    I bought Prestige rice cooker 5 months before, but now its not working, more than 5 times i have complained with customer care but they didn't respond till now from 15 days i didn't get any response. very irresponsible and harassment behavior.

        Got a new PRIMA prestige gas stove, which they call it as a top end and premium model. After initial use came to know that the big burner out of two burner is not properly fixed andr it was shaking doing a see saw kind of shaking when we kept any vessel. When I reported to the outlet they just told raised a customer service request in toll free and get it fixed it. It’s a brand new stove why it has to fixed or replaced anypart. They are selling defective products to customers

          Dear Sir / Madam,
          I got a new 8.5 l'ltrs Prestige Pressure cooker on 29th January 2022, vide bill no. 5885 through Pranaav Enterprises, Ayanavaram Branch. Within a month the cooker got into a problem and it got bulged at the bottom and the whistle didn’t come when we cooked. I visited Pranaav Enterprises and asked for a replacement of a new pressure cooker, they said they can't do it and only the service centre can do it since the service manager has to approve for replacement, and they guided me to Villivakkam service centre with the address. When I went to Villivakkam (Shree Shaa Enterprises) they said they can't do the replacement, rather they will only repair it and give it to me.
          If you see my bill you can clearly see that I got this cooker through exchange and I don’t want to repair the old prestige cooker even though it had just a minor repair only. But still I went and exchanged it for a new one. Now, just within one month the new cooker got into a problem and the service center says they can only repair it. I don’t understand the logic since the Prestige gives a warranty and not even for a month time it gets repaired means then it should be a faulty product which was sold to me.
          Why should a faulty product be sold by Pranaav Enterprises on the first go?
          Will Prestige give me a confirmation that the same fault will not repeat again?
          Who will be responsible for the safety of the product? Is Pranaav Enterprises responsible, Prestige (TTK responsible or Shree Shaa Enterprises responsible for the safety of the product in future after repair?
          I wanted a clear replacement of this product and not the repaired product. If you say that it will not be replaced, please confirm the safety and also confirm the issue will not repeat again.
          I am hereby attaching all the documents relating to it, the Bill, Warranty card and the Service Centre document. Please refer and come back with the positive feedback.

            i have purchase prestige induction cooker from inhs asvini 0n 18 feb 22. The induction got defctive 22 apr 22. Photo of the bill and warranty guarantee is attachd for reference. Approached asvini canteen for raising complints against the company. Csd canteen in asvini has given me the following numbers of the prestige company rep.

            I) mr madhukar mob ( [protected])and ms santosh mob ([protected]/[protected]

            after verbal complaints to mr madhuka who has given the mobile number of the rep mr santosh. Who hs been telling that he will be visiting today tomorrow. But still he has not visited and not replaced the defective piece.

            I request the prestige company to replace the defective piece on priority through inhs asvini

              We purchased gas stove and mixer grinder from online but from starting stove is not atall working... Mixer Grinder worked for just 2 days after that it also stopped working...

              So kindly arrange a techinician to resolve it.

                Last year I had bought prestige stainless-steel 3 burner stove. The middle burner stand got broken on its own within a year(still on warranty). After contacting numerous times to customer care still I haven't received spare parts. They are just assuring that as due to stock unavailability we have to wait.

                  We bought the gas stove 4 month ago and since we are facing the burning issue. Raised the complain 7 to 8 times, their service engineer comes and clean the burner. They are not ready to even replace the gas stove.

                              Smart Plus Pressure Cooker

                              Hi - I live in the UK and bought a Smart Plus 6L Pressure Cooker ( model 57050) because of the life time guarantee that comes with it.

                              However, it is not possible for me to continue using it unless I can get the necessary spare parts which have broken :-

                              Pressure Cooker Safety Plug SKU:91801 (which incidentally contantly falls out so I am wondering if it is even fit for purpose)

                                I have purchased 3 burner silver gas stove on sep 2020, we having warranty until sep 2022. I am not satisfied after buying it due to the metal quality not good when compared to my old gas stove and also when burner flame ON spill tray color changed due to heat in the first time itself because of it is too close to burner and the middle burner not having convenient space to use. Design not perfect, after informing this to the shop owner and asked him to take this back on day of purchased he refused to take back and he raised complaint for it and the technician came with big spill tray and replaced it, without full satisfaction we started using.
                                In 6 months when we reduce Knob to Sim it turned off. Some times we feel gas leakage smell while using and even turned off. We check fully is that leaking near tube joint to stove or gas but can't found. So we leaved that smell due to turn on.

                                In this month after cooking we turned off all 3 gas stove and we are near the kitchen, heard a burn sound and went to kitchen, we are shocked that the last Knob is fired even all the burners are OFF. So turned off the gas cylinder fast. Thank God that we are near kitchen, nothing happen seriously .

                                We trusted brand PRESTIGE and buyed the product but now so afraid to use and recommand.

                                So we raised compliant, they sent technician to repair but we not like to service it, in a year it leaking gas and making life dangerous. Even after service how sure that it can't happen again.
                                We have talked with vel agency( place we purchased), sales manager, technician, customer support but no solution satisfied us.
                                Tried calling trichy Sales and service manager by getting number from agency but no solution, now they not attending call and no response.
                                When issue with product everyone is avoiding, not giving solution, it leading to not trust the company.

                                We don't like to use this gas stove again by service it, because gas leakage may cause life danger. Kindly refund the amount.
