Hi Team I had made an order on 6th June 2015 for provogue watch through ICICI internet banking. The sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account. I received an email regarding the despatch of the product, but i have received call for delivery. Now, the order status says complete. I couldn't even call a customer care also. Following are the details of the order: Your Shipment #PROV297803 for Order #[protected] Shipping Provider: Javas Tracking No: MUMPVGP449722 Could you please provide an update on the same, I call Javas courier also the said the tracking no is invalid. What have I supposed to do?
