I had tried to order shoe from Puma on 30th september 2019 for rs.2799.I had emailed and called them several times.Each time they are giving different reasons, while I am asking them why they are not transferring the amount back to my account.I even contacted the bank and they said the amount is not with them. Now that, Puma has agreed that the order is not confirmed. Till now, the issue isn't resolved.I just came to know so many consumer complaints later through this website.Hence I am posting my issue.
The second issue I am facing is I ordered the product successfully which I was trying to place on the same day.I recieved it but since the size was smaller, I gave return for the product and still, not a single person came to pick the product.Now I am afraid whether rs.[protected]+2799) is lost overall.
Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible.I had great regard for this company.But this is frustrating and I do not understand what is the problem with you people in acknowledging the email sent and also not resolving the issue for this long.I am deeply dissappointed and I don't think I will be buying from Puma again.If this issue is not resolved, there is going to be more problems in future and you will lose your customers ultimately.I am posting this complaint on 11th october 2019.
