TI had purchased the prestige marvel plus gas table : GTM 03L SS on date: 24/10/2020 now on date :19/05/2021 the glass top is suddenly broken in to pieces . The said product is under warranty for 2years and your company is to provide the services against complaint . The product serial no : JD[protected] in the name of Rajesh Kombe purchased from Nakshatra steel home appliances shop no 1 avar nivas IIT fish market. Powai Mumbai 400076.

    The mixer grinder is not working properly. The abnormal sound coming inside the motor. I think there is a problems with either the motor or armature. Pls do the needful.

        I purchased Electric rice cooker in july 2020.. I Opened the cooker only yesterday.. But I find that the cooker is not functioning after connecting with the power cable .. It is not getting ON .. not going to Warm position or so, ,

        Pl send the technician to solve this issue.. I have the guarantee card given by the retail unit of your Prestige..

                  Purchased the above mentioned gas stove from M/s Thankam Appliances, Mavoor road, Kozhikode vide the invoice number 2287 dated 07. 11.2020. The serial number of warranty card is JD[protected] dated 07.11.2020. Recently noted that there is rust in various parts of the body of the gas stove. We had registered a complaint through the online service booking under job number ERAN1881387. Your service technician has inspected the gas stove on 30.01.2021 and informed us that they cannot do anything in this matter since the gas stove is in use for the last 2.5 months. We have purchased your gas stove only because of your reputation for manufacturing quality products. It is disheartening to know that we cannot claim for warranty for such a quality issue in such a short period after the purchase. Kindly look into the matter and solve our problem at the earliest .

                      Gas stove( PEBS) Purchased on 30.1.2020, put to use only from July 2020, had been problematic since made operational. first the knobs popped out, complained got repaired. now all the knobs got hard to turn, and there was a smell of gas, complained, mechanic came and serviced and said cylinder is leaking, called indane emergency, they checked and found it ok
                      indane man told it is leaking from burners and one small burner had little flame
                      again complained to helpline no on 12th Jan, they called to listen to complaint
                      13th another man called( plz note this is all on phone no [protected])and told will send senior man. No onecturned up. Today we almost had an accidental fire
                      Called up your man to hear from h that yesterday was a holiday( ridiculous, emergencies don't have holidays) and they will come today. looks the gas stove has to be either thrown or replaced immediately.
                      kindly attend else I will be forced to take some stringent action before house is put on fire.

                        My name is khalik mirza and I m from mumbai,
                        I have registered a complaint regarding the leakage of gas from prestige hubtop gas stove on 10 January 2021 and now it is 13 January but no one had came from prestige to repair it.
                        My complain no is MUMB1840785
                        I had called to their service center more than 20 times in 3 days but still no response from their side. Every time they say "we had registered your complain on higher priority and it will get resolved as soon as poosible"
                        Then later they said "our higher official will call u on your number regarding this and resolve it as soon as possible" but still I m waiting for that too.
                        I had told them in every call that "we didn't cooked food in our house from last 3 days, please send some technician to resolve it" but thier ans was same "your issue will resolve as soon as possible"
                        Please help me regarding this and if anytime happens in my house because of this leakage prestige will be responsible for this.

                                Sir, I purchased prestige omega cookware in October 2020, and after 15 days while cooking food the glass lid got cracked and whole glass lid was cracked while cooking food, so I also complaint to toll free number androgen with an executive and they said your complaint has registered but what I have to do next i didn't know, is this product is goin6to be replaced or not, so please guide me what I have to do.

                                  I have been waiting for Deluxe Mixi Lid Gasket - from April2020. I am in regular contact with your shop, Prestige Xclusive-Basavanagudi, Ground Floor, 27, Bull Temple Rd, Gandhi Bazaar, Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004.

                                  They always gave a date of the next 10 days. But today when I visited, they said they are not receiving any spares from the head office, Chennai.
