I placed an order for Provogue Watch under ICICI offer on 31 July 2015. Order is not received yet still waiting for my watch. In Provogue site it showing complete as a status, still I am waiting. I try to contact Customer Care services but no success no budy answered.     The worst customer service ever, you order a product they take the money, deduct it from your account... and buyahh you dont even recieve the delivery and the order is complete. Cheaters, , , and once your order is placed nobody even picks up the call...

Provogue India Ltd.’s Contact Details:[protected], 022 I had put an order for offer received on mail through ICICI credit card team(no issues from ICICI). Offer was covering the wrist watch of Provogue brand. Provogue has supplied wrist watch of cheap (duplicate) quality. The watch dispatched by Provogue was received by me yesterday. The watch is with Provogue brand but is of duplicate quality . Your co-operation is needed to get me my original wrist watch. I have kept there box which was delivered with the watch, it seems clear duplicate and fraud case. Please help and advice. Thanks // Sumeet.C

      Even i have ordered the same and its been a month there is no response from the company. And none of the no is working they are cheater how can ICICI tie up with such a company and even today the offer is given by ICICI.

        Provogue has retaken my damaged watch however not provided new one yet as replacement...

              I ordered a Provogue Watch through ICICI on 8th July & my order number is[protected]. I received the order on 24th july in an empty box.. When i called in customer care no [protected] there is no one pick the call...? Also i sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com but no reply on mail..?? Provogue is a known brand & i m surprise how this type of mistakes can be happen..? Resolve my issue ASAP..

                Hi Team, I've ordered a Provogue watch online offer provided by ICICI bank. I was eagerly waiting for the watch to receive ... tried to track the order in the website but it not at all showing information about the shipment. Finally I received a mail from Provogue saying the item has delivered to me but in fact I didn't receive as such. I don't know what went wrong from their side or the shipping service, I want my watch as said in the offer, cause I paid money for it.                   I have ordered a Provogue watch with (Shipment #PROV346596 for Order #[protected] and tracking number given (MUMPVGP488259), order had been placed on 10/07/15 at 1751 hours, status shown by Provogue website is delivered/completed but the product haven't been received yet. and I am still not able to find out that which of the company named Javas is taking care of the shipment so as being a customer of Provogue i expect that they should take care of it and being online customer I should not be bothered even but today its the other way around. This will lead me to lose the loyalty towards the brand as beacuse its already been 12 days and none of the way provogue is replying back not recieving calls, no reply on emails so i hope this is only way left that with no surety that i'll be getting some answers.
