Hi sir,

I had ordered ptron wirlesss bass earbuds (Earphones) from ptron official site on 15 august 2020 with cash on delivery option.
The product got delivered on 18 august 2020 and i made the payment of 1000. After opening the product i realized that product was not
Just used one but also defective. The product had many scratches and charging lights were not working properly.

I immediately contacted ptron support via mail to arrange for return and refund my amount as my product was under warranty of one year.

I have sent many mails since 18 aug till today 23 august 2020 but there is no response from their side.

Please help me get refund.

        Sir my product stopped working in. It is warrranty period so i contact ptron.
        They sent me their and ask me to send my product. First it is their responsibility to arrange shipment but they did not. So i have to do it my self and pay. Now when they recieved my product they are not replying to my mails nor picking up calls. Wasting my time.
        Moreover my product is with them.
        Kindly ask ptron to replace my product asap.
        And the allowance for my shipping chanrges and delay of product... Due to which i lost my time in studies.

          Hello

          I made a complaint on 1 august 2020. Ptron company is not replacing my earphone boom 3, this earphone is in the warranty my ticket number: pr380881, earphone both side is not working

          My issue is still not resolved. As suggested by Ptron I had couriered the product to their address and it got delivered on 22nd August itself, and until now I don’t have any information on further progress.             I have raised a complaint on 04th august’2020 on ptron website and registered for warranty since my product (Ptron tangent evo) is not working.
            I am following up since then but i haven’t received any reply from ptron. Really pathetic service, no acknowledgement on the email, no response as to what is the next process. This is not how you treat your customers. Will definitely not recommend this to anyone, very disappointed

            My issue is still not resolved.               I made a complaint on 27th may and my ticket id was 685726. I submitted my invoice and product image, as requested. But the ticket was closed, the reason unknown to me. Again i opened a complaint and i got ticket no. 354724 and from that day, i am asking about the status of my replacement. But to my surprise, neither i received any updation from you nor the product which was to be replaced. Is this way the ptron behaves, why am not getting the replacement, inspite of my product being on warranty. All the formalities and return of the product was done accordingly.

                To proceed with the Warranty Claim please follow the steps below of "Product Dispatch for Warranty Claim"

                1. Courier the product with the invoice (Mandatory) to our seller address as below preferably by India Post

                Palred Retail Private Limited 8-2-703/2/8, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana Pin Code: 500034

                2. Ensure to mention the Ticket No. on the package.

                3. Once you return the product to our seller address, please share the tracking number and the courier name through which you have returned the product.

                Please dispatch the product within 4 working days from the date of receipt of this email. The replacement policy will not be applicable if it exceeds 4 working days.

                Alternatively, you can also go ahead and buy a new pTron product from Amazon.in of Original Invoice value or higher, help us with the order feedback, and product rating (to confirm the purchase). We will return the value of your Original (old) pTron product (as per the Original Purchase Invoice). Steps 1 to 3 above for "Product Dispatch for Warranty Claim" still apply.

                Kindly intimate us with the option you choose via a reply to this email.

                    Without phone call no one reply of our mail i was tryed to last 3 days but your c care number not connected. Your product tasting time is 48 hours but 96 hours complete but still no reply

                        Hi everyone,

                        This is regarding my problem with ptron service. I had purchased a product of ptron's tangent brand in september 2019, on order date :- 12/09/2019 through appario retail pvt. Ltd. On amazon.in portal.

                        Although, since 3 months i am demanding them for replacement of product which comes under warranty but they aren't willing to do so even they dont acknowledged the mails. They do block my emails and they still hold my sent product in their workshop (Which i sent to palred retail private limited 8-2-703/2/8, road no.12, banjara hills, hyderabad, telangana pin code: 500034 for warranty).

                        My ticket number is 644885

                        I would like to appeal ptron as well as shopers and online purcahser, if i dont get warranty replacement in stipulated time period, i need to commit criticism on ptron product and their credibility across the globe through my channel, social media, web portals, customer grievance of india, facebook. That i can do with great time period. So this is first level to note all of you that my problem still remain is uresolve.

                                Bought from company site . They delivered opened product where left earphone Is not even working . Customer support is pathetic . There number will not connect and mail support is going on from more than a month . They will ask receipt some 5-6 times . Same thing again and again . I think their motto is that u irritate the customer so much that they will stop asking anything . Don’t ever buy the product from there site .

                                      My order is order pt137566. I have received the item, and did not use it, jsut checked how the mic works and found it horrible... Wanted to initiate the return as per the policy of the website (Within the week of receiving), however, it is impossible to reach ptron customer service, i wrote them an email, i made a ticket on their website - no luck. When you call them it keeps on saying that the customer service is busy, that's it. So i lost my 900 rs i guess with this fraud
