Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 10 NOV 2014 and made the payment through ICICI net banking via Credit Card. My Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal but no use. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either which is frustrating me now a lot!! Later i approached the courier service i.e Delhivery.They said that they have cancelled the order and have returned the shipment to Provogue.Now what is this, i didnt receive any call or anything regarding this matter. Very poor service.!!! I want to know when it will be redelivered or i just want my money back with such poor service.

          Hi, I had order 3 Provogue men watches on 30th November 2014 and had not yet received the delivery. Every time i received the e-mail regarding dispatch of my watches but no delivery till date. Service is very pathetic. I want the watches as soon as possible or else refund the amount of Rs.900/- for 3 watches. Please resolve it asap.                           What a Pathetic service from Provogue. I placed an order on Provogue with ICICI offer. The order #[protected]. When i received the watch i received the same in broken state. I straightaway mailed their customer care. The said "Customer Care" replied to me saying it will be replaced as it is under warranty. But till today I have not heard from anyone of their so called "Customer Care". I am attaching the picture of the watch as in received state. Lets see if this forum can help me. regards

                                        I have placed two orders Order 1:[protected] Order 2:[protected] I have received order number 1 i.e[protected]Invoice 6C[protected]) but never recieved the second one. I have contacted various times to them. At few of the occasion i recieved the response. They informed that they have delivered both the order. They also provided the tracking details. However I have recieved the 1st one only. I never received the second one i.e[protected]. After that i have sent an email to [protected]@provogue.com for asking the name of the recipient but they never replied. I am forwarding the same email again and getting nothing from that side. Please look into the matter as i didnt recieve the second one. Whenever i am trying their contact number [protected] it always remain busy. No hold procedure simply and IVR stating to contact again. Very frustating customer service as they are not replying and 7 days already passes. Please pay attention toward this and ensure the delivery. Regards, Ajendra Singh
