I have purchased one Provogue ladies watch through ICICI Bank. I have received this watch on 5th November 2015. On receipt of this watch, I found the same is not working properly and after a day it started working for few hours and again it stopped. I tried to contact Provogue customer care number many times, but not able to speak with any of their customer care executives. I have sent multiple emails and a letter to their office (by courier)...

I done the transaction I paid money to company after I got order confirmation ok but still I did not get that product almost 10 days complete there is no response from them as well as customer care numbers not working as well as no cancellation option in website ....
