      Hlo,

      This is Devaum sharma from Ganganagar Rajasthan i have buyed ptron bassbuds tws black from ptron website or payment through Amazon pay. But i have not satisfied with this product so that's why I return the product to courier boy on 30 march. And today is 16 april but i didn't receive any kind of refund. So it is humble request to you kindly consider it. Bcoz i have dozens of time complaint the company etc. But they didn't reply me. It is a urgent need of money kindly do it fast response.

                              Neck earband one side earpiece is not clearly working.it stops randomly in appropriate working time.
                              Neckband is till on warranty period.

                                I have purchased the PTRON ear bassbuds from Amazon in mid January but till date making follow ups with PTRON company . There is no management to see the customer problems. IT cost me 250 addition charges of Courier for returning the product to Hydrabad from Delhi. Even then No HOD, NO management is taking care of After sales services
                                I dont recommend any body to buy the Product of PTRON Company.
                                Only I have purchase suffering from PTRON, not the product.
