      I purchased the ptron bass buds pro in February
      I got a defective piece as the left earbud was not working
      I have been writing mails to them to help me out and they have not given any response that is helpful I even returned my defective piece to their head quarters in Hydrabad and have not returned nor replaced my item
      It is so damn difficult to contact them as there is no one picking up the calls there probably the worst company i have ever come across and can bet upon that i ever will i just have no words to explain my frustration for this company i hate this company so much that i would rather die than to make a purchase from this company ever again

          It is highly impossible to contact with the company through calls and there are no useful email reply. They provide some type of ticket number which says that share your photo of buds which I have shared already 3 to 4 times.
          The process is repeating same and same.

                I have been emailing ptron support for ptron twin pro charging issue. I got information to courier the product for warranty claim and I did the same. It's been two weeks since i havent heard back from them. The response email I get as my ticket number noted to support team. If it has been noted my issue as to be resolved by now. Their support system is one of the worst. They don't even showcase an empathy to their consumers in response email. I need immediate resolution to my issue.

                  I have complaint many times but ptron not solve the problem. My wireless tangent pro neckband problem after using 2month but due to lockdown I don't complaint. But repeatedly complaint they didn't solve my problem

                    I have registered the ticket PR353710 for warranty claim as my earphones were not working.

                    It's been over a month I have not received my earphones.

                    The guys don't answer the customer care.

                    They do not reply to my emails.

                    It's been very tedious over a month and looks like you don't give a damn about your customer.

                                I bought a headphone with following specification through Amazon on 06/05/2020 PTron Boom 3 4D Dual Driver in-Ear Wired Headphones with Mic - (Black and Silver) | B07XRDKDW6 (B07XRDKDW6)

                                After 14 Days the Mic stopped working & the headset was hardly detected by the mobile phone.

                                On 30/06/2020, I registered the compliant with PTron vide ticket number #521979.

                                PTron hadn't resolved the issue so far. Kindly resolve it immediately

                                    Hi,

                                    I had purchased a ptron earphone thru Amazon. It had issues and raised a ticket 415800 and the company said i can purchase a new earphone and they will refund the amount for the old defective product. I had purchased a new earphone based on their commitment. I was asked to give all the bank details to make the transfer. But it has been four months the company has not refunded the amount committed by them.

                                    I have written numerous mails and i have been calling them on a daily basis but the call automatically gets disconnected after a while.

                                    I am very disappointed by the service ptron is providing.

                                      I received product on 30/9/2020.

                                      At the time of delivery I was not present at delevry address at my home so my mother taken parcel.

                                      I checked and opened parcel after when I teach home.
                                      I found product is damaged the Cap was not at it place and also charging jack was not on right place..

                                      I also raised ticket for complaint on online portal on 30th September..but till now no information as well as call received.

                                      Hope to take action soon.
