Its very disappointing that the online order which i placed around 12days back is still not delivered by a reputed company like provogue. Its also frustating that no customer care support is available from the company . Also I have sent several emails regarding my order and also called up their customer care number but still no response. I am a regular customer of provogue but I ordered online for the first time. DISSAPOINTED !! Please either deliver my product order no#[protected]EA-028-F) else refund my money which i paid online. Please respect customers trust. If i am not getting my refund or the order I am not going to buy any of provogue's items in future for sure. Regards A dissapointed customer Harkaran Singh

    ordered a 'Full printed Sling Bag' in Provogue website via HDFC Diwali offer on November 9th, 2015 and I got a confirmation mail from Provogue website that the order of the item is confirmed. The order status is shown as 'complete'. But still I haven't received the courier info, nor the product. I've paid the amount of Rs.299 as shipping charges and there is no reply at all from the website. I tried reaching their customer care via phone and email but they aren't available for communication at all. This is a ridiculous act of Provogue (as its been continuously doing) and I dont know why, good banks such as HDFC made a tie up with them, for the offer. Can anybody help in getting my product soon, or a cash back from HDFC? Order ID: #[protected] SKU: 104155-EA-028-F

      I was recommended by HDFC BANK relationship manager to buy provogue watch so I visited the dedicated page of provgue/hdfcbank - placed the order on 10.11.2015 and paid Rs. 299 thru' my HDFC net banking. Till today no delivery is made. None of the phone numbers available on the official website are working. I think it is HDFC BANK and PROGOVUE jointly doing a fraudulent activity by driving customers to their website with this kind of offers. Since it is a small amount customers give easily after following up with the company and in return HDFC BANK and provogue share the profits. This is wilful cheating. I want my money back or delivery of the product within a reasonable time. My contact details are [protected].

        Hi, As per Provogue's Shipping policy they will ship in 24hrs. But I booked a watch on 9th Nov 2015. I made payment and I also sent a mail to Provogue requesting for the delivery. But no reply I received. There is no customer case number also available. The order number is[protected]. Please do the needful. Best regards, Jashua

          My AWB number MUMPVGP566661 is shown as invalid... Status shown as complete and has an order number of[protected]. Called up go javas...But they aren't able to help. Every time I call up...I get a new Provogue customer care number. And at the customer care. No one receives any calls throughout the day!!! [protected]. Expecting an update immediately!

            Provogue rolled out an offer with the ICICI bank in which i was eligible to buy provogue Watch on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one Ladies Watch with the provogue order #[protected] on NOVEMBER 10, 2015 and made the payment with my ICICI Net Banking. My order status says complete and the courier company named is mentioned as Gojavas. I had the talk with the courier company as well and the tracking number provided i.e. MUMPVGP565631 mentioned is wrong as per the courier company. I have sent mails to the customer care team and the customer support number is not reachable at all. Also, I didn't receive any order status mail/call/sms nor getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email. This is the worst company service ever. I would request you to take strong action against them, so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service.

            i did received any call from Provogue or ICICI representative at all. I cannot even understand that how can a leading bank like ICICI can do this at all. As i could not beleive in Provogue if it was not shown in ICICi net banking site. And now when i pay for some item & did not got that and site shows delivered then it is a clear cheatin or can say a fraud to Customer. And this will impact my banking with ICICI also. Please do the needful or i should have to take neccessary legal steps for this.

              This is with reference to an online order #[protected] dtd 12/11/2015 for a Ladies watch as per the offer on HDFC website. The offer was that there will no charges against the watch however we need to give the shipping charges of Rs.299/-. The same has been paid and order was confirmed. To my surprise when I have seen the confirmation email from Provogue, it says that delivery will be made in 28 working days which was never been cleared to me. I tried to contact on the numbers given in the email however was unsuccessful.

              I would like to cancel my order and want full refund of the money paid. I have also written an email to Provogue. Also I was disappointed to see so many negative feedbanks about Provogue on the internet.

              Since the offer is on HDFC bank webpage, I strongly feel that bank should take the responsibility and work towards protecting the consumer rights.
              Provogue company is playing very smartly. It is not charging anything for the product and shipping charges are non-refundable. Nice way of fooling the consumers.

              when checked online for complient feedback was shocked of reviews nd felt y did i go for ths.

              HDFC must bare the blame. HDFC was the one who induced its customers to go for this offer through its mail.
              We must also file a complaint against the HDFC Bank.

                Thank you 'Consumer Complaints' for resolving the issue. The next day, once after I posted the complaint/query, I got a reply-mail (in gmail) from 'Provogue' regarding the product status and courier information. On 18th-Nov, I received the product. Thanks to 'Provogue' also. But still, I have another product booked at 'Provogue', whose status is shown as 'Under Processing' from many days. I am looking forward to resolve this issue also via 'Consumer Complaints' as platform, if the product status remain unclear. Thank you.

                I ordered a 'SMART GENTS VJP DIAL WATCH' in Provogue website via HDFC Diwali offer on November 8th, 2015. Respectively I not got any confirmation order through MAIL/SMS. The order status is shown as 'complete' on my account page(attached Image for reference) but there is no status on shipment information. I've paid the amount of Rs.299 as shipping charges. After reviewed many complaints against Provogue, I tried to cancel the order via phone and email, but they aren't available for communication at all. Provogue is becoming one of the leading fraudulent marketing company.

                  I Got offer from HDFC Bank that Provogue (Online shopping site) Provide offer for HDFC customers. I placed a order of Smart Half Printed Sling Bag of Rs 1, 499 but due to provogue offers for Hdfc customers that we have to pay only shipping charges so that I paid Rs 299 Shipping Charges On 7 Nov through online and placed a order but from date to till date i didn't received my order and when i checked my account after login...it shows order delivered to my address but I didn't received my bad till now.                     i ordered a watch through provogue under the HDFC offer but its been a week and the status still shows under dispatch no way to contact the company and no response for the mail sent .
                    i have also ordered provogue watch, but after 1 week the status is showing "Processing" (Under Dispatch)...order no is[protected], worst service by both hdfc and provogue...
                    we all should go to the consumer court...or at least file online complaint
                    I have also ordered Provogue watch on 25th November and have called several times but got no reply. I have emailed them for the same and received the automated response that order will be delivered in 28 days. Again I have emailed them but no reply. I request to resolve this or talk with the company directly rather than just forwarding our complains. Also, reply us on what the company is going to do moving forward.                       Hi, I ordered also ordered provogue watch on 26 oct 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id #[protected] &[protected]. 10 days has passed and still Provogue website shows order status as PROCESSING (UNDER DISPATCH) & NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE. I tried to contact customer care service[protected] &[protected]. Sometimes number is busy or out of reach. When phone is ringing then there is no body to pick up the phone. It is shocking to know that well reputed brand like Provogue has this kind of pathetic, louse and sluggish customer care service. I place this order online because ICICI Bank has tie-up with Provogue but now I feel that ICICI Bank is loosing their reputation due to tie-up with this kind of lousy, sluggish and bogus firm. I hope to get solution as soon as possible Thanks in anticipation.

                        after placing the order i got the feedback that the watch is not good, so i rejected the courier. i have not accepted the courier..i told them to return the product the company.

                        from till 15th october i am calling to the customer care on[protected] and[protected] on both numbers but i have not got any response. no one is picking the call i am calling daily as on date i have not got any solution

                        regularly i am sending mail to [protected]@provougue.com and [protected]@provougue.com but i have not got reply..

                        provogue company should return my money immediately.

                        its reduculous that all customer care numbers are not responding to customer.

                              Hello, I have purchased a Provogue ladies watch through ICICI internet banking offer Rs 399 but product not good so i return that watch to Provogue till now i didn't recive my amount. before i return watch talked with Provogue customer care said with 4 to 5 working days amount reflect in your a/c but its 15days above when i try to call Provogue customer care number no one can pickup the call & i send so many mails to CC but no reply mails. i think they cheating with the customer. The watch is defective and stopped immediately. This is not accepted as I paid for it (delivery charges R. 299) and do not expect a defective piece.                                     Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 14 Sept 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking.I received an error message at the payment gateway that it was unsuccessful.Then I checked my mails and there was a mail from citrus pay that transaction was successful and my Order No #[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 10 days. There is no update about the correct status of my order

                                      I received my Provogue watch today i.e. 29th September 2015. I getting my watch in deactive condition This is not accepted as I paid for it and not for a defective piece. Provogue customer care are not picking up the phone as usual.                                         Sir, I ordered an watch on 10 Sept. My Order No. is[protected] it's website is showing that Shipment no. is[protected] but such a no. cannot be tracked on Delhivery the courier service website. Please look into the matter as quickly as possible and deliver my watch at the earliest.
