Dear concern, I'm Sudheer from Bangalore and I have order the hdfc bank offer watch in the month of Nov 2015 and the order no[protected] I have track the oder through login our a/c status shown as order completed but till date i have not received the order. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. HDFC should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. I can see HDFC Bank has to take the responsibility and need to get out of this kind of partners.

I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an HDFC mobile banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website after seeing add from [protected]@hdfcbank.net, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. But, for the past 15 days, my order status is showing up as pending. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. HDFC should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with HDFC in the past 6 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped.

I ordered a Provogue Women WATCH on 24/11/2015 through the HDFC offer from www.provogue.com. The provogue website updated order (Number[protected] as COMPLETE and shipping details is updated with MUMPVGP625470, I contacted GOJAVAS they said no. such order detail available with them. I tried sending mails to the email addresses mentioned on their website but the mail didn't go through. Also the customer care numbers are not reachable. Request a refund. I don't want any product from such a fraud company.

The provogue website shows my order as order no.[protected] and shipping details as DELHIVERY awb.[protected] and when i contacted delhivery they said no. such order details are available with us. plz save us from such a fraud co. and even by sending several mails to provogue they didn't responded to a single mail and i have contacted on their contact[protected] no one seems interested to pick my fone

I have 2 complaints. I ordered 3 watches under HDFC Provogue Offer claiming that I have to pay only 299 shipping charges on 30th Nov. So while ordering first watch I gave my email Id wrong. Hence I don't have details of that order. I tried calling every customer care number but got only busy dialer tone, left many mails but no reply. I want to track that order. How do I do it?

I had ordered provogue Oval Dial watch on 28th November 2015, there is no response from provogue and there customer service line is just ringing and no one is answering... My order #[protected] place on 28th November 2015. request you respond to this Complain, I had ordered this to gift it to my wife on her birthday which was on 9th December but that is also gone.
