I ordered a 'WATCH'' via order number[protected] in Provogue website via HDFC offer on November 17th, 2015. Respectively I not got any confirmation order through MAIL/SMS. The order status is shown as 'complete' on my account page(attached Image for reference) but there is no status on shipment information. I've paid the amount of Rs.299 as shipping charges.
Its been almost a month, i tried to call them in the below numbers
[protected],[protected],[protected], I even send multiple emails to [protected]@provogue.com, but didn't even receive an answer from them,
I want my order to be delivered ASAP

Provogue India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We reviewed your complaint and certainly understand the disappointment you have been through. We understand your plight but would want to inform that in such cases where in one is unable to retrieve any information on tracker despite a tracking number provided, it means the order was placed successfully yet it wasn't transferred to the shipping partner(that's us) . Until the order is not in our possession it would not reflect anything on the tracker. We request you to please get in touch with the seller regarding the same.
