This is with regards of ICICI Offer with Provogue, which provide any ICICI customer to purchase Watch and Wallets on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one watches with the provogue order #[protected] on 4th-Sept-2015 and made the payment with my ICICI Net Banking. These items are still pending, and i am getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email. I dropped 3 mails regarding this to provogue, but they are not responding. I would request you to take strong action against them, so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service.

    Pls give me a response over below mail which was communicated to Provogue India many times in August 2015. I have tried several times to contact your customer care no but it is always says this no is not available or many times if its available but they don't pico the call. . Even though after this mail was sent to Provogue India, they had no courtesy to revert back. Whereas ICICI Bank has stated that I have to contact Provogue India. I want to know why Provogue India is not reverting back with the correct answer as I have seen many such cases on Consumer complaints forum & I fear losing my money because of such negligence from Provogue. You have text me about this watch that it will be delieverse by GO JAVAS so I went to their office they said this order has been canceled and called by provogue company so if you won't solve my problem then I might have to go to Consumer care.

        I ordered this watch on 13th August 2015 by using coupon code given to me by ICICI Bank as a privileged customer, I got a mail from provogue on 1st September 2015 that my order has been dispatched and I can track my order after 48 hours, since then 7 days have elapsed and I have not received my WATCH yet, when I am trying to track my order its showing "complete" this is simply ridiculous, I also called the courier company "GoJavas" but they are saying they have not received any such parcel with respective docket number.           I ordered the watch thru ICICI Bank privileged customers offers and paid Rs.299 online thru net banking. I got the confirmation mail on 3-Sep-2015 stating details of order no.[protected]. Subsequently I got the invoice via email and confirmation that the item is shipped and I can track the shipment by using tracking link. I tried to check the status, which takes me to Provogue web site with no tracking details. I sent e-mail to customercare on 7th and 8th Sep-15 without response. I tried to call customer care nos. printed on the invoice without success. The line is either busy or no answer. I also tried to call Provogue office nos. Once someone picked the call and put me on hold and the line got disconnected. Copies of order confirmation mail and invoice is attached for ready reference.             Dear Team, I have ordered a watch from provogue on 14th August under an offer from ICICI bank. Provogue has deducted an amount of 299 from my account on 14th August 2015. The status of my order as on 4th September 2015 is completed. But, I have not received my shipment. The Courier Services Delhivery says the shipment no. is not valid.               Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 21 july 2015 and made the payment through ICICI net banking. I got confirmation mail stating payment is successful with order id#[protected] .
              Its been 60 days and I didn't get any update from provogue team. When I check the order status in provogue website, its showing Shortage found At HYDERABAD EAST Reason:- LOST IN TRANSIT

              I sent mail to [protected]@provogue.com and also to [protected]@icicibank.com but its of no use. I didn't get any reply from them.

                  I ordered a rovogue watch (white) during the ICICI provogue campaign on August 4, 2015. The amount got debited from my account but I have still not received the watch despite waiting patiently for one month. My track order number is:[protected]. The tracking number that I got from provogue e-mail is MUMPVGP521905, but on calling the shipping company they told me that its invalid. Provogue does not reply to my emails or attend my calls. Please help me. I feel cheated. I really trusted the brand name of provogue and ICICI.

                    I have ordered a watch from provogue. Order date is 10th august 2015. I received an email on 30th september 2015 from provogue that order is dispatched. Email says it has been shipped by gojavas with tracking number mumpvgp530450. When tracked on website, it says no information available. I called gojavas where i received a reply that the delay has happened from provogue and order is not yet received by them. Portal of provogue says order is complete. Provogue landline number is never received by anyone and they do not respond to emails. Please suggest next course of action.

                        ICICI Bank's Provogue Watch Offer not delivered till yet. Got Email on 31-August that your Order[protected]is dispatched. But I never received my parcel! When I logged in to the provogue site and checked my order status, it says it is complete. There is no mention of which courier service they are using hence no way to verify the tracking It just gives a shipment number which is untraceable. My SHIPMENT number is[protected]. It sincerely request you to verify and check with PROVOGUE I have tried to contact Provogue also but none of their numbers work (no one picks up). Then I searched online and found I also fall prey to a fraudulent offer. Please look in to the matter seriously and I think both the companies, ICICI Bank and Provogue are involved and should be severly punished against fraudulent and luring innocent customers. Please let me know what could be the solution for such scam.                             I'm facing the same issue as Mr. Patel and I've to say Provogue is pulling the scam. Honestly I never expected ICICI bank to be involved in such scams. However Provogue, well what can I say, they are this way.

I have ordered this on august 9th 2015, but still i have not received this order and when i am trying to track this order i am getting my order status as processing under dispatch from last 20 days. Amount also has been deducted from my account. I have tried to call provogue many time but nobody is answering my call either the number will be busy or else no one picks up the call.                                 I have ordered 2 female watches on 30th July but yet I have not received the same. I have received a mail from provogue on 22nd August about my both the orders[protected] &[protected] has been dispatched with AWB numbers as MUMPVGP518619 & MUMPVGP518830. I have contacted Javas for the confirmation of delivery but the same got rejected by mentioning invalid AWB number. 28 days has already passed out & yet I have not received my orders. Hence, kindly get back to me with proper resolution on priority as your customer care is very much interested in keeping their calls engaged, ringing, not reachable & not in service.                                   Hi, I had made an order on 30th July 2015 for provogue watch through ICICI internet banking. The sum of Rs. 299/- was deducted from my account. I received an email regarding the dispatch of the product, but i have not received call for delivery. Now, the order status says complete. I couldn't even call a customer care also. I have searched for service Centre in Mysore but I have not got. So kindly give me a replacement for that watch. Or need any resolution

                                        On july 3oth i have placed order for watch n paid as per their terms, , still i didn't get any item n even i tried to track order it showing some number in status field instead of status, no awb number and no location, , , how many days you will take to deliver an item to a major city like kolkata?more than 30 days??pathetic service from Provogue...really need to improve a lot, also i have tried to phone & mail to customercare provogue but till date i have not received any response. if they are unable to send the product request pls return the advance amount.
