    Hi, being an Axis Bank Customer I received an e-coupon for Provogue Travel Bag ( as per AXIS Provogue Integration) which I redeemed on 22nd May 2015 with Provogue. My Order No is[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 4 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either. I would request you to take strong action against them, so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service.

      Hi, I am having an savings account with Axis Bank. As per the Deposit Mobilization scheme run by bank, I was eligible for Provogue travel bag and accordingly received an e-voucher from Provogue India (a third party service provider) which I redeemed at www.provogue.com/axispvg. I placed the order on 22nd May 2015 and my order no is[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 4 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!!
      Is that bag really worth 299 rs?

            Hi Team I had made an order on 6th June 2015 for provogue watch through ICICI internet banking. The sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account. I received an email regarding the despatch of the product, but i have received call for delivery. Now, the order status says complete. I couldn't even call a customer care also. Following are the details of the order: Your Shipment #PROV297803 for Order #[protected] Shipping Provider: Javas Tracking No: MUMPVGP449722 Could you please provide an update on the same, I call Javas courier also the said the tracking no is invalid. What have I supposed to do?

              Hi I ordered the watch on 24th May 2015, and the order reference number is #[protected]. I received messages everyday that they are trying to attempt the delivery, but no one came to the address to deliver anything. I have sent 4-5 emails to ICICI and Provogue with no replies what-so-ever, also tried calling the customer care number but to no luck. I did not expect ICICI to be so careless and misleading. I spoke to one of the representatives and was told that I’ll get a refund if I don’t get the watch. But I haven’t received either of them. This is really disappointing and this is just giving a very bad reputation to both ICICI and Provogue. You either send the watch in time, or give back the money. It’s as simple as that!

              The above complaint was forwarded to Provogue, and 9 days ago, I received a mail from them: "Your order has been RTO by courier service provider because they were unable to deliver on your address. Please provide alternate address or any landmark so that we can dispatch the product ASAP."
              How can you not deliver the product to my address? It has been 11 days since I've provided my address, but I haven't received any news whatsoever. All false promises and fake words.
              How much longer do I have to wait? This is really disappointing and this is just giving a very bad reputation to both ICICI and Provogue. You either send the watch in time, or give back the money. It’s as simple as that!

                I have ordered a Watch through ICICI Credit Card offer Voucher. Order number is #[protected]placed on May 31, 2015 11:48:43 AM IST). Ordered Watch was Watch -100780-WH-283-F White 100780-WH-283-F qty 1 (White coloyred Square Die Ladies watch) where as I have recived Black Colored Round Die gents watch. I tried your Custmer care number[protected] for a week but nobody answered it. I also send 2 mails on [protected]@provogue.com but no response came. Please replace the watch I received with correct item. Thanks Umesh Patil

                    What a pathetic customer service & height of making customer fool...? I had placed an Order #[protected] on 4th June 2015. After many follow-ups I received the order yesterday. But the watch delivered is faulty (pics below). The time stags for 5 o’clock, 6 o’clock, 7 o’clock, 8 o’clock has been embossed inversely. I have tried calling the customer care from the initial time of placing the order to check the status of delivery & even since today morning but NOT A SINGLE CALL HAS BEEN ANSWERED till date. Feel ashamed of yourselves. I am writing with this last hope that a curtsy call is made from Provogue. I would be forced to go legal if I do not receive any response with 24-48 hrs.

                          I got an offer an offer for provouge watch on internet banking so I made payment on 02/06/2015 MIN/Provogue /[protected]/0 299.00 Still does not receive any order detail or any information please have a look on this, my name is Rupesh Dodkey email address [protected]@rediffmail.com, it was canceled because I was unable to make a payment through credit card or internet banking so I used my debit card and to palce order and payment was successfully made.

                            I have placed the order (order #[protected] by kotak net banking on 30MAY2015 and showing the status under dispatch from the day i placed order.I have tried multiple times to contact the customer care but no one pick up the call. Is this [censored] company or what i dont believe this is company like Provogue giving this type of service. Please do the needful else i will go for consumer court to file the case against the company so no one can be chitted by fraud company in future.

                              This is the waste of time and money as the watch is not going to receive. I guess Provogue is financially crashed down and now it is looting money from customers to repay their dues. Good work provogue. You have lost your little left repo. I am happy learning a lesson to not buy any of your brand items in just Rs 299. Thanks that was a very cheap way to learn such a big lesson.

                                  My name is neha agrawal.I had ordered a watch on 08/04/2015 which was on offer from ICICI bank.The watch was from provogue company. My order no.is[protected]. I got a message that my order has been shipped by GOJAVAS courier, but till now i have not received my order. I checked online status for my order and talked to customer care of GOJAVAS, they are saying that it was cancelled by you so we returned the order to the provogue company. Now the provogue company is not responding to my problem.Value for my order was Rs.299.

                                        Hi Team, I ordered 1 watches from Provogue on 05/14/15, I HADNOT RECEIVE the item YET.Shipment #PROV275244 for Order #[protected] tracking number is MUMPVGP427757, Shipping Provider (JAVAS) . Tried to contact provogue customer care by sending multiple emails and also through phone no response from them and very poor customer care service .Please let me know and my contact number 91-[protected].

                                        A person called me and told that he is from Provogue and informed that order is cancelled. I dont know the reason why they cancelled the order . This order has initiated as a promotion from ICICI bank. He wants me to provide the entire debit card information. I have not provided my complete debit card information. I have not received any calls/message from there courrier service and trying to track from 1st day onwards. But unable to track the order and they are trying to cheat the customer also by telling some reasons.
