I ordered a 'WATCH'' via order number[protected] in Provogue website via HDFC offer on November 17th, 2015. Respectively I not got any confirmation order through MAIL/SMS. The order status is shown as 'complete' on my account page(attached Image for reference) but there is no status on shipment information. I've paid the amount of Rs.299 as shipping charges. Its been almost a month, i tried to call them in the below numbers [protected],[protected],[protected], I even send multiple emails to [protected]@provogue.com, but didn't even receive an answer from them, I want my order to be delivered ASAP Regards, Varun Thampi [protected] [protected]

    I was order through http://www.provogue.com one watch on 25th Nov-15 and paid shipping charges of Rs.299. But still I have not yet received any watch from provogue.This is a fraud company.

      I ordered a 'SMART GENTS VJP DIAL WATCH' via order number[protected] in Provogue website via HDFC offer on November 26th, 2015. Respectively I not got any confirmation order through MAIL/SMS. After reviewed many complaints against Provogue, I tried to cancel the order via phone and email, but they aren't available for communication at all. Provogue is becoming one of the leading fraudulent marketing company.Every time i am checking the status is showing that processing (under Dispatch) Plz do needfull or plz help me for getting the refund bcoz ultimately hdfc should be held responsoble bcoz if they have tied up with them then they must take care of their customers. Please do needful

        Hello I'm booking Hdfc offer watch last nov 17th . order no[protected] but item not received the status show only processing .I cancel the offer and return my amount rs.299.00. If you are not dispatch my order item cancel it. Or direct call me

                I ordered one provogue watch but after ordering I saw the shipping address was wrongly of Delhi there where it should have been of Kolkata. I tried to contact Provogue over phone in vain and a lot of times I mailed them regarding this. Now they took help of GoJavas to deliver the shipment who after attempting returned back to Provogue. Now when I am constantly mailing Provogue to know what would be the next step, whether they would be resending to correct address or they would refund me my money, I am getting no response as usual.

                  My order no is[protected] from provuge and the amount paid but the courier partner did not work properly and return my order without any information to me.when i try to contact provuge customer care by email no any reaction found.then i try in [protected] and found no answer. So, take nesscery action and send my order.

                        I made an order for Men's watch with id#[protected] on Dec 2nd 2015 using ICICI Credit Card and paid Rs.399/-.Status of this order is 'Shipped' with AWB# MUMPVGP600817 and Shipment#[protected] but when I am trying to track the item it's throwing the error 'Enter valid Docket No./ AWB No./ Shipment No./ Consignment No.' on Gojavas site.I have put mails to [protected]@provogue.com and made countless calls to provogue customer care and GoJavas.I don't have any response from the concerned team.If Provogue is doing all such frauds how can customers rely on purchasing products from them in the future. I need my order to be delivered as early as possible or ICICI should cancel my transaction and refund my complete money.

                          Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 17 Nov 2015 and made the payment through HDFC net banking. I received an Confirmation message at the payment gateway that it was successful. from citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" since last 2/3 weeks. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!! please resolve this

                                I have attached here my online purchase of a wrist watch, which was advertised by PROVOGUE India through HDFC Bank net banking website. My payment receipt is attached. It was committed by the company to deliver the material within 30th Nov, 2015, but till date I have not received the same.

                                  Hi, I ordered provogue VJP Dial watch on 18 November 2015 and made the payment through NEFT of HDFC Bank. for this I got an acknowledgement Order No.[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "Processing " since from day first of the said order. There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! and the item also not yet received, I fed up with the poor service and response .!!, However Iam an advocate Iam going to file a Case against Provogue and HDFC Bank both in 1 or 2 days directly in consumer court.. Its a duty of both companies to protect the interest of Consumers instead of that they are cheating by their fraudulent act.. and more ever iam collecting all the reviews and experience of the customers with regard to the Provogue Products..                                         I have Order[protected]placed on November 27, 2015 1:22:04 AM IST) Smart Gents VJP Dial Watch on 27/Nov/2015 Exactly 10 days back But still now i didn't received my order and Tracking status showing as In processing from 10 days, There is no response from provogue customer care help line no nobody answering the cal and no response from customer-care mail ID I never see any time like this bad service in any company,
