful experience for me. Today, i fell that purchasing of prestige product is the biggest mistake of an indian.

    Hey hi i am vivek kumar 3 month before i purchase one prestige presure coocker from metro case carry, In this product having 10 year wanrranty . Till purchase date to today my coocker is not working fine . I send my presure coocker to service center but they are by using hammer and stone they fixed the problem . But at that time i rold this is not right way to provide solution, They said your problem is solved then i come back to my house then use it the problem again accuring. Because i have 10 year warranty i want replacement, Other wise thay guys again did same thing and how many time i have to visit service center for same thing. Please help me i am very middle level service person.

      DEAR SIR, MY Self Babu bhai Chawda we brought some home & electronics items from Vijay sale (Borivali - Mumbai) which includes AC / Food Processors & Prestige gas stove . We dont have any issue in any purchased items except Prestige gas stove as per Vijay sales Representative person shoould come very next day after delivery but 25 day has passed still no person has come for gas installation. However whenever we called to Vijay sales (Customer care ) they always give assurance that person will come today or tomorrow but still no one has come kindly look into this matter and resolve on urgent basis.         I was buy the Pic 1.0 Mini on 6 months back. Two month's back it gets repaired. I was raise the Complaint to Customer care.That time they are repaired and handover to me with in 4 days. on few days back again i got the same isse.Again i raise the Comaplaint and handover my product to Customer care.             I bought a prestige centrifugal juicer on 15/08/2014 with one year warranty from Steel house pollachi, coimbatore dist, Tamilnadu. The product motor was not working from 04/06/2015. We gave the product for service to authorised service center in pollachi. They kept the product without touching it for 6 months and replied us, the spare parts are being shipped from company. Now on 03/12/2015 they returned the juicer without reparing and said that they cannot repair it. The warranty period is over. And i am sure the seller and servie center cheated me. Delaying the service and saying warranty is over. The juicer is a very low quality product and you will loss ur money for sure. Please DONT BUY this product.

                This was purchased on Flipkart (online in July). For the past month, the grooves that turn the blades (in the jar) and in the body of the mixer are shredding with each use, even i[censored]sed for 10 seconds at the speed of 1. The grinder blades are not moving at all, and the mixie motor often makes very different noises. It is impossible to locate the contact number of a authorised service centre on the internet and the booklet shares a very far off address but no contact. date of purchase: 15.07.2015

                  Hi, I had given a vegetable cutter for a broken tie (elastic spring had worn out) repair at HSR Layout branch (within BDA complex). The expected service return date (ETA) was 7 days and they had promised me to return it after service on Friday (On the 3rd of July, 2015). However, when I called them up on Friday, they told me that their technician hasn't turned up (its been a week) and that I would get the product on Monday. I am filing this complaint today (Tuesday, the 7th of July, 2015) as I am getting the same response from them. They have no courtesy to even call the customer and update the status of the product that they have taken down for repair. It is such as atrocious behavior from them along with the most pathetic service ever seen. Thanks You, Shyam

                    I bought a mixer grinder from the shop Namrata.in Bhavnagar in April 2014.its warranty period is for two year.the product never functioned welI.I took it to the shop they repaire.But after every ten days there is another fault in the product.So now i am tired of this.again now it is in the shop..why should anybody buy a product which is not helping in work.therefore tell me what to do?                           We purchased gas table from the below authorised store on 17May2015 evening, and found it was defective one of the burn was not in use and complained to the store - the technician from prestige came and repaired the product and accepted it was defective due to non-presence at home no know how to approach, when it was asked storeperson to replace the product - refused to do so.                             My chimneys top mesh has broken and I am not able to use the device for last almost two months. The device is in guarantee period and will expire in another couple of months. A complaint has been raised on 14th of March and no one turned back even after making more than 10 calls to follow-up on the complaint. The response I got from Prestige was really despairing and irritating. I also tried to reach all the grievance contact given in their webpage, but of no use.                               I have Purchased the Prestige Deluxe Alpha 3.3 L Handi Shaped cooker, and it don't have ISI mark neither on the pressure cooker nor on the box in which it came. As it is higly advisable to but the cooker with ISI mark only so I am really worried now. Not sure why Prestige is selling its product without ISI standards. I really wonder now will it be safe to use this pressure cooker now? Please Help.

                                I have raised the complaint request on 15th Apr for the induction cook top, And after that day I have called more than 10 times, and every time customer care is saying that by evening you will get call from Service Centre, and I never got any call. Want to ask the question: When you will give the Service after Warranty expires? If you are not giving the Service under warranty, why are you mentioning on the policy that you will get 1years of Warranty at the time of purchase. Regards, Binod [protected]

                                  Our "Prestige Induction Cook Top" stopped working showing E5 error (after 2 years, 2 months). We took it to nearby "Prestige service center" located at Gulmohor Park Colony, Serilingampally, Hyderabad. The manager told us to come 4-5 days. We took the Induction back after paying IRS. 600. The induction didn't worked in home showing new error - E6. We took it back for repair. They took another 7 days. On, 15th March, The technician repaired it very quickly at around 8:00PM along with the manager, and packed it up for us. Next day, 16/03/2015, the it stopped working. We called the manager. He says to take it to another service center(15 Kms far), where they have repaired in the first time. We asked for the refund instead but he cut our call after telling us he would not refund or repair it. The money had been paid at his own shop on 8/03/2015. We have the bill and call recording for each event as proof. The prestige manager's no. is [protected].

                                    I had purchased prestige 1..8 L cooker on 13/7/2013 with a one year warranty.Post completion of one year, just in a week it showed issues while cooking. I had gone to the nearest customer service center wherein I was told the thermostat needs to be changed at cost of Rs 350;receipt attached (including service charges).In three months I starting facing the same issue . So I again sent the cooker to service center on 17th Jan with complaint reference number PUNE833735R.Post this within days same problem occured and 3rd time I had to send to the same service center on Feb 5th. Since then the cooker is in service center only and after getting some assurances from their end I visited the service thrice to check if the same issue is there.But the problem has not been still resolved. Is this a kind of bogus service you are running by means of which you are trying to pull out of money. For two months I have been struggling to get my applaince repaired at your authorized service center. The amount I am spending is sufficient enough to purchase a new one.Even I have tried to raise a complaint since Friday;but I am not receiving any feedback.Also, I am being kept on permanent hold at your payable call center. Kindly help me in resolution of my issue at the earliest as I have already spent too much money and there has been a very careless attitude from your end.

                                      My prestige induction cook top caught fire on 18.02.2015 and immediately a complain ( complaint no .HARY900403R) was lodged for this unusual accident. I requested to prestige to investigate the cause and compensate for the loss o[censored]nit and trauma and anxiety caused to my family for the fear of fire spreading to my house. The technician visited my house and expressed shock at such an incident and assured that he has recommended replacement of the unit and for other issue i may take up with the service centre. After this is did not heard any thing from prestige and their customer care centre was not having any updated information and referred me back to service centre. On constant efforts, i was able to reach service centre on 02.03.2015 and service centre plainly refused the replacement and intimated i have to bear the cost of repair etc. I was shocked how a reputed company can ignore such a major issue with their product and not address the issues and concerns of customer. It is requested to take up with prestige and suitable compensation be provided for shock and trauma my family has undergone. this is without prejudice of any legal course at my disposal.

                                        Today I bought prestige popular gasket for 2&3 litre prestige cooker. The MRP stated on it is ₹ 42 and they are selling it for ₹ 60 I asked them but they said that they are selling it for ₹ 60 So I want to complain about it. Shall I get my extra money I spend on it ? I collected a receipt also . So what shall we do ?
