      I made a purchase of shirt on 09/10/2014 from your wave mall provogue outlate lucknow branch where shirt was internal damage which is not reflecting on shirt next day once I wear it its damage become broad then I went to the store for exchange of shirt on 10/10/2014 but the are not accept it, coordinator told me that its customer fault but its not possible because if it is customer fault so its impact all over the shirt but they refuse it I told every one it is internal damage but they are not accept it pls see the attachment Regards Vikas Bhargav [protected]

          Good Evening, I am Siva Saran Kumar Mavuri.I have ordered provogue watches for three times two watches on 9/9/14 andanother on 10/9/14.But for the first two transactions i didn't get the successmessage from provogue and for the third i got the success message. I called theICICI customer care and they said that the transaction is successful. On29/10/14 i got the Watch booked on 10/9/14. I mailed to [protected]@provogue.com butthey are not responding and even i tried to call them but the line is busy. Forthe first two transactions i have given IDEA number which I am not usingcurrently. And the Order Numbers of both the transactions are[protected]&[protected].               Hello all, I purchased a provogue wallet which was under imobile scheme of ICICI bank on 11th October 2014. order number is[protected] . I made online payment via citrus gateway. the payment was successful with transaction number[protected]. from that very day the order is under processing and as per policy they deliver it in 4-5 days.                 Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 8 OCT 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. Then I checked my mails and there was a mail from citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 3 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!

                  As shown on Icici banks website there was an offer for customers from provogue for watch for free, only shipping charges Rs 299 were to be paid, which were paid during order. I placed order on 14 October 2014, which should have reached to me within 21 days. but till now, I don't have any info about that order, neither they reply to my large number of emails send to them.                     Another victim of the offer! While doing the online purchase, I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful. I tried again the 2nd time and received the same message. Later on I realized, both the transactions were successful. Since then I have been trying to cancel one of these transactions but neither the online portal works properly nor the customer care number mentioned in the website. No replies to emails either!! Very poor service, I dont know whether it is a scam or that's how Provogue actually functions. Complete disaster... will never purchase anything from Provogue in the future, not even in their outlets. Cheaters!!

                        Hello, I ordered a Provogue watch on 29th September (Shipment #PROV52163 for Order #[protected]. I got a tracking ID MUMPVGP237548 of Shipping Provider: Javas. I received an email which said that your order has been dispatched on 7th October. After that day I never got any calls or emails. On 16th October I tried tracking my order on gojavas.com. The tracking page said that the order has been cancelled by the costumer on 10th October. First of all, No one came to my address on that day and why would I cancel the order if I've already paid the amount? I tried calling Javas costumer care and they said that the order will be Re-Delivered. Today I again checked the tracking page and it said that the order is returned to its origin. Now I am trying to call [protected] but the call is not connecting. If you can please help, That would be great. Please Re- Deliver the order.

                            This was the very first time I had ordered something from provogue, I have placed this order on[protected].maximum delivery time given by them was 21 days .so i was waiting for my order .as per there website it was showing processing only.and till date its processing .i tried to send them mail for status, but i never received any kind of response from them .its like talking to a wall who ll never reply . so i finally called them and every time i call them, they tell me sir your order is under process. i dont know how much time will it take to process . where as two of other guys who had placed order has received it .This is very unprofessional service.
                            i feel like i been cheated and its a fraud .i request you to please help me out in this matter.

                                As shown on Icici banks website there was an offer for customers from provogue for watch for free, only shiping charges Rs 299 were to be paid, which were paid during order. I placed order on 2 sept 2014, which should have reached to me within 21 days. but till now, I dont have any info about that order, neither they reply to my large number of emails send to them.                                       I have ordered wallet in the month of September but still it is not received. I have checked in tracking system and it is showing that customer has cancelled the order. But I have not did so and nobody contacted me for this. They have updated it from their side. I tried to contact customer care. Once it was connected and the person told me that it will receive within 2 days. But still it is not received. I tried to contact on phone but nobody is receiving the call as well as no reply to mail. What to do next??????

                                        I have ordered a watch from Provogue website under ICICI scheme and I have made the payment through Citrus on dated 30 Sept 2014. When I track my order has Cancelled & no other way of tracking the order and Customer Service seems to be non-existent. Provogues customer service is so worse neither they do revert on mail nor on call, i ordered a watch they deduct payment but order status is processing from last ten days, no revert is there.
