Dear Sir,
We have bought one POTG 19 PCR on 03/12/2021 from Variety Department shop no 29, 10 no.Market Bhopal, bearing serial number PO[protected]. After bringing it home we found that two of the shoes of the cabinet were not properly fixed. As we could not fix it by ourselves, we immediately logged a complaint on 05/12/2021, which was attended on 07/12/21. The technician has to open the cabinet just to fix one screw, after that when the machine was turned on, there occurred one little sparking inside and the machine stopped working completely. Now they are suggesting to repair the machine.

But my point is that sir, why should I keep a repaired machine while I bought it new. I would like to request you to replace the entire machine and oblige.

Mixer stopped working many times and the cupler breaks. The issue is, I raise a complaint calling customer care and they say the service person will contact back in 5 working days.

Every time I have raised a complaint, the service person had contacted me only after 2 weeks. One of the service person refused to come at my place and asked me to come to his service point which was very far from my place and also he mentioned that I need to wait for 2 hours to fix the mixer.

Why should I spend 2500 for a worst quality mixer and raise a complaint, then wait for 2 weeks for the service person to call back and then go to this place and wait for 2 hours.

Prestige do not have a proper customer service facility. The have outsourced the service job to a local shop where they are very rude.

The lady at the service station speak very rude (place: carmelaram, sarjapur main road, bangalore).

Then the person who asked me to visit his service point is from : anekal, hosur main road, bangalore.

Now the cupler is broken many times and I do not get it any place so that I can fix by myself. It is a small work, why should i wait for 2 weeks to get the job done.

Worst experience with prestige.

I order prestige juice grinder mixer from Flipkart. I have noticed at first when i used it it stop working ... product is under warranty

I had purchased a schott glass based stove 2 years back. At the time of initial use (within 50 days of purchase) I had encoutered a gas leakage and registered a complaint to Prestige. Subsequently a service engineer visited from M/S Shilpa Enterprises, Villivakkam as I am residing in Anna nagar at that time.

The person visited is not a quality prestige service engineer (which I had know only at a later stage) and he tried to fix this issue by using screw driver and cutting player and trying to twist the burner set. During this course of action the welding part of the plate underneath and the schott glass is damaged (Which I know only now through another engineer visited from Prestige for a different issue).

I had the issue of rust and holes in the plate underneath of the burner and I had called the prestige center and a person visited from Kodambakkam ( as i am residing in saligramam now). He tried to fix the new plate but not able to and found out the welding part is broken. I had told him the story happend with shilpa enterprises and he asked me how he can use the screw driver and other tools and make it perfect and because of this only the welding is gone.

To rectify he is telling me that I have to spend Rs 4500 to replace the schott glass and other things.

This damage is purely done by the unskilled service engineer from M/s Shilpa enterprises and I want this be fixed by Prestige without any additional cost or replace the stove.

Flame is very low

Gas lighter not working, and it is in warranty period, so you can replace or repair ..

I had ordered prestige clip on 5 lit cooker from fusion fab website .And also payed 460₹ online .And it's not yet delivered .I will be happy if you guys will help me if the product I ordered can't be delivered then I want the money back .

Mixer sound change not proper runing

Purchased 4 litre cooker (Junior deep pan) from a prestige smart kitchen on 30th July (bill attached). On the box and at bottom of the cooker it is mentioned as 4lit. But unfortunately when I measured after reaching home, it is only 3litrs. When I approached smart kitchen they are telling it is not acceptable as the method we measured is wrong. They connected us to the Area Sales Manager of the area. He also denied & was speaking rudely and did not accept that the cooker is 3 litres. He even denied to tell his name when asked. We have 2 more prestige cookers at home 2lit & 5 lit. Both can hold 2lit and 5lit water respectively.
Now I want the cooker to be replaced with another model of 4 litres or take back the cooker and refund the amount. Pls do the needful.

In response I have been asked to go to the service center 200 km away.
Is this appropriate?

The blade of electric chopper is not rotating.. My product is in warranty period...

My electric gas is not working at all. Please send an electrician for repair

Two months back i called customer care and asked to fix Prestige mixer grinder as huge sound is coming while starting the mixer grinder.

Complaint number. : HYDE2031897

till now .. there are number to call (at least 25 calls min) to customer care department. but they are seriously not addressing the problem by ignoring by saying as it is a pandemic technicians are not completely available.

Dont know how they can sell the mixer grinders in this pandemic and can't resolve the problem in 2 months.
