I've returned the product to the address you sent and asked for a replacement of the product. But after returning no one has told me the status of the item i returned and when i reply to the mail that what's the status of the product they are sending me the same link. My right ear pods are not working...

When I am watching movies suddenly stops sounds and again it play after 2or 3 seconds this happens often due to this it is very irritating and can't listen properly. Also, if I am outside and listening music blue tooth connectivity doesn't work properly....

On 20th Oct 2020, I raised a complain through webportal of ptron as customer care number shared over website are not working. After putting customer on IVR, Call disconnected it self.

I bought pTron HBE5 Raptor Earphones (2N) from Amazon on July 2020. After I received them they worked for merely 15 days. One of them shut down totally after 15 days, and the other one was working on only one side, which later stopped working too. I bought a pair of boom ultima 4d earphones and the mic stopped working within the very first week so I claimed warranty and they asked me send them all the invoices and stuff. I sent all those and they said that I can order a new one from amazon and they will refund the amount for the old one after they are delivered.
