Respected sir,
I have purchase a shoe from flipkart on 13/11/2020... But the logo of the shoe was coming out... I have complained about this to flipkart they told me to wear and further if comes out... Then complain it to puma... I have done this but they are giving me cash credit... I just want my refund in cash or in my bank account... Please help.

    I bought a track suit (Rs. 3999) last month. It got some defects and i went to store yesterday to exchange it. Immediately it was replaced by the store manage and i bought an another article after topping up 1000 rs more.

    This morning when i wore it, it developed some holes while adjusting from the back side because of its poor quality. Immediately i called to store person and informed about the defect. Then i took it to store in the evening. Store manger denied to exchange it and said the holes developed because it got burnt from multiple places. I was wondering how it could be possible because i did not come in contact of any fire. Now the store manger behaved very rudely and unnecessarily shouting in front of another customers which is highly unprofessional. I left the store immediately and decided to take it officially.

    Also, i let you know we (My wife and i) have been big fan of puma and we believed it values its customer. However, i have been highly disenchanted in quality and services of puma and shall avoid any future purchases from here.

        I purchase a track pant from puma store located at ground floor, 269, abu lane, meerut.

        I single use and aingle wash the colour fade away and the patched of light and dark colour left out. I can't wear it and go out.

        I have never seen/used such low quality product in my life. Even the road side/flee market product is also better then this. Completely looted feeling. I am befooled by puma orvthe store.

        I bought these shoes in November, within one month these shoes were rupture from middle. I think these were duplicates.if they were not duplicates . It was a worst band for shoes. Local shoes are better than puma. I paid 1800 rs. For these shoes it was better if I buy local shoes.. I want my money back...these are under warranty

          I had purchased a puma shoes from amazon on 27th october as the purchased i'd is 171-[protected]. As per the quality of shoes is very bad. Its not even a month my shoes fabric tore from 3-4 sides. As per big brand of puma i didn't expect with it. Even i had mailed to your customer support above the same but yet waiting for return proccess which is not yet complete till date from your end. Kindly look into this matter and refund my hard money asap...
          Ps: 90 days warranty was mention over there.

            customer care services of puma

            I want to return a product purchased from puma website, but no one is picking up the call and i am not able to contact puma for making a return request. There is no other way to contact them. Please suggest what to do now. My order number is[protected].

            I have been trying to get in touch with puma online store on the hotline number on urgent basis and there is no response and i as a customer am very disappointed in puma since i have products to return and if it runs out of time the store may simply cause another problem and there is no response at all from the brand!! It is highly disappointing

              I brought it in flipkart since 2weeks ago.. It's now torn apart due to poor stitching upfront above the flip flops... Is this puma or any other local companies.. Let me guess this is #.. Making coustomer as fools in the name of brand..                 Hi, this is to inform you that i have buyed puma shoes online from flipkart. It has been only 6 to 7 times that i have wored them and now the upper net of the shoe is tearing. Not only in one shoe but in both the shoe the net is tearing out. This is very disappointing. I hope you will take some actions towards this. I want you either to repair the shoes or to replace them. I am sharing below some pictures for the proof. Will wait for your reply to this matter.

                  I have bought puma men's mega nrgy knit black asphalt running shoes through amazon dated 16th july, 2019, order id being[protected]. However within 90 days i. E. On 14th october, 2019 the left leg shoe has hole being popped up out of nothing. I have been regular purchaser of puma, however i am shocked to see that the quality of these shoes provided are below expectations. I want replacement as there is manufacturers warranty available.

                      I had tried to order shoe from Puma on 30th september 2019 for rs.2799.I had emailed and called them several times.Each time they are giving different reasons, while I am asking them why they are not transferring the amount back to my account.I even contacted the bank and they said the amount is not with them. Now that, Puma has agreed that the order is not confirmed. Till now, the issue isn't resolved.I just came to know so many consumer complaints later through this website.Hence I am posting my issue.

                      The second issue I am facing is I ordered the product successfully which I was trying to place on the same day.I recieved it but since the size was smaller, I gave return for the product and still, not a single person came to pick the product.Now I am afraid whether rs.[protected]+2799) is lost overall.

                      Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible.I had great regard for this company.But this is frustrating and I do not understand what is the problem with you people in acknowledging the email sent and also not resolving the issue for this long.I am deeply dissappointed and I don't think I will be buying from Puma again.If this issue is not resolved, there is going to be more problems in future and you will lose your customers ultimately.I am posting this complaint on 11th october 2019.

                        Hello, i bought a pair of puma shoes online from flipkart's "retailnet" seller, which is an authorized puma's seller. But the product i received is defective. It has threads coming out of stitches and even the product didn't have tags on it.
                        They are in warranty of 90 days.

                        When i called puma customer care number to claim my warranty they told me since i bought these online they can't replace them. They can only take my shoes and give me credit for future purchase at puma online store. Then what's the purpose of selling them online if the warranty procedure is different for that?
                        Therefore i request you to replace my shoes with a fresh pair.

                          I ordered from puma website and paid at the same time with net banking, my cart got empty and the cash was deducted from my account for which I got message from my bank, but I didn't got any message from puma about my order or confirmation of order. I emailed about this many times but they say they have no order about this, but the money is deducted at the same time, for which I have proof in my bank statements in which the money is transferred to puma. I send the screen shots of the transaction message I received during payment and my bank statement but the puma email customer care service is not helping me. I told them to either refund my money or send me the similar product in same price range but they do not show any sign of affirmation. Please help me

                          Hi, same happened to me while ordering a cap.mondey deducted but showed a failure on website
                          But 2 hours later I got a mail from them confirm the order and they provided a tracking I'd for order. And if you do no get an email like this, checkout FAQ on their website they have provided information about what to do if we do not recieve, confirmation order or refund in 2 working days

                          Same thing happened with me. I oredered a shoe. made payment.I got email of payment received. But order confirmation is not received. also the tracking link etc.
                          customer care say no payment received. i sent screen shot of mail receipt by company. But still the issue is not resolved.
                          I think somebody in the company is indulging in financial wrongdoing.
                          This is wrong practice. so i may take a legal route to resolve the issue.

                            Dear sir I m big fan of puma but last few years quality of puma clothes is going down. I bought many shorts but quality was very low. After few months it was not easy to wear clothes. I bought my clothes from nh1 Ambala.
                            I have purchased puma shoes in flipkart online..initially i think it is original shoes...but with in two months shoes got damaged...and i called flipkart for warranty claim..they told that it was not covered under warranty...please take up the issue seriously and advise the flipkart for replacememt of the product...

                              The new store factory outlet of puma has opened near chinhat.. I visited over there & purchased many clothes bt. There was some mistake from that side.in 1 product. I have taken a tshirt from m section n i got an tshirt of l size n whn i came back home n checked it was mistaken issue of size so i went again in a hour for asking them to exchange it.. So i requested to do it because it was a gift for someone else.. Bt the staff name alok mishra.

                              He misbehaved vry much n was vry rude n was shouting. And he said do whatever u want n itself he was saying i dnt have manners to talk with the customers...
                              And afterwards managers told him to be quite by still he was shouting like hell...

                                It has damaged near shoelace holes on both shoes. I am attaching picture of the defect.

                                  You and the seller robbed me 7k. After 10 days o[censored]sage product getting damaged and when i return the seller [censored] policy says we don't accept.
                                  Nice worst flipkart and the seller.
                                  Amazon still the best service provider in india.
                                  At least they are not delivering bad products to its customers.

                                    This is regarding the complaint about the shoes that i buy from puma lifestyle in gurgaon on 3rd march 2019 but after usage of only 3 months, the shoes get tear off from the front side.

                                    Note : we are regular customer customer of puma and this is the first time that i faced this issue.

                                    So, is this the quality fault or what else.

                                    And i went on puma store and they suggested us to contact customer care.

                                    I am very disappointed this time and need proper treatment.

                                      I bought a running shoe on[protected] receipt no. 26956 ENZO STRAP MESH Shoe color black article no. 19048101 size 7 from Paschim Vihar New Delhi PUMA OUTLET. And that shoe was very tight from the toe and was causing bruises and corn in my foot after looking at that store manager took images of my foot and sent shoe for the claim And the claim was accepted, claim form no. 370.

                                      When I bought the shoe there was scheme if you buy a shoe with an additional T-shirt you get a 50% discount so I availed the scheme at that time. Now when I selected a shoe for replacement store manager says I will get a 40% discount and I will have to pay the difference, which is not justified.

                                      My question is when I did my first purchase I paid extra for a t-shirt to avail 50% discount now in replacement I should get same offer whereas store manager is refusing to give replacement at the same price or if I select higher price shoe according to him I get 40% discount but in actual it should be 50% discount.

                                      Kindly look into the matter.
