I ordered this watch on 17th August 2015 by using coupon code given to me by ICICI Bank as a privileged customer, I got a mail from provogue on 2nd September 2015 that my order has been dispatched and I can track my order after 48 hours, since then 7 days have elapsed and I havent received my WATCH yet, when I am trying to track my order its showing "complete" this is simply ridiculous, I also called the courier company "GoJavas" but they are saying they have not received any such parcel with respective docket number. When I tried to contact the Provogue customer care number its coming not reachable, I also mailed them on 7th September but they have not responded to it. This is simply an act of making fool of innocent people.
I didnt expect this from ICICI Bank or from Provogue, I need my money back or send me the watch or else I won't ever go for any such offer from ICICI Bank.
