Hi, I had made an order on 30th July 2015 for provogue watch through ICICI internet banking. The sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account. I received an email regarding the dispatch of the product, but i have not received call for delivery. Now, the order status says complete. I couldn't even call a customer care also. I have ordered a watch from provogue under an offer from ICICI bank. I paid amount of 598 on 4th August 2015. But till now i didn't get any response about the product. I have placed an order for the provogue watch as per promotional offer with ICICI bank on 5th August but I have not received any confirmation yet while money got debited and order placed successfully. Please click and do the needful my order no is[protected].

I ordered a provogue watch vide order number[protected]. next day I requested to change the watch with another watch under same scheme with same cost which is a lady's watch. till date no reply no feed back has been given. no body responds customer care numbers and emails. want to know if my request has been entertained? when I am geeting my watch?

Sir, I have to track the given AWB/CONSIGNMENT no. Of gojavas courier. As. MUMPVGP518899 but showing invalid consignment number. I have to called gojavas customer service to track the same said wrong consignment number. Order no.[protected]. I ordered a provogue watch under ICICI offer on July 31st 2015 and have not received it yet (Order numbers: #[protected] and #[protected] Whereas when I check the status on Provogue site, it says order is cancelled. But the amount is not refunded back yet. Also, Customer care number is not reachable. Please deliver the order or refund the amount back.

I ordered a Provogue watch on 28/07/2015 order no.[protected]. It was delivered on 21/08/2015. When i opened the box, i found a defected watch. Please Re-send me a fresh watch as ordered and you can collect the defective watch. mobile no. [protected]

I tried to contact customer care service[protected] &[protected]. Sometimes number is busy or out of reach. When phone is ringing then there is no body to pick up the phone. It is shocking to know that well reputed brand like Provogue has this kind of pathetic, louse and sluggish customer care service. I place this order online because ICICI Bank has tie-up with Provogue but now I feel that ICICI Bank is loosing their reputation due to tie-up with this kind of lousy, sluggish and bogus firm. I hope to get solution as soon as possible Thanks in anticipation.

I tried to call their customer care service[protected],[protected] but sometimes phone is busy or out of reach. When phone is ringing then there is no body to pick up the phone. It is pathetic and shocking to know that reputed brand like Provogue has this kind of pathetic, lousy and sluggish customer care service. I have place this order cause ICICI has a tie-up with Provogue but now I feel that ICICI Bank is loosing their reputation due to tie-up with this kind of lousy and bogus firm. Even I am shocked to know that there is end no. of complaints against Provogue in the same forum. I hope to get solution of this problem as soon as possible. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi, I ordered also ordered provogue watch on 30 JULY 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id[protected]. Its been 20 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Processing from the day beginning. I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com and also to [protected]@icicibank.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them.
