I had placed an order for provogue watch, which is under an offer with icici bank. i made the payment on august 10th, i got the confirmation of payment, but there is no news abt the product dispatch, its already 26 days now. shockingly many people have similar complaint of non delivery of product and poor customer care service, i looked for every possible customer care number but none of the no.s are functional. this is aweful. I want my product asap or i want the refund, if not i will be forced to take legal action owing to the fact that, many people have similar complaints. My order no. is #[protected]

I have ordered a provogue watch on 30th July 2015 through ICICI offer however the watch has still not arrived, This email was sent 5 days back, with reminder email and no response from team Yet The customer care numbers are not functioning .. Please look into this matter soon order number #[protected]

Ordered a watch on 5 th of aug 2015.this was against the offer by icici bank. payment was deducted against my credit card on the 5 th itself of Rs 299. delivery was promised within 21 days..till now there is no news...helpline no s of the company are all fake...icici bank also seems to be a part of this fraud..pooja gupta

I have ordered this on august 9th 2015, but still i have not received this order and when iam trying to track this order i am getting my order status as processing under dispatch from last 10 days. Amount also has been deducted from my account. I have tried to call provogue many time but nobody is answering my call either the number will be busy or else no one picks up the call. Hi, I had made an order on 30th July 2015 for provogue watch through ICICI internet banking. The sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account. I received an email regarding the dispatch of the product, but i have not received call for delivery. Now, the order status says complete. I couldn't even call a customer care also. Sir, I have to track the given AWB/CONSIGNMENT no. Of gojavas courier. As. MUMPVGP518899 but showing invalid consignment number. I ordered a provogue watch under ICICI offer on July 31st 2015 and have not received it yet (Order numbers: #[protected] and #[protected] Whereas when I check the status on Provogue site, it says order is cancelled. But the amount is not refunded back yet. Also, Customer care number is not reachable. Please deliver the order or refund the amount back.

I place this order online because ICICI Bank has tie-up with Provogue but now I feel that ICICI Bank is loosing their reputation due to tie-up with this kind of lousy, sluggish and bogus firm. I tried to call their customer care service[protected],[protected] but sometimes phone is busy or out of reach. When phone is ringing then there is no body to pick up the phone. It is pathetic and shocking to know that reputed brand like Provogue has this kind of pathetic, lousy and sluggish customer care service. I have place this order cause ICICI has a tie-up with Provogue but now I feel that ICICI Bank is loosing their reputation due to tie-up with this kind of lousy and bogus firm. Even I am shocked to know that there is end no. of complaints against Provogue in the same forum. I hope to get solution of this problem as soon as possible. Thanks in anticipation.

Dear team i was purchase a watch from provogue site with coupon of icici bank at14/08/2015 but still it is showing under dispatch. i sent many mail to provogue care but no action is taken by them and dont give any reply of my mail my order number is[protected]
