In 2 years, one of the burners stopped working. its a month now.

I am told by the customer service manager that they have only sales in my area not service!!! why is there a prestige showroom close to my area if they cant provide service? I always thought sales and service go hand in hand....

Today 19/12/2016 morning my father was boiling milk suddenly ON/OFF button of front row first burner came out automatically and flame/fire came out through the switch hole. My father's hand got burnt and he managed somehow and switched off the regulator which is connected to cylinder.
