I have ordered a sweatshirt from puma online.UPI Payment was successful but it shows order status failed.Please look into it.

I had placed a order on puma app through a guest account ...
After placing my order ..my money got deducted...but I havnt received any mail or msg on phone...

I had ordered shoes from puma online. Payment is done by amazon pay it is showing done but the order status is failed. I'm trying to contact puma customer service but it is not responding. Please help

I am really dissatisfied with the puma sandal which I purchased from Flipkart in the month. Of July 2021. After the purchase of sandal i rarely use it but when I check today it's get teared off on the clip portion. I request team to either make repair of the same or replace the same. If puma is a brand it should have quality which i expect but the product really dissatisfied me. Need urgent response from your side to make issue to be sorted out.

Sir i purchased puma unisex cap but, i am not satisfied with this product because the product quality is very bad at that price. so i want to return the product. after returned the product i cant get any refund .they tell the refund will be get through online method but i didnt have any bank account or no online transaction method to get refund .how to get my refund please help.

The shoes are not so good.The shoes i have ordered online vide order number[protected] was defective.

I have order a product of cost 1515 rs from online puma store. But didn't get any product tracking number id or something related to that even money has been deducted from my account.
I went online puma store via. Instagram promotions post by puma india. After deduction of money from account everything was disappeared and nothing is showing in the account

I did not get the refund of my product kindly intiate the refund as soon as possible

I bought a trousers from puma store india but after a single use the trousers worn out and fabrics are visible all over it

This is either pathetic service or fraud mentality. The photograph of the pair of shoes on the website is totally different from what I have been delivered. My time, effort and money has been wasted and the ocassion that I ordered the shoes for will be missed even if I am offered an exchange. There should be strict penalties for such lack of customer concern.

Since I ordered this pair of shoes with an urgent need, I am left with no other choice but to wear this pair if this is not solved fast. But I can assure you I will convince at least ten other Puma customers from not buying Puma products again with this example of fraud. Social media is very strong today.

My order was delivered today. The packet has all these above descriptions written but there is a different pair of shoes of the same size inside. This pair is not at all attractive to me, seems like much less expensive than what I had ordered and is causing me unnecessary harassment by taking my time to do all these otherwise needless things. This is poor service if not foul play.
