Hello, i have ordered a female provouge watch on 22nd of June with ordered id: Your Shipment #PROV310476 for Order #[protected] . i had made the payment of RS.299 throught netbanking. i have not received my order till now, almost 12 to13 days has gone. I have also tried to contact with gojavas courier team and they told me that they can not deliver the order at given pincode that was 302018. So Please i request you to proceed the order again with any other courier facility as soon as possible.Even i had tried to call their customer care numbers and none of them are connected Its your responsibility to place the order correctly or refund the money . I don't know what to do, Already lots of days has gone and still my issue is not resolved. I had a very bad first experience with Provouge. I request you to you guys please look at the matter as soon as possible, you don't even tried to resolve the issue. Do it fast.

      I have made an order (#[protected] for Provogue Mens Watch on 17th June, 2015. I paid Rs 299/- against that watch. I have got email regarding Order Confirmation through Mail on same day but have not received the Watch till date. There is no Tracking Information available on Provogue Website & the Customer Care Number provided on Provogue Website is not working...I think Provogue should stop making fool out of people by this shamefool service. People can not expect such an irresponsible attitude from a Brand like Provogue. I have already complain but not any replay (complain no[protected] want my order as early as possible & Reason for the delay... Regards...

        Regading pathetic service from Provogue Order # 153705098

        I have made an order (#[protected] for Provogue Mens Watch on 20th June, 2015. I paid Rs 299/- against that watch. I have got email regarding Order Confirmation through Mail on same day but have not received the Watch till date. There is no Tracking Information available on Provogue Website & the Customer Care Number provided on Provogue Website is not working...I think Provogue should stop making fool out of people by this pathetic service....

          I have ordered a provogue watch from provogue/icicinetbanking website on 24/06/2015 I received it on 29/06/2015 with invoice no : 6C[protected], I have received a Defect Piece The watch i received has a crack on top of its glass, i feel very disappointed on seeing the watch .we expect minimum guarantee from brands like Provogue while ordering but after looking at this watch i am very much disappointed i tried to reach their customer service but they are respondingand after readin complaints about provoue watches in consumer complaints i am not even sure they would return the watch, i need a replacement for my watch Order no:[protected]

            I had ordered Provogue watch (order #[protected] as promotional offer form ICICI. The Website of ICICI mentioned that watch was worth of 2499/- Rs and the same will be delivered for nil amount and we would need to pay only 299/- Rs as shipment charges. When I received the watch, it was well packed and kept in an provogue metal box. The worst thing is that when i opened the packet, I could see only the watch without its glass and very worst quality parts. I would say in market it cant be given even 50 Rs also. Don't get cheated from this promotional offers. I ordered watch, only because of it was from ICICI official website. Otherwise wouldn't had ordered it. Rather than being angry on provogue, I would say ICICI made its customers feel bad and dissatisfied.

              Hi All, In Provogue i had order 2 bearing merchants order[protected],[protected] but merchant order[protected] was delivery and i paid the amount and for merchant order[protected] was not delivery and status is showing completed .What is this they deducted amount from my bank account for both orders and delivered only one.kindly take this as high priporty as this is my second complaint

                  Hi I ordered the watch on 24th May 2015, and the order reference number is #[protected]. I received messages everyday that they are trying to attempt the delivery, but no one came to the address to deliver anything. I have sent 7-8 emails to ICICI and Provogue with no replies what-so-ever, also tried calling the customer care number but to no luck. I did not expect ICICI to be so careless and misleading. I spoke to one of the representatives and was told that I’ll get a refund if I don’t get the watch. But I haven’t received either of them. The above complaint was forwarded to Provogue, and 9 days ago, I received a mail from them: "Your order has been RTO by courier service provider because they were unable to deliver on your address. Please provide alternate address or any landmark so that we can dispatch the product ASAP." How can you not deliver the product to my address? It has been 11 days since I've provided my address, but I haven't received any news whatsoever. All false promises and fake words. How much longer do I have to wait? This is really disappointing and this is just giving a very bad reputation to both ICICI and Provogue. You either send the watch in time, or give back the money. It’s as simple as that!

                      I had ordered Provogue watch using ICICI credit . Parcel was not delivered for more than 20 days after booking. When the parcel arrived unfortunately i was out of town and could not collect it. I tried calling the local courier office and the said parcel has been sent back. I send several mails to provogue and Gojavas courier. Ab[censored]ely no response.

                                  Hi, being an Axis Bank Customer I received an e-coupon for Provogue Travel Bag ( as per AXIS Provogue Integration) which I redeemed on 22nd May 2015 with Provogue. My Order No is[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 4 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either. I would request you to take strong action against them, so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service.

                                    Hi, I am having an savings account with Axis Bank. As per the Deposit Mobilization scheme run by bank, I was eligible for Provogue travel bag and accordingly received an e-voucher from Provogue India (a third party service provider) which I redeemed at www.provogue.com/axispvg. I placed the order on 22nd May 2015 and my order no is[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 4 weeks.
