I had ordered two watches from Provogue India through HDFC website. Order#[protected] and[protected]. I have not received any communication from them since the order is placed. The numbers given on the website are not useful at all. No one responds to email send to them.

    My Order #[protected]placed on November 19, 2015 12:48:53 PM IST) has not yet been shipped . its alwasy showing as in process . Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" . There is no update about the correct status of my order. I tried to reach customer care number mentioned in the website and wrote mails. No replies to emails and nobody is replying the call either!! Very poor service.!! i need my money back or else I will lodge a police complaint against company for cheating...

        Novomber 22nd 2015 I ordered one watch (order no:[protected] in provogue india.com that is one online e-commerce website. I done the transaction I paid money to company after I got order confirmation ok but still I did not get that product almost 10 days complete there is no response from them as well as customer care numbers not working as well as no cancellation option in website .

          I Received a Watch but its not even worth of Rs. 299.00 Cheap Stuff which Provogue claims that its for Rs 2499.00. After 10 days the strap leather is already coming off. i need my money back or else send me another watch which is worth of Rs2499.00 Order #[protected]

            Hi, I ordered provogue watch on 18 Nov 2015 and made the payment through HDFC net banking. Then I checked my mails and there was a mail from citrus pay that the transactions was successful and my Order No#[protected]. Since then I have been trying to check the status of my order on the online portal and it keeps on showing the status as "PROCESSING" . There is no update about the correct status of my order.               I have ordered a Provogue watch through a offer in HDFC netbanking on 14th of November.
              But I haven't received any information regarding the dispatch and haven't got the watch yet.It's almost 2 weeks and there is no response from Provogue.
              My order no. is[protected] and it's showing Processing(Under Dispatch).
              It's the worst service that I have ever seen and the most shocking thing is that How HDFC bank tied up with Provogue even after knowing this kind of service from Provogue. With Provogue, HDFC is also damaging it's brand.

                Provogue rolled out an offer with the HDFC bank in which any HDFC customer was eligible to buy provogue Watch/bag on the payment of Shipping charge only. I have purchased one Provogue watch with the provogue order #[protected] on NOVEMBER 19, 2015 and made the payment with my HDFC Net Banking. I have sent several mails to the customer care team and the customer support number is not reachable at all. Also, I didn't receive any order status mail/call/sms nor getting no response from Provogue Customer care through either Contact Number or Email. This is the worst company service ever. I would request you to take strong action against them, so that they follow some good responsive measure to serve customer and be liable to answer to customer for their pathetic service.

                      I ordered a 'SMART GENTS VJP DIAL WATCH' in Provogue website via HDFC Diwali offer on November 10th, 2015. Respectively I not got any confirmation order through MAIL/SMS. The order status is shown as 'complete' on my account page(attached Image for reference) but there is no status on shipment information. I've paid the amount of Rs.299 as shipping charges. After reviewed many complaints against Provogue, I tried to cancel the order via phone and email, but they aren't available for communication at all. Its almost 14days. Provogue is becoming one of the leading fraudulent marketing company.

                        I have already made the payment.

                        I am feeling like cheated with such type of behavior from the company side.

                          We ordered a Provogue watch as part of Icici offer . Order number :[protected]. We paid the shipping charges as instructed. The watch has been delivered but does not work . The customer care numbers for Provogue does not work . Shops where Provogue watches are sold does not repair . This is cheating people of their money and supposedly getting publicity thru ICICI . I want the money bac k or a replacement at no additional cost from a store .

                            Hi, I've ordered for a watch, showcased as offer from Provogue India and HDFC Bank. I have made the payment as prompted, on Nov 9, 2015. Till date I have not got the watch and there is no update on the same. Even if we try to reach the customer care, nobody responds to the calls. Please help me lodge a complaint about the same, and sue the fraudulent company.

                            Please look into this issue .

                            I already sent mail but no response from your end.

                            I contacted GOJAVAS couriers regarding this issue to which you handover the watch to deliver .They told that Watch had lost in their network and Suggested me to ask you.

                              Ordered a 'Provogue Mens Watch' in Provogue website via HDFC Diwali offer on November 9th, 2015 and I got a confirmation mail from Provogue website that the order of the item is confirmed. The order status is shown as 'complete'. But still I haven't received the courier info, nor the product. I've paid the amount of Rs.299 as shipping charges and there is no reply at all from the website. I tried reaching their customer care via phone and email but they aren't available for communication at all. This is a ridiculous act of Provogue (as its been continuously doing) and I dont know why, good banks such as HDFC made a tie up with them, for the offer. If you are planning to buy a provogue product then let me inform you that if you receive a defective product (which is very common with Provogue if you go through web reviews) then you cannot connect to their customer support.
