    My name is Majid Miyanoor and this email is in reference to my Order no[protected], which I have placed on 27th February 2015 evening at 19:30 for a Provogue Watch (SKU # -103639-BK-022-F) on Provogue's website, as I got a promotional code from ICICI bank, that I can get this watch which is worth Rs.2499, only by paying Rs.299. I have paid rs.299/- through my Credit Card and have also received a confirmation email. However, when I track my order on the webiste, it still says, "Pending for Approval" and when I try calling Provogue's customer care number mentioned in the confirmation email[protected], the number continuously goes busy, despite of trying every 2 minutes. I'm trying the number everyday since 28th Feb'2015 since 10am till 6pm in the evening, but there is no response.

    I have also sent many emails, but still there is no response for my email also. So, can you please tell me what is the status of my order and why is the customer care number always busy? Do you have a tie-up with ICICI bank or you are just luring customers into something which is not there? Do you guys really exist or is it some kind of misleading which is happening? Because, I have read many comments and got some reviews from my friends as well, that you guys are fraud, which has resulted into me asking you this question. Awaiting a positive and frank reply at the earliest.

    I order the same wrist watch as promotional scheme of ICICI bank, but I received the wrong and defective piece/product. From last 2 month I am trying to reach these on their given customer support number but every time the number is busy. It looks like they have put the phone on busy mode so that no one can contact them directly on phone. Even I sent email to them 4 times with several reminders, but again no response from this Worst Company known as Provogue.

    This is really very bad experience so far with this brand and I took this opportunity as a learning not to buy anything of this brand. I suggest the same to the other - beware of Provogue.

    Did not receive my watch

    I placed an order at provague on 11th November but did receive it yet after paying the cash. I am very disappointed with this company.they are also not replying to my mails.

    Watch still not received

    We have ordered 2 watches 2 weeks back and waiting for the same, in the online its showing status complete, kindly let me know the proper reason and delivery date

    I did not recieve the product. I had ordered it in march and it is still not delivered even after payment. I have been tracking and complaining to provogue since a long time. I did not recieve any replies. My order number is #[protected]. Please help me out.

      Recenty i got a message from Kotak bank that they are going to offer Provogue watch worth 2499/- of paying 299/- delivery charges. So i thought to order it. After getting the product then i came to know that it's not even worthy of 100/- rupees. It's doesn't even value for 299/- rupees. After discussing the same to Kotak bank people. They said they it is ideally should be taken care by Provogue people. But Provogue team they don't even respond to mails. It's the worst customer care. My sincere advice is don't buy those products from any bank which states Provogue products. They are cheating customers and after all your follow up also they will not reply .

            I have ordered Provogue ICICI offer Rs299/- mens watch brown color on 26 Feb 2015 and its still not delivered yet. I have made the payment thru My Debit Card VISA.               Hi, I had placed an order no[protected] for shoes about 2 months back and I had done the payment online but I did not receive any delivery. Then in the month of Jan I received a call from Provogue and they said that the shoes are not in stock. Then I said to cancel the order. When I cancelled the order then they told me that I will receive my money back within 3 to 4 working days. But now its more than a month and I have not received my money back. I wrote to your customer care email [protected]@provogue.com multiple times but I did not get any reply. Is this the way you treat your customers who has truct on you??                     I have ordered a provogue watch through provogue.com as per ICICI Bank offers on 30th Nov 2014. The order number is[protected] and inspite of follow ups from three months there is no resolution to this. Since 5th Feb 2015 they have stoped replying as well. Till 5th Jan 2015 they were saying we are delayed due to heavy orders and post that they said we are looking with the courier company and post that there are no response. I have emailed to [protected]@provogue.com so many times and even the JAVA AS the courier team is looped. Nobody is keen to reply. Although the watch doesn't cost much but it was a present to my brother as a gift on an occasion and they have ruin the moment and have been causing so much mental harassment. The order was placed to my brother directly through his account.

                      I have ordered a watch as i got with ICICI bank. My order no is[protected] . Firstly i received the watch late and then it has been only 2 months and the pin of the belt came off. Secondly it stopped working and when i went to the local watch shop they said that there is a problem with the machine and the same cannot be repaired . It has to be replaced. I could not understand how a new watch has such defects that too within 2 months?

                          Hi, I am writing complain with reference to My Order No. Is[protected] dated 6th Feb 2015. I had ordered a provogue watch and I received the parcel on 12th Feb 2015 and was shocked to see that the watch was not present in the box. i.e. The box was empty. The same query sent to provogue site on 13th Feb 2015, But till now i didn’t get any reply form them. I requested your to send me the watch or arrange for a refund ASAP.

The phone number in fact is out of service.                                     I have ordered a provogue ladies watch(white) on the promotion offer for ICICI net banking users. I placed the order on[protected]. I opted for a new customer account creation option and placed the order using Internet banking. The order was successfully placed but neither any message nor any email for my order confirmation has been provided to me. Then i tried to contact them via [protected]@provogue.com by sending multiple emails. Most of their customer service numbers are either temporarily out of service else some which are picked up by any one (they are 1st saying yes it is provogue and when i ask about the complain they are either disconnecting or saying wrong number.)                                       I had bought a white Female watch through the ICICI integration on January 9, 2015 (ORDER #[protected], and I gifted it to my cousin on her birthday day. But when she opened it, there few scratches on it and it was a defective kind of piece and I was in a real embaresing position.

I placed this order just a couple of hours ago. Now I wanted to cancel that order. When called this number I am getting a message that "this number does not exist". please help me in cancelling this order and refund my money of Rs. 299.
