        Evert time when i toast bread init, the harmful black polymer coating sticks to the bread toast which can't be consumed.
        Very bad experience.
        A good company like Prestige must take responsibility of their product

            I procured Prestige edge 3 burner gas oven during oct 2021. Knobs were initially not smooth. On complain, I was told that it would be easy after use of few days. However after using of 3 long months, the knob cap was broken for stiff knob set. Finally after facing a lot of harassments, a knob set was changed. Now, the knob cap is again broken and this happens within a year of purchase. It is very much unexpected from Prestige that a product adverting as premium quality., in reality made of cheap and substandard material. After reporting the discrepancy, no intention for rectification/ resolution of the problem was reflected. This is very unfortunate and causes bring down the reputation of the company earned through several decades.

              The glass lid broke on first use. The product is still under warranty. The company- 'Prestige' is refusing to replace the product or provide a refund. Pathetic customer service, they do not even know how to speak to customers properly.

                Purchased a Prestige Omega+ 27 cm non stick Kadai on 02.08.2022. The main problem is that the coating of Kadai get removed from surface area.

                  The burners of prestige hob top product with auto ignition is blasting since 1 months.

                  A complaint was booked on company help line number[protected] which has been registered under number luck[protected].

                  Till date my problem is still as it is. Any damage/ accident may cause to my family members due to this existing problem.

                  I have no option to move consumer court. This is worst product and worst service of the company.

                        I have submitted my kitchen induction in prestige service center dated 28.07.2022 due to some electrical or other issues, when i called yesterday they are telling me about not availability of parts, so taking more times, sir how to possible for a company service center parts non availability. we are unable to cook my food and using hotel or other resources. so kindly resolve my issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

                              We have given mixer grinder for repair on 22/7/22 at dilsukh Nagar Hyderabad. Till date it's not repaired, they are replying motor has not come from Bangalore since 4 weeks. Kindly look into the matter and get it repaired as soon as possible

                                  I bought Gas Stove GTSV-02, with in month the top glass broken. On the glass they have given 5 years warranty. I have complained on June 28th 2022 for the same. But till now no action taken. When I called customer care number they told some body will call you. Daily I am calling customer care but no action taken. Finally they have given the [protected]. I called to this number, they told, we will check and get back to you. But at any cost no body helping.

                                        I purchased Prestige wet grinder from
                                        Pai International Electronics on[protected]. Within 1month I faced issue with the product as it got stuck and did not rotate. I raised a complaint in Pai customer care and after many follow-up calls, a technician visited and fixed the issue. Again after two months, again the same issue occurred and I raised a complaint on Mar 28th. Till now the complaint is open and no one visited.

                                        Pai customer care does not provide the concerned person's number and no one call us and product will lose its warranty soon.

                                        One of the worst experiences I am facing with the product and Pai international. I would request Pai to take the product and return my money as it's still under warranty. I have attached the invoice. Please assist.
