Customer Care - after sales service of Prestige is horrible. Customer Care aptitude is grossly missing as a culture in Prestige. They are reluctant to even record your complaint. First, the dealer from where you bought would ask you to go to customer care x km away. After you insist even if they receive the product related to complaint, they will send it to customer care in their sweet will. Then customer care will refute your complaint, play defensive and harass you so that you retract your complaint. Ultimately you will feel it was not worth pursuing. Don't think that escalation will help. The culture of 'care' is absent.

    My compliant number is CHEN2310309. It has been a month and even after repeated calls, no one has come to fix the issue.

    In 2 years, one of the burners stopped working. its a month now.

    I am told by the customer service manager that they have only sales in my area not service!!! why is there a prestige showroom close to my area if they cant provide service? I always thought sales and service go hand in hand. I would not have opted for prestige brand if I had known this earlier

        Today 19/12/2016 morning my father was boiling milk suddenly ON/OFF button of front row first burner came out automatically and flame/fire came out through the switch hole. My father's hand got burnt and he managed somehow and switched off the regulator which is connected to cylinder.
        I found all the screws are not fitted / tightened properly. I bought this stove on June 2016 from Dmart, White field branch.
        Unexpected from prestige manufacturers. If service not arranged in nest 24 hrs, I'll be logging a complaint in Karnataka consumer court.
        I've taken photos of damaged stove and my fathers hand as well.

          I have purchased the above item worth Rs.15, 000/- from your branch office at Mangaluru during first week of October.

          It got spoiled on second day o[censored]sing. I gave to your service centre at Mangaluru. They are telling me it is a new item and no spare parts or technical knowhow to repair. They have written to the company etc. etc. It is more than 10 days but no proper solution or repair.

            Hello.. we recently purchased prestige roti maker.. (a week ago) and it is not working properly.

            Issue: no rotis can be made in that.. not operating properly.. when asked the shopkeeper, they asked us to contact prestige customer care.

            We also contacted the prestige customer care, we didnt recieve proper response even after multiple follow ups..

            Kindly help us with this issue.. please send anyone to give demo. if not please take it back and refund the money..

            We complain that top glass of Oven (GT 03L)40162 was broken & Complain Docket no KOLK2159308 at 3PM on 01.12.2016, I have only oven for cooking purpose And also It cover Guarantee period. Several times I ask Customer care[protected] but they was not responding properly.

              I have paid for the order prestige 2 litter pressure cooker for rs.850 through net banking in prestige smart kitchen.com. But i got a message that your transaction is expired. But money was detected from my account.

              I have contacted the customer care services lot of times they said you will get your money. The order was done on 24-sep-16 15:39. Still i didn't get. Please let me if i will get my money back otherwise update my order and send the cooker to me.

                  My order (#[protected], placed on 3-july-2016), its more than a month and i am getting very frustrated with your services. I have done a mistake ordering product from prestige, i will never repeat this in my entire life again. First you people send product too late, and secondly its damaged and then you people take another month to return it back. I am not sure how your business is still running. You are making fool of customer. After so many emails and phone calls you still do not want to listen. I will never suggest any person to buy anything from you because your services are very pathetic.

                    I have purchased Gas top on 11.5.2016 but till now no one came for the installation. There is no one for the demo and I could not find any place for the escalation. The store keeper feels he is the owner of Prestige and complaint does not harm on him. He shows that customer has no value to him.
                    Please let me know, whom I should escalate to get my gas top placed properly and is on working condition.
                    Never ever purchase the items for Prestige, on Sarjapur Road. I have done the mistake and now repending.

                      Shipment received from india post on:- 06/06/2016 (Cod payment of rs.1970)

                      Reason for complaint:-prestige had shipped a fully dented stock pot not happened because of any mishandling by the india post i can prove it since the inner and outer packing got no signs of mishandling. It just shows how inefficient & ignorant your quality control is before shipment and the end user has to suffer ringing your pathetic call center at our own expense and get no where with it.

                      My loss excluding the cost of the product that i paid for so far:about 40 to 50 rs worth of calls for you and your bloody 7 days return policy when you are so ignorant in doing your job. My mind and time and effort i had to spend on getting your already damaged product replaced. All this is happened just because of one persons purposeful act of knowingly send me a damaged item so that he is free from this damaged item and thinks let the customer take the time and effort to get it fixed from prestige direct. I want somebody to warn that shipper seriously for running me into all this trouble.

                      1st contact:[protected]They asked me to contact the online smart kitchen team on fixed line :[protected], mobile [protected].

                      2nd contact:-fixed line :[protected]Number not in use) & mobile [protected] (This person answered the phone first and said he would send the request to his manager and call me as soon as he got response and then i called him the next day since i didn't hear from him at all. He would not answer my call. I called him about 15 times and i can see that number getting engaged at some point and not answering my call. Dont even have the cutesy to pick up the phone and tell what is going on.)

                      3rd contact:[protected]Informed them the situation and then they gave another two numbers to try and get a hold of. Anil [protected] and [protected].)

                      4th contact:-anil [protected] called this guy and he asked me to send the pictures of the defective product received to his email id [protected]@prestigesmartkitchen.com.

                      5th contact:-emailed anil 5 photographs of the concern.

                      6th contact:-anil [protected] called anil to check if he received it and he acknowledges that he received it. But says that he is out of office at 2pm and shall soon get back back to me as soon as he is at office to do the further actions. Waited the rest of the day and not heard anything from him in return yet.

                      7th contact:-this is where we are so far and this email communication to all the people working for prestige to whom so ever it may concern to fix my little trouble. The reason why i included all you guys is just because you need to be aware of what made me complain due to your unhealthy coordination and shipping already faulty product and very bad customer relations team that don't tend to keep up promises and a bunch of lies.
                      This is an official complaint since i had already been through your escalation process of dealing with a consumer complaint and since your employees had been negligent or least bothered in dealing with the situation and not providing the customer any resolution and making customers to go from one pole to another and no resolution.

                      If i don't get the product replaced asap or full refund any quicker i will be publishing this on all social media and consumer forums and then legally proceeding with the complaint. This is the heights of ignorance or a treatment that a consumer can tolerate from the so called "india's number 1 brand like prestige". I would never repeat this mistake of buying from your pathetic smart kitchen again or recommend to any one. I will only criticize your smart kitchen only then you guys will learn to treat customers.

                      Never ever buy prestige from Smart Kitchen.They will make you go crazy.Better buy from snapdeal or flipkart or Amazon where returns and replacement are easy and quick and will not ship defective products like the smart kitchen.

                        I have purchased a two burner gas stove of prestige on 9th may.In the catalogue it's given that it's made a for lgp gas cylinders. I am having a gas pipeline in my house so i called their mumbai service center. They took my complaint and told me that they they would send the technician to change the nozzle of the stove within 48 hours. After 48 hours i wrote to their customer care and also to their office, they replied back saying that they are forwarding my complaint to mumbai branch service to take necessary action.
                        I called again to the service center and their reply was we will send the technician very soon.
                        It will be 72 hours since i have purchased my gas stove which is in the packed carton till now. Hope i will be able to use within the next 24 hours.

                        First five months it working of the grinder is okay, but now it is not at all getting started. Please resolve this as soon as possible since it has the warranty still.

                          I purchased a induction cook top (Prestige pic 6.0 v2 2000-watt) on 2nd december 2015 from amazon.com. But it was out of order on 11th march. At first i tried to lodge a complain through their website but it was worthless. Then i called their customer care ([protected])and lodge a complain. They gave me a complain number and told me that a technician will come to me within 4-5 days. But they didn't send technician. After some days i again called them. They again gave me a new complain number and told the same thing. But no technician has come. I again called them on 15.04.16.They again change the complain number i.E kolk1810500, but no technician has come. Lastly i called them on 24.04.16 and they told me that technician will come by 26.04.16, but as usual technician has not came.

                            I purchased prestige non stick tava from authorized retail outlet in Kishangarh City. While purchasing the tava, i inquired everything about it and came to know that its metal spoon friendly, so i used it with metal spoon but soon i can see some mild scratches on the surface of the tava. i went to retail outlet in this regard, but instead of listening to me, the person there started saying that you dont know how to use tawa and you might have used scrubber or harsh chemical and all, and it is not covered in the warranty.
                            i dont know what to do? i have purchased all the products of prestige only, cooker, gas stove, non sticks, tava etc.
                            i have bill and the box with me, which clearly states that its metal spoon friendly.

                              I had bought an induction cooktop from prestige, it hardly worked for 1 weeks and after that i registered an complaint with prestige on[protected] .The complaint no is del#1774116. The technician visited following day and assured to repair the cooktop within two days . It is going to be nearly a month and till now the issue is pending and no call recieved on the end of prestige service center. So i request you to get my product replaced or repaired as soon as possible.

                                Hi Sir,

                                I lodged a complaint on Wednesday (9th March) over the phone regarding my gas stove whose one of the burners stopped working(not lighting). they said they would be sending a technician but since then no one came.I was wondering that how much time would it take to fix such a small thing.The customer representatives seem to be irresponsible regarding the above said complaint.I kept calling everyday as it is geting difficult to manage with only three burners but they don't seem to bother. What a service from them!!!

                                  The complain is with the company Prestige-Home appliances, there was no option above hence chose Bajaj.

                                  Its more than 2 weeks they are not sending technician to repair Juicer Mixer grindr, I am ready to pay Rs.100 cahrges they have asked me to.

                                  Product is under warranty.

                                  There is smoke coming out of the machine in just 4 months o[censored]sage it is dangerous for human being to use it.

                                  I have spoken to their online complaint managers on[protected] to Mr. Praveen & Mr. Rajkumar.
                                  They say they will send someone in 3 days but nobody comes I have called them 9 TIMES they say they will call back but they never do.

                                  There is Holi festival coming soon my mother needs a woking grinder.
                                  I am seeking help from you to please resolve it for me.

                                    I have a prestige induction cook top PIC 6.0 V2. Within three months, it stopped working and showing E9 error. On Feb 1, 2016 I raised a complaint with them (complaint no: CHEN1701639), but today is Feb 29, 20116. No updates from them. I called them almost 10 times in the month's time, the only answer i get from them is, we are escalating it. But dont know how they are doing and what they are doing and whom they are escalating to. Very frustrated with their service. Today, when i call the service centre guy, he told to come in person with the cook top. Needless to say, how does it feel when they say this after a month.

                                      I had handed over Granite stock pot at Prestige Service Center (Madhurina Service Center) on 03/12/2015 as its lid was not fitting.

                                      The complaint number generated for this repair was ERAN1544704R

                                      It has been more than 2 months but I have not heard back on the status of repair.

                                      If I do not hear from you within 2 working days, I have decided to move to consumer court and take it from there.
