Order date is 21 April 2015 Order #[protected] shipment number: #PROV262885 Tracking number: MUMPVGP417429 I recently checked status saying that my provogue watch order is complete, when i checked the status in provogue website it is also showing order complete but I did not receive my order and when I tried to track the shipment with the shipment number I shows nothing!! As well customer care number[protected] is always busy. never available. cheater company. icici should break all tie ups with provouge. Alpesh [protected]

Hi All, I am on a same Boat where you People posted on Behalf of ICICI Bank i received a voucher to pay Just Rs.299/- to avail Rs.2499/- Provogue Watch. It's been almost a month now i Made the payment received a email stating so & so my oder Number & AWB number but no see from any one of the delivery confirmation call nor the shipment. I Guess it's a Game to avail from each o[censored]s 299/- can build a empire just imagine how many People they have been cheating they provided a customer care number of Provogue.com[protected] i have been dialing the same contact from 1 week now I never got a chance to speak any of the customer care team, all the time Line was busy tried calling Head office to enquire they also doesn't seem to answer anything on it & never responds to the calls. It's really big scam to cheat people who get their credit cards just hand over the GV which is zero value of it but the fact is we get very easily excited about to get the watch by paying minimum amount as me. well 299/- not a big amount for individual but just calculate the figures from each of India CC holder.

I was trying to check out the ICICI Credit card pro vogue watch with the coupon code, But at the end of the transaction I am getting the error page saying that ubimapi.electracard.com took long to respond and the web page was unavailable . Can someone check on this, I have tried two to three times for the check-out of the watch but still the same error I am getting no One from Provogue is responding to it. I had placed an order online on 16/04/2015 & my order number is[protected] of value Rs.2, 887 paid through HDFC net banking. I Haven't received the order. & if I try to call up the customer care, nobody picks up the call. If I E-mail the customer care, nobody responds to the E-mail as well. This is the worst Customer Support, I have ever seen. Deliver the product, else I need to go to the consumer forum.

Order #[protected] On 02/04/15 & when I tracked the order the status shows as cancelled but my ICICI credit card account has been charged with Rs.299/- .ICICI bank Authorisation code is 751540 as given from ICICI call centre for this order.
