Hi, I had made an order on 30th July 2015 for provogue watch through ICICI internet banking. The sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account. I received an email regarding the dispatch of the product, but i have not received call for delivery. Now, the order status says complete. I couldn't even call a customer care also. Following are the details of the order: ORDER #[protected] COMPLETE Order Date: July 30, 2015 PRODUCT NAME: WATCH -103646-WH-283-F WHITE SKU:WATCH -103646-WH-283-F You have delivered the product on the below courier tracking.         On july 3oth i have placed order for watch n paid as per their terms, , still i didn't get any item n even i tried to track order it showing some number in status field instead of status, no awb number and no location, , , how many days you will take to deliver an item to a major city like kolkata?more than 30 days??pathetic service from Provogue...really need to improve a lot, also i have tried to phone & mail to customercare provogue but till date i have not received any response. if they are unable to send the product request pls return the advance amount.

          Order no:[protected] AWB no: MUMPVGP527895 I have ordered watch with ICICI bank offer on Aug 12th. till now there is no update. i called to Gojavas with above AWB number, they are telling this AWB no is wrong, please check with provogue. I have many time to Provogue customer care number[protected] it's always busy no one pics the call. I have mailed to [protected]@provogue.com many time but no reply, i don't know why?             I ordered a WATCH -103639-EA-028-F BROWN on 4th Aug 2015 but till date haven't received it. The customer care number is always not reachable. The status which is showing is complete with a delhivery tracking number of[protected]. But If i search it on the courier website, it is showing wrong number. This is just a fraud company. Dont ever buy any product from this company i.e.., PROVOGUE

              Hi, I have ordered a provogue watch on 04 Aug 2015 (Order ID:[protected] and made the payment through ICICI net banking. On 28.08.15 it shows my product is delivered, When i check my status it shows your order is complete, but i am not received my order till now and also i am not able to track my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!..

                I have purchased one provogue watch through ICICI bank under special privilege on 21 August 2015. I tried to track my order (Order number# [protected]but status of the order is showing cancelled. This is ridiculous. I have been waiting for the watch since more than 10 days. There is no email communication regarding my order. I request you to give back my money or send the watch as soon as possible. This is not expectable. Please do not force me take any legal action.                   Hi, I have ordered a provogue watch on 17 Aug 2015 (Order ID:[protected] and made the payment through ICICI net banking. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 3 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!

                        Please please please do not deal with provogue. They are thick skinned and unmanageable people

                        I ordered a provogue watch after getting the promo code from icici bank. I paid the necessary shipping charges of rs. 299. The order was placed on august 17, 2015. The order number is[protected].

                        On august 24, 2015 i got an email from provogue stating that the order is dispatched. But the order has not been received by me till today.

                        The following reasons are upsetting me more

                        1) provogue is irresponsible to promptly answer the customer queries. I have sent 3 emails none of which have got a reply.
                        2) i tried calling the provogue customer care. All the time the line appears to be busy (As if the operator is speaking to his boy / girl friend) . Nobody picks the call when it rings.

                        Below are the details of the order.

                        The provogue website shows the order is complete but the order has not at all reached me.

                        I am unable to track the order nor the proogue is responding properly.

                          PROVOGUE is a really horrible brand. Their customer support is pathetic and hopeless.

                          PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid dealing with Provogue
                          I am also struggling with them after paying money. They do not respond to emails and won't answer phone calls. These fellows must be banned from doing business.

                          REceived watch not working & its faulty

                            I booked a watch online through ICICI net banking and payment went successful, I was told I will receive the watch in some 28 working days. But so far nothing have happened. I just checked my account and it says order have been dispatched successfully for which I never received it. Order no :[protected] I never received this order, why you people are fooling your customers. I need to check where is my shipment and I need that ASAP, the money have already been paid, but no one in company picks up the call and nobody replies to email. What is happening. Why so poor services we are being provided.

                              Icici giving free Provogue watches for only Rs 300 as delivery charges is not yet being delivery ... It has past 27 days now. Still no order delivery received and neither any sms about its status. Icici and Provogue together are cheating with us and earning good interest and funds via our Rs 300. Guys if you are reading, then make sure you never go for such freebies from Icici and also dnt order anything from Provogue, the reason is their customer care no. Doesnt work at all. I[censored] don't believe try and call them and check whether any1 picks up d phone or not. I was also fooled by Provogue, as they send me another coloured pant and when I tried complaining and emailing they have not responded at all.

                                Hi I had ordered 3 watches online from provogue.com, order numbers being[protected],[protected],[protected]. The have put the order status of[protected] to complete and given a tracking number, which does not show any record. Also, they dont reply to emails nor do they pick calls. I need all the orders asap or wish to cancel them. I am changing my address so no one would be there to receive my packet. Its been around a month but no update on order and no means to cancel that even. Please address my concern as I need the items asap and preferably to the alternate address that I have provided them

                                  Hi, i have place an order with provogue under icici bank scheme on 31st jule.2015, the order no. Is[protected]. Till date i have not received my ordered watch under the said order no. As per their policy i have also paid them advance rs.299/- with order. As per their login portal it is showing that order has been completer and send of delivery by javas courier under docket no. Mumpvgp518933, i have also check with them, but they were refusing that the said shipment is not with them for delivery. I have also tried to contact them on[protected]/30653160 many times & also send them couple of emails but their is no reply at all. Please advice what to do...To get the ordered watch or how to claim for refund from provogue. Thanks.

                                  Provogue India — Wrong product sent and no customer care response

                                  I have ordered for SKU 103639-BK-022-F on 09/05/2015 (May 9 2015) but I received another one. Order no:[protected] The customer care email and phones are not working. I have ordered this watch through ICICI Bank offer.

                                    On 3/08/2015, We transferred an amount of Rs. 299 to Provogue to buy a watch. Despite their claim of despatching the watch on 22/08/2015 via Delhivery, there has been no dispatch whatsoever. Provogue has provided a fake tracking number as well as a fake order number as no such number is available with Delhivery. I request the strictest possible action against Provogue and also ICICI Bank for promoting the Provogue offer on their website.

                                      This is the worst service I have seen. ICICI and provogue are fooling people, Why the hell will you take all our money?? 300 from each person. This is not a simple issue/ I ordered watch 20 days back but i didn't receive the product yet. who is responsible for this careless attitude?? Provogue customer care does not work. Whom should we call???? ICICI should take care of this, As a leading bank, you cannot cheat people
