    The ICICI Offer with Provogue, which provide any ICICI customer to purchase Watch on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one watches with the provogue order #[protected] on August 26, 2015 and made the payment with my ICICI Net Banking. These items are still pending, and i am getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email. I dropped 2 mails regarding this to provogue, but they are not responding. I would request you to take strong action against them, so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service

      I purchased one brown watch (through ICICI internet banking offer)which was of pathetic quality. so returned it. They took 299 rupees for shipping and handling charges. I asked them to refund that money through mail at [protected]@provogue.com. They responded me with this text on Aug 6--- "As per your request we have canceled your order. We have already instructed our courier service provider to pick-up the defective product from your place, which will be done within 4-5 days. Whenever we received the product in our warehouse we will refunded your amount in your account, which will reflect in 4-5 days in your account." Now its september 23 and they haven't responded to me yet even after I sent 6-7 mails to them at the same email address My order number was[protected]. No one's picking up their customer care numbers in mumbai..[protected] . What should I do next, please suggest me.

          Sent a mail to customer care. and taking continuous follow up. also complaint sent to ICICI bank Customer care. Now Provogue dispatched the consignment. Toady I received the consignment.
          just now I received call from Provogue Customer executive from [protected] (dated 23/09/15 time 2.09 PM). when I asked about order and shipment wrong details he replied that courier person not pickup the consignment. So without picking consignment how Provogue uploaded the consignment no?.
          Now he is telling they are unable to dispatch the consignment will refund the money. Through net banking it will refund within one week or asking me to furnish details of credit cards so they refund within 2 Minuets. it seems they are Fraud. Kindly do needful. Also be aware??

          Watch ordered few months back not working

          Hi team, I have order ICICI promo mens watch 4 months back. All of sudden it stopped working.. It has 1 year warranty so let me know what i need t do

            This is a rare case with an e-commerce website. I placed an order for Provogue watch under the iMobile offer by ICICI bank on 28th of August, 2015 and did payment through ICICI net banking for the shipping charges, but, I have not received the watch yet whereas order status is shown as completed.               I placed an order of a Provogue watch through ICICI Promo code on 28th August, 2015.                 Worst service. I have never ever faced such a problem with anu of the other ecommerce companies. I have placed an order on 5 th of september and have made the payment the very same day through ICICI net banking. The order status is still in 'Processing' since then till date.                     I had ordered a watch from www.provogue.com on 10 August 2015. They had promised to dispatch the watch in 21 days. It has been more than 41 days and they have not dispatched the watch yet from Provogue’s office/warehouse. They took the money upfront. They are not responding to emails, they are not picking up calls and they are not replying to tweets either. Any effort to reach their office to enquire about the delivery has proved futile. Please resolve this issue and help me get refund. Details are: Order number:[protected] Date ordered: 10 August 2015 Order Amount: INR 299 Item ordered: GENTS WATCH-103732-BK-022-F I want Provogue India to pay me INR 1, 00, 000 due to loss of my time, losses incurred due to non-delivery of the product (I was relying on the product) and the mental exhaustion. It has taken a significant amount of my time and energy to reach them, which has been unsuccessful.

                    Finally, the amount has been refunded and order canceled. Worst experience ever. There was no communication from their side (no response to emails, calls). Their tracking info was not updated. I would not recommend anyone to order from Provogue.

                            T's been 25 days since i placed an order but i haven't got any mail or call from their side my order no[protected]. I have order a Gents Watch -104014-BK-022-F on 24 August but today 15th September but i haven't got watch till now. My sku code is 104014-BK-022-F .I also tried to call but not able to make a call on customer care number[protected] mentioned in their website. The other number[protected] kept on ringing but no body answers the call. I have drafted two mails but did not get any response from their side, even track shipment doesn't gives any details of where the order is it just ended up with blank screen with delivery tracking number[protected] . Also the order is showing as complete. I didn't received the product then how can they mention the status as complete. Pls take the necessary action and provide us the solution as provogue is brand name and they are fooling people like this is not acceptable.

                                        This is with respect to an order made for a Gents watch from Provogue through the ICICI offer. I made the order on August 26, 2015 and made the payment through ICICI netbanking. Immediately I received a confirmation of the order and the amount was debited from my account. Since then the order status on PROVOGUE website states "Processing (Under Dispatch)". The order number is[protected]. Seeing at so many complaints registered in this regard, I have no hope of getting neither the watch nor my money back. Calls to Provogue customer care are also not answered. If this is the level of customer service from Provogue, why is ICICI bank advertising them on their home page. Being a customer of ICICI for a long time, I did not expect them to trap their customers with such non trustworthy offers. I request either ICICI or Provogue to clarify the issue. In case the issue cannot be resolved here, the only option will be to report ICICI as well as Provogue to the consumer court legally. Kindly provide me a clarification.

If this is the level of customer service from Provogue, why is ICICI bank advertising them on their home page. Being a customer of ICICI for a long time, I did not expect them to trap their customers with such non trustworthy offers. I request either ICICI or Provogue to clarify the issue. In case the issue cannot be resolved here, the only option will be to report ICICI as well as Provogue to the consumer court legally. Kindly provide me a clarification.

                                        The complaint was registered by me originally, for the order made by me. I appreciate your response to Mr. Sarkar's complaint, but I would have expected you to answer the original complaint first before the other person who simply copied the entire compliant just changing the order number. I request you to provide solution to my issue.
