    I made a transaction for which i got an error and order does not got placed. i contacted Citrus for the same and they replied "Thank you for writing to Citrus Payment Solutions. We wish to from you that the referred transaction with the transaction ID [protected] is successfully processed from our end and funds are already remitted to respective merchant. Therefore we request you to please contact provogue Team for further assistance on product delivery and product confirmation on the below mention link." I tried writing emails, tried customer care no. Nothing is working. Seems like its a fake website and company

        I have ordered 2 watches to chennai address but they have dispatched them to hyderabad and called me for delivery.Then I gave the courier boy my friends hyderabad address and requested him to deliver it there.From then for a week daily I used to receive a message in the morning that they are delivering in the requested address and in the evening I will get a message that the attempt to delivery is unsuccessful.after a week I called the courier service about the status of my delivery then they said that my products were returned back to mumbai(provogue main office).I am continuously calling the provogue customer care numbers but either they are not lifting the phone or a busy tone is getting as response.and now I am getting my product tracking status as complete.I want my products back to my chennai address or cancel my orders and return back my money.please do the needful

          I booked one wallet on 10/11/2014 with Order No.[protected] and I get confirmation mail dated.12/11/2014 from Provogue in that they mentioned that order no.[protected] has been dispatch with first flight courier tracking no.B991Q7670345.But till today I didn't receive the wallet.I called customer care but they are not responding.That is why I send so many mail to customer care, but no reply from them till date.

              I bought wallet, which came in offer with ICICI bank. The product is Wallet[protected]EA-028-F and price they mentioned 999/-. They charged 299/- for handling, where the wallet free in ICICI bank promotions. Please don't cheat customers with wallet doesn't worth 100/- and made of rexine not leather.

                    Ordered 2 watches[protected],[protected] from provogue on 12/9/14, none of the watches were delivered. Additional I contacted them serveral times but no response from their end. Today I checked my ordered and i was shocked to see that status for it was completed. No details regarding courier service used and delivery confirmation provided. It seems that provogue india is fake site as it doesnt have any proper support.. I think provogue company head or management should look at this and take necessary action against these.                                 I have complained about defective provogue watch received. (Order No: #[protected] I got call from ICICI Bank customer support asking my all debit card details. I did not gave him details as I found it something fishy. Do I need to provide my account no only or any other card related information in case of refunding amount back to my net banking account.                                     HI,

                                    I purchased a watch from Provogue on 11/11/2014 and here is the order number :[protected]. Provogue shipped my item through Gojavas and he is the tracking number: MUMPVGP278626. Gojavas delivery guy tried to deliver the product to me. However, there was a miss match with the address which was printed on product cover and the delivery guy's product list. So, he didn't handover the product to me. After that, I don't see any update from anyone.

                                    I contacted gojavas team on this and they said that they already returned the product to Provogue.

                                    I sent a mail to Provogue to know the status of my product. But those guys are not responding to mails. I tried two times and there is not response till now.

                                    Can you please ask them to deliver my watch?

                                        I bought a watch through online. The glass is now broken. I want to have the glass replaced. Please let me know the authorised service center available in Chennai. I could not find it online through any portal. The given customer care numbers are out of order and some other given number is not answering any calls. In certain website it was mentioned that the showroom is available in Express Avenue. I didn't find any out there. Please help me on this.
