Hi my name is haris i am from Kolkata i buyed shoes from badodra in sale on month September 21 but after 3 month upper layer of shoes got damage...

Poor quality, damaged in few weeks...

I have order a product of cost 1515 rs from online puma store. But didn't get any product tracking number id or something related to that even money has been deducted from my account.
I went online puma store via. Instagram promotions post by puma india. After deduction of money from account everything was disappeared and nothing is showing in the account...

I did not get the refund of my product kindly intiate the refund as soon as possible...

I bought a trousers from puma store india but after a single use the trousers worn out and fabrics are visible all over it...

I ordered shoes for my father from Puma's official site. And my parcel got stolen by *DELHIVERY* agent, but very smartly they marked it as delivered on the tracking site on 7th December(my father's birth date). It spoiled my dad's day as all o[censored]s got worried.
Since then I'm consistently trying to get refund but they are just delaying it.

I brought puma shoes at a store in patiala worth rs. 7000 in july. They already have a hole in them. I want to return them...

I purchased a pair of shoe soft ride article code no. 195225 01 from puma store DLF mall noida on 29.11.2021 for Rs 4874/-. copy of invoice attached.

Both the shoes torned at same point with in 3 days and today when we approached store manager with grievance, he instantly refused to hear and accused us for damage. photo of torned shoes are attached.

I ordered shoes from puma online website on 6 th october and returned it because it was not so fit. Today is 6th december till they have not refunded my money . I called in customer care many times but they gave only one reply all time that are resolving it and will contact in 24 hours . Because of them i have to face many problems . I want size 10 of rs fast sneakers but when i try to add them to cart they show unable to order...

Did payment from my upi and it got transferred to der bank account and when i see it said your order go cancelled and everything was removed from puma's page including my card my address everything which i used to fill in details.
when i called on cc number it rang only once now it is not conncecting me with any agent.
very poor customer service and i want my refund back asap....
