    I have ordered Provogue ICICI offer Rs299/- mens watch brown color on 26 Feb 2015 and its still not delivered yet. I have made the payment thru My Debit Card VISA. No call and sms and tracking no provided yet. Kindly help me to get my order package delivered on time. As on provogue website when i track my order no. it is showing complete and already shipped.

      Hi, I had placed an order no[protected] for shoes about 2 months back and I had done the payment online but I did not receive any delivery. Then in the month of Jan I received a call from Provogue and they said that the shoes are not in stock. Then I said to cancel the order. When I cancelled the order then they told me that I will receive my money back within 3 to 4 working days. But now its more than a month and I have not received my money back. I wrote to your customer care email [protected]@provogue.com multiple times but I did not get any reply. Is this the way you treat your customers who has truct on you?? I can say that your service is worst and its fake. If I do not receive any reply from Provogue then I will take leagle action against you with the help of my lawyer. Thanks, Nilesh Patil [protected]

            I have ordered a provogue watch through provogue.com as per ICICI Bank offers on 30th Nov 2014. The order number is[protected] and inspite of follow ups from three months there is no resolution to this. Since 5th Feb 2015 they have stoped replying as well. Till 5th Jan 2015 they were saying we are delayed due to heavy orders and post that they said we are looking with the courier company and post that there are no response. I have emailed to [protected]@provogue.com so many times and even the JAVA AS the courier team is looped. Nobody is keen to reply. Although the watch doesn't cost much but it was a present to my brother as a gift on an occasion and they have ruin the moment and have been causing so much mental harassment. The order was placed to my brother directly through his account.

              I have ordered a watch as i got with ICICI bank. My order no is[protected] . Firstly i received the watch late and then it has been only 2 months and the pin of the belt came off. Secondly it stopped working and when i went to the local watch shop they said that there is a problem with the machine and the same cannot be repaired . It has to be replaced. I could not understand how a new watch has such defects that too within 2 months?

                  Hi, I am writing complain with reference to My Order No. Is[protected] dated 6th Feb 2015. I had ordered a provogue watch and I received the parcel on 12th Feb 2015 and was shocked to see that the watch was not present in the box. i.e. The box was empty. The same query sent to provogue site on 13th Feb 2015, But till now i didn’t get any reply form them. I requested your to send me the watch or arrange for a refund ASAP.

The phone number in fact is out of service.                             I have ordered a provogue ladies watch(white) on the promotion offer for ICICI net banking users. I placed the order on[protected]. I opted for a new customer account creation option and placed the order using Internet banking. The order was successfully placed but neither any message nor any email for my order confirmation has been provided to me. Then i tried to contact them via [protected]@provogue.com by sending multiple emails. Most of their customer service numbers are either temporarily out of service else some which are picked up by any one (they are 1st saying yes it is provogue and when i ask about the complain they are either disconnecting or saying wrong number.)                               I had bought a white Female watch through the ICICI integration on January 9, 2015 (ORDER #[protected], and I gifted it to my cousin on her birthday day. But when she opened it, there few scratches on it and it was a defective kind of piece and I was in a real embaresing position.

                                    I made a transaction for which i got an error and order does not got placed. i contacted Citrus for the same and they replied "Thank you for writing to Citrus Payment Solutions. We wish to from you that the referred transaction with the transaction ID [protected] is successfully processed from our end and funds are already remitted to respective merchant. Therefore we request you to please contact provogue Team for further assistance on product delivery and product confirmation on the below mention link." I tried writing emails, tried customer care no. Nothing is working. Seems like its a fake website and company

                                        I have ordered 2 watches to chennai address but they have dispatched them to hyderabad and called me for delivery.Then I gave the courier boy my friends hyderabad address and requested him to deliver it there.From then for a week daily I used to receive a message in the morning that they are delivering in the requested address and in the evening I will get a message that the attempt to delivery is unsuccessful.after a week I called the courier service about the status of my delivery then they said that my products were returned back to mumbai(provogue main office).I am continuously calling the provogue customer care numbers but either they are not lifting the phone or a busy tone is getting as response.and now I am getting my product tracking status as complete.I want my products back to my chennai address or cancel my orders and return back my money.please do the needful
