I purchased, pTron Tango in-Ear True Wireless Headphones (TWS) with Mic - (Black) on 12th January 2020 from Amazon.in.
On 20th Oct 2020, I raised a complain through webportal of ptron as customer care number shared over website are not working. After putting customer on IVR, Call disconnected it self.
After raising my concern, in which my pTron Tango in-Ear True Wireless Headphones (TWS) with Mic - (Black) was not getting charged and during charging it shows random reading of charging percentage like 4% next seconds show 98% charging done and next second comes to 1%.
So, After raising concern on 20th Oct 2020, I reveived ticket id PR879552.
On 6th Nov 2020, I received a mail from ptron stating that they want pic of my ptron headphone. So I shared same on 12th Nov 2020.
After that, till now i did not received any solution and still there customer care number are not working.
PTron customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
