Hi Team, I ordered a provogue watch on 17th March 2015 and the details are as follows. Shipment #PROV241673 and Order #[protected] Shipping Provider: Javas Tracking No:MUMPVGP398485. I want to change my contact number for the delivery as I'm not available on previous contact number. I had written mail to [protected]@provogue.com regarding the same but I did not get any feedback. I want to get my ordered item for which I have already made payment.Please help me in this regard.

I didn't recieved any mail or call regarding my order but when i am tracking my order through site it is showing complete. i mean how this is possible...!         Hi, It is only 2 months from my purchase of PROVOGUE shoes from "HyperCity Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore".The shoes have got damaged, I want a 100% return of my money or a new pair. The cost of the shoes was Rs.1499. When i called the customer care of Hypercity[protected] they gave a rude response of having 14 day return policy. Sai Kiran

I tried contacting Provogue Customer care over the phone(+[protected] but received no response from them. The phone number in fact is out of service. When I called on GoJavas No. (Customer Care) with the Tracking No. MUMPVGP420647. They Says they have given you the wrong Tracking No...Still Blank..

As a one of the brand company is doing these type of delay so how can We trust in future... I placed a single order multiple times on provogue india website during purchasing a watch due to some technical issues after I realised I tried to contact customer care of provogue but nobody is their to answer my calls or emails.                               I have finally received the watch from the delivery service after few days .Just got the call from the delivery and dispatch until about the product saying that it is ready to be shipped to the payment address.

                                On 19th of this month an order[protected] was placed by me for a gents watch number BK 0227. The payment was done by Kotak Bank Debit card. So far I Have not received the product. Even the shipment details have not been sent. All their customer care numbers[protected]/3111/3222)are Bogus numbers .They never works or nobody picks up. I think Provogue is a fraud company.I request KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK to severe ties with companies like this because ultimately even their image is effected. Thanks, Mohan kK Dhalani

                                    I am now able to track the shipment and the status shows that the item has been picked up by the courier service on 27th April i.e., two days after filing the complaint. It is in transit to my location and shows physical handover pending. I don't understand how Provogue updated the order status as complete without handing over the shipment to the courier service. Very strange. I'll update once i receive the shipment.

                                      Hi All, I am on a same Boat where you People posted on Behalf of ICICI Bank i received a voucher to pay Just Rs.299/- to avail Rs.2499/- Provogue Watch. It's been almost a month now i Made the payment received a email stating so & so my oder Number & AWB number but no see from any one of the delivery confirmation call nor the shipment. I Guess it's a Game to avail from each o[censored]s 299/- can build a empire just imagine how many People they have been cheating they provided a customer care number of Provogue.com[protected] i have been dialing the same contact from 1 week now I never got a chance to speak any of the customer care team, all the time Line was busy tried calling Head office to enquire they also doesn't seem to answer anything on it & never responds to the calls. It's really big scam to cheat people who get their credit cards just hand over the GV which is zero value of it but the fact is we get very easily excited about to get the watch by paying minimum amount as me. well 299/- not a big amount for individual but just calculate the figures from each of India CC holder.

                                        I was trying to check out the ICICI Credit card pro vogue watch with the coupon code, But at the end of the transaction I am getting the error page saying that ubimapi.electracard.com took long to respond and the web page was unavailable . Can someone check on this, I have tried two to three times for the check-out of the watch but still the same error I am getting no One from Provogue is responding to it.                                         When tried with the debit card instead of credit card this issue got resolved. I have tried multiple times with the credit cad but this did not work out and finally by trail and error method used the debit card and it went through the payment gateway successfully. I have even received the order watch.
