I have ordered for a ladies watch under the HDFC Gift scheme on 28th November. The Order No. is[protected]. When tracking the order, no tracking details is available. My bank account has already been debited with Rs.299 being courier charges. Kindly let me know as to when the same will be delivered. As complained by various customers, nobody is bothering to answer the phone calls.

    Actually from hdfc bank i have got a coupan about 2499 rupees for provogue online purchase and have to pay about 299 rupees for shipping from hdfc online but even from several days i have not get even any single detail about my order no mail or any thing no contact number of the site please take action about this frouad company

      I have ordered 3 watches on November-29th order no are[protected],[protected],[protected]. Order status is processing(under dispatch). I tried to call many numbers provided in site but all are wrong numbers or not reachable. Will i get my ordered product or not?? If not, how do i cancel my order. I am seriously disappointed.

        T's been 18days since i placed an order but i haven't got any mail or call from their side my order no[protected]. I have order a Gents Watch on 17 nov 2015 but today 5th December but i haven't got watch till now. I also tried to call but not able to make a call on customer care number[protected] mentioned in their website. The other number[protected] kept on ringing but no body answers the call. I have drafted two mails but did not get any response from their side, I didn't received the product then how can they mention the status as complete. Pls take the necessary action and provide us the solution as provogue is brand name . [protected]

            An order no.[protected] for the wrist watch 'SMART GENTS VJP DIAL WATCH' offered under HDFC Scheme was booked online on 16th November 2015. However, the order has not yet been received (20 days have passed). Please deliver a good working condition wrist watch on the address provided at the earliest.

            You have charge me rs.299/- immediately, then you should have delivered the product on priority basis.

            Please improve your service otherwise refund my amount and cancel this offer for all banks.

                I am arun kumar place an[protected] for the wrist watch offered under hdfc Scheme was booked online on 09th November 2015. however, the order has not yet been received (25 days have passed). YOU have very good brand leadership but how can you cheat your customers. all contact no you have place at customer care are rubbish. You guys make the customer fools. I will also sue you in court bcz your services not match with your delivery norms.

                  I have purchased one Provogue ladies watch through ICICI Bank. I have received this watch on 5th November 2015. On receipt of this watch, I found the same is not working properly and after a day it started working for few hours and again it stopped. I tried to contact Provogue customer care number many times, but not able to speak with any of their customer care executives. I have sent multiple emails and a letter to their office (by courier) and for that no response till date. I need to get this watch replaced, but the main problem is no one (neither from Provogue nor from ICICI bank is responding).

                    Some fraud group is following the post and try to contact you. They said that they are calling from Provogue and they don't have product available and they want to reimburse the money so, they need your ATM card number. Please Be aware!!

                          Hi My name is Nagaraju Upp on 21/11/2015 i was see an ad regarding a wrist watch cost 2499/- and and andhra bank net banking users can get only rupees 299/- So, I was book an order through andhra bank debit card and the payment also done. But the status of my order showing cancelled why? If it cancelled when will i get back my amount? Please send my order as early as possible or return my amount.

                                Hi, I ordered Provogue ladies watch through HDFC Bank Offer Order #[protected] on 11/13/15. From last 20 days, it shows the status – Processing (Under Dispatch). I tried to reach the Provogue through customer care number and email. Unfortunatly I am not getting any response from them and no body picks the phone. Now I am seeing so many complaints in this forum related to same issue and unfortunately I am also one of in them. I request you help in this regards. Many Thanks in advance Praveen

                                        Good to see a reply from Provogue. I was afraid on seeing all the complaints filed on this incident, since I had also booked for the watch. Now finally a hope from provogue.

                                        But another complaint with the subject line"Provogue India — Fake Watch " makes me worried. Below are the details
