I had purchased a track suit on 17/06/2020. Details are given below :-

Place of purchase - Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd, TTK Road, Store No. 99, Alwarpet, Tamilnadu.
Within 3 months o[censored]sing the track suit, I observed that there were small holes in the track suit at the back. Because of the pandemic and also because we were advised not to get out unless necessary, I did not visit your shop then. Over a period of time the holes became more in number and I decided to visit the shop in early January 2021 and show them the product. Your staff took photographs of the holes and ensured that within 2 days I would get a reply. The next day I got a call from the store that I can get the product exchanged. I went to the shop and to my dismay I was told that it is not a manufacturing defect. I told them that the product is old and hence there are holes. I use my clothes with great care and caution and also use the best available washing soap.
I am a regular customer of your store and always been satisfied with the quality.
I hope you will understand that the delay on my part in visiting the store was because of the pandemic and hence was helpless.
