In this regard, i already sent the mail to - [protected]@provogue.com, but till now we are not received any reply... Why this much time taken for dispatch the watch.. Pls check & revert, dispatch the order immediately. Till now we are not received any call from your end & I called many times to ur customer care no[protected] /[protected], but always it is busy.     Dear Team, I have ordered my watch with order number[protected] on 5th Dec 2014. The item is not received to me. They shifted item through gojavas courier services. The gojavas was rejected the item due to that parcel was opened stage. They return back to provogue. I contacted provogue customer care and asked them to make reissue the item. But still I did not receive the item. Please resolve the issue asasp. Thanks, Guru.S

I called Provogue customer care to place reorder. They confirmed me to place the reorder my item. After that I did not get information about my item. They never attend customer care number.         Hello, I have sent 3 enquiry requests to Provogue customer care but either I didn't get any response or it is not serviced yet. I received an email and SMS confirming my orders were shipped 20 days back on 09-Dec-2014. But on tracking with gojavas (the delivery merchant) they are saying as below. mumpvgp319276 and mumpvgp319277-same concern package is not recived... Could you please verify from your end on my orders? Also if you are unable to fulfill, please return my money back.

          Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 10 NOV 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking via Credit Card. My Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal but no use. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either which is frustrating me now a lot!! Later i approached the courier service i.e Delhivery.They said that they have cancelled the order and have returned the shipment to Provogue.Now what is this, i didnt receive any call or anything regarding this matter. Very poor service.!!! I want to know when it will be redelivered or i just want my money back with such poor service.

                  Hi, I had order 3 Provogue men watches on 30th November 2014 and had not yet received the delivery. Every time i received the e-mail regarding dispatch of my watches but no delivery till date. Service is very pathetic. I want the watches as soon as possible or else refund the amount of Rs.900/- for 3 watches. Please resolve it asap.                                   What a Pathetic service from Provogue. I placed an order on Provogue with ICICI offer. The order #[protected]. When i received the watch i received the same in broken state. I straightaway mailed their customer care. The said "Customer Care" replied to me saying it will be replaced as it is under warranty. But till today I have not heard from anyone of their so called "Customer Care". I am attaching the picture of the watch as in received state. Lets see if this forum can help me. regards

                                        Hi, I have ordered provogue watch with icici offer last month but till now i dint got the watch, as per the company mail they mentioned that it will be get between 7-21 days but it almost completed 1 month so till now i dint got watch.
