      I had placed an order online on 16/04/2015 & my order number is[protected] of value Rs.2, 887 paid through HDFC net banking. I Haven't received the order. & if I try to call up the customer care, nobody picks up the call. If I E-mail the customer care, nobody responds to the E-mail as well. This is the worst Customer Support, I have ever seen. Deliver the product, else I need to go to the consumer forum.

              Dear Team, I have ordered watch from provogue.com, promotional offer from ICICI bank. Order #[protected] On 02/04/15 & when I tracked the order the status shows as cancelled but my ICICI credit card account has been charged with Rs.299/- .ICICI bank Authorisation code is 751540 as given from ICICI call centre for this order. If the order cannot be processed then why do you promote & give false promotional offers Kindly deliver the order or refund my amount to my card account. Thanks Raju M

                I have placed a order on 12/4/2015, the order no is[protected] I have made the payment through Indian Overseas Bank Rs. 959.00 but still now I haven't receive any mail about order dispatch or order placed. I have raised this issue couple of times through official website (via contact information column) but did not get even reply mail, I also tried to call on number [protected] but no one received the call. As soon as possible please resolve my problem.

                    Tracking No MUMPVGP408836 for the order #[protected], Shipment #PROV254143. I ordered the watch through ICICI on Mar 31st and got a shipment mail on Apr 8th. Until now, the order is not delivered to me. I made a call to customer care no. many times and its busy always. I sent a mail to [protected]@provogue.com twice on Apr 8th & Apr 14th, there is no response. Please let me know when i might be receiving my order.

                                        i have booked a Provogue Wrist watch using my ICICI promotional voucher code ICICI2014, according to this Voucher is offer price is Rs.299/- instead of Rs.2499/-, but my credit is debited with Rs.2499/-. this is my order No Order #[protected] at time of booking the final price shown to me before to payment gateway was Rs. 299/- later when the payment was completed directly Rs.2499/- is being deducted my card. we have tried contacting the ICICI Bank and the Provogue Company people, The bank has replied that they will refund the money and send me SMS stating the money will be refunded to my Account in 2 days, but i had not received any SMS from bank even after 2 hrs, later when i tired calling the Customer care for the SMS, they updated me that i should call the Provogue Company for this, when i explaine dthe entire procedure again they said that they will get back to me in 2 days and kindly cancel my order and refund my money back to my account.
