    It's been 10 days and I haven't received proper information as to where my reverse pick up parcel or my money is . I've already called customer care so many times .
    The parcel got picked up on 6tg of July in the afternoon and I received a text saying pickup failed as I wasn't available but it infect was picked up and since that day I have no updates on my shoes or the money the customer care keeps asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs...

        A shoe was ordered on 27May 2021. Invoice details given at Subject. Customer care is not dispatching the item, nor returning my money Rs.2834.10. Every time they give a reply which the signatory would have never read. It is shameful. Sterotype refer to the concern. I am asking give the concern details to me let me speak- Nadeem says I have escalated. Will anyone believe it takes 18 days & nothing is happening. Kindly return my money.

          I bought my flip flops from puma outlet store from sahara ganj lucknow last month.
          It was washable. But as soon as i washed and left it over a night to dry its inside upper sole got detached and shrinked. I wanted Puma to exchange my flip flops

            Yesterday i purchased a new brand Shoes from puma factory outlet situated on Rajiv nagar, old delhi road opposite sector 14 market, near kataria chowk Gurgaon.

            Price of the shoes after 30% discount is 4200. I was very happy .But in evening i check the price of same shoes on flipkart .i gound a huge difference in pricing of same pair .There is a difference of 2200Rs .
            Online price of same shoes is 2150 .

            Then i vist store again but they denied to retrun and the staff behave very rudely

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories

              The issue that I have experienced was: I need an order from Myntra and was delivered on 18th of November 2020 as on Christmas I have to to gift to my brother so I gifted to my brother and he started using the shoes on the Christmas later after one and half month he could feel that the net but on the shoes which I have shared the pictures starting having a graphics on net

              It occurred on: 18/11/2020

              I want my money back for replacement shoes from Puma as being a big brand Puma should not be e making search

                    THE SLIPPERS CONDITIONS HAS GONE WORST IN JUST few months O[censored]SE, It has started breaking from side on its own .I had purchased the slippers in lockdown time, in the month of August 2020. I have been disappointed very much by the quality of the slippers. If some some is spending 3 thousand rupees on slippers at list it should provide the service of the amount we are paying for it. I just want the replacement ASAP.

                      This is to inform you that I had ordered a blue puma track pant from flipkart on 19 Jan 2021 n it was delivered on 23rd Jan..

                      Now..not even 2 months has passed...the fabric has deteriorated drastically to the extent that it is almost damaged..the material delivered to me was not of good quality..so I request ur kindself to either replace it or refund the amount as the product is carrying 3 months domestic warranty..

                            Dear Sir,

                            I had purchased a track suit on 17/06/2020. Details are given below :-

                            Product no. AD G2X2QD3301169

                            Style no.[protected]

                            Bill No. 11653 ( not clear) last digit has got truncated.

                            Place of purchase - Puma Sports India Pvt Ltd, TTK Road, Store No. 99, Alwarpet, Tamilnadu.

                            Within 3 months o[censored]sing the track suit, I observed that there were small holes in the track suit at the back. Because of the pandemic and also because we were advised not to get out unless necessary, I did not visit your shop then. Over a period of time the holes became more in number and I decided to visit the shop in early January 2021 and show them the product. Your staff took photographs of the holes and ensured that within 2 days I would get a reply. The next day I got a call from the store that I can get the product exchanged. I went to the shop and to my dismay I was told that it is not a manufacturing defect. I told them that the product is old and hence there are holes. I use my clothes with great care and caution and also use the best available washing soap.
                            I am a regular customer of your store and always been satisfied with the quality.

                            I hope you will understand that the delay on my part in visiting the store was because of the pandemic and hence was helpless.

                              I bought a tracksuit (order id[protected] online from Puma India website (www.puma.com) on 31 Jan 2020 for rs. 2549, which they delivered to me but due to size problem I want to exchange the product. As their policy, they don't exchange the product so I return the product by the adopting full procedure. And the product got successfully reached their warehouse on 25th Feb 2020. But till now date I have not got my refund. I have sent many emails to them and calls to them but they are replying with only one thing that we need to check with the concerned team. It's almost 1 year now. Please help me out.

                                I ordered from puma website and paid at the same time with my credit card via payu, my cart got empty and the amount was deducted from my credit card for which I got message from my bank, but I didn't got any message from puma about my order or confirmation of order.                                   I ordered two shoes from puma while one shoes was good but the other was tight .so i returned the tight shoes . After passing the quality check the shoe reached there warehouse on 11th december . After giving me an initial cashgram link, that expired the moment i tried to claim it . Now even after repeated emails and calls and after more than 1 month they are still not repaying /refunding my money.every time i put any enquiry they say forwarded to the concerned team you will receive a new link within 24 to 48 hours .but after repeatedly trying i am tired and feel cheated please help

                                  Hello today i recieved a mail from from puma consisting of a cash gram link for the refund
                                  However just like the first time when i clicked on it shows error this is reallly frustating and wrong we as customers should not be put through such harrasment why are they not refunding i dont know please help

                                    This is regarding a order I placed on Puma website Order no[protected] Puma X one 8 pro cap prepaid order, however this was way too big for me and basis their return policy I requested for a return blue dart collect the cap on the 17th of dec and there is no sign of the refund . I have written several emails to which I have received only hold response also their customer care no only goes on hold so again no response . Very disappointing experience looking for some help to get my refund asap
