Hi,

My name is vinay, i purchased a pair of slipper for rupees 1399, however its not even been three months the slipper broke

Not expected from a brand like puma, it was purchased from outlet, not even online.

    I purchased a puma one x white edition pair of shoes from the nearest retail store of Puna for 7500 rupees and after wearing it for just one day, it looks like it’s months old and not even the minute dirt and stains are coming off from the shoes after washing it.Even after walking carefully and avoiding my shoe to get dirty, it still looks so untidy and shabby.When I asked the sales consecutive of Puma while buying my shoes that If my white shoes are gonna get dirty easily or not, to which he assured me that it’s not gonna happen easily and the dirt will get off easily after simple cleaning
    .

I have contacted the shopkeeper but unfortunately he was not so helping. I have also attached required documents and photos of the product.

          I had buyed a product from flipkart puma sandal it was damaged within 6 days this was not the quality i have expected from puma company i need a company explaination about this if i am asking the seller he is saying that no waranty but company should give atleast 1 year waranty i need a new product or i am going to post this on social media about your product and quality of the product

            I had placed a return request for order[protected] on 18th february 2019 for a track pant that was too big for me. Till date 9th march 2019, it has not been picked up from my place. I had called their customer care a number of times but all they say is "it will be picked up in 5 to 7 days". I am sofrustrated with the whole situation. I dont think i will order again from their site if this is the way customers are harassed.
            Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I bought a puma shoe recently..but the barcode printed on the box of the shoe is not valid because I cross examine the barcode with a QR/Bar code scanner and its not showing any result about the product..
            Please help me
            I had purchased shoes from Central Pune.
            The fabric of the shoes started wearing out in 10 days so I contacted Puma regarding the issue for replacement and it is now 15 days that i am still waiting for their reply.

              This is regarding one of the puma shoe i bought.

              Well i bought that shoe from amazon, but once i got the product it was defective so i asked amazon for replacement but they onky had refund so i contacted puma for my 90 days warranty
              Puma customer service told me to share the invoice and pictures with you i did the same as i was told, after which they informed me that within 2 days we will get a reply from the store and we will help you out with it.
              All this was told to me by a supervisor "shivani"
              She sent me a mail regarding the same also

              Now for the next three days there was no update provided to me i called again asked them for updates again i talked to shivani sje told me the store owner is on meeting so we are not able to get a reply from them she said and i quote "if by monday i did not solved your issue i will forward this call to india customer head pranav agarwal"

              No update again till monday called puma again and still no update tried to talk to shivani but thr associate was so rude! Is this the way you treat your customers?
              Then yesterday i called again asked to be transfered to shiavani they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes
              And then shivani said his manager is in meeting i will give you a call back in half an hour

              Its the second day i did not received any call from her

              Now i would like to ask you is this a way your customer should be treated? I choose puma because i trusted this brand, now when i am facing an issue no one is here to help me out

              And yes if this is the way your customers are treated i am sorry to say with me they will also loose the trust on you

                And i have returned 4 items to puma-
                3 items on - 27th jan -

                1.[protected] pwrshape women's training tank tees - rs - 2099/- - not refunded
                2.[protected] all eyes on me women's tank top - rs - 1679/- - not refunded
                3.[protected] run gph 3/4 tight w - rs - 1799/- - not refunded

                And 1 item on - 1st feb -

                4.[protected] smash platform leather womens sneakers - rs -2249/- - not refunded

                I have been calling customer care for these refunds and none of them are initiating my refund.

                Bought a puma shoe around 3 three months ago and it got damaged in the first wear and is so unlikely to get repaired feels the loss of money in the investment buying the shoe. The front part opened up tearing the base like a open mouth. Very dissapointed

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  This is to your kind notice that in 2018 dec/jan we had purchased some
                  Stuff from your store located at jaipur mgf mall.

                  Later as 3 stuff (Clothes) were having some manufacturing defect, so
                  All those 3 stuff were returned for the replacement at the same store
                  In jan 2018 only.

                  The store manager at that time was mr. Kishan to whom the stock was
                  Handed over for the replacement. As per him that time 2 stuff (Cloths)
                  Were approved for the replacement and 3rd was under consideration
                  Again for the replacement.

                  Later a regular interval i was chasing for the same from the said
                  Store manager and waiting for the approval as well.

                  But

                  Unfortunately the same issue is still there and now the situation is
                  Mr kishan has left the puma store and as per him the defective stock
                  Was handed over at time of handover process only but as per new store
                  Manager the 3 defective stuffs are not there.. New contact number of
                  Mr kishan is [protected]

                  So after 1 year i didn't have any solution to the issue and the issue
                  Still persist..

                  Request you to pls look into the same and provide me the replacement
                  Of the 3 stuff (Cloths), which is pending from last one year...

                    I recently purchased my shoes from hyper city mall, ghod bunder road. I purchased pumaflexracer which costed me 2249 which in discount. But after two days the white part pasting came out. So i called customer service and they told you can visit any puma shop regarding this. I stay in pune near kharad so i went to phoenix. Over their i talked to the manager regarding this and he told me to go to baner for exchange of it. I am an it guy i don't have time i will just roam for this thing here and there. After long talk they told they will see and i told replace so they are replacing but that too i am not getting same color. Its quiet disappointing for me i will never suggest shoes after this.

                      Greetings of the day !

                      I undersign bought Puma Shoes article code 366955 01 size 8UK Style Electron in Black Color from Gurgaon Central Store which is located on MG Road, Gurgaon in month of October .Invoice Dated 13 oct 2018 .

                      Central Invoice details TR No 57735

                      As others i work in corporate firm and wore sports shoes on weekends being casuals days . Which means around 15 weeks passed and have not wore these shoes more than 20 times . No Sports activity carried on . only in office campus or locally wored .

                      I am surprised to see that Puma Branded manufactured product is of such low quality and could not sustained for even 3 months properly . Wherein all sports products go under heavy test and quality checks by various internal and external company teams .

                      I am attaching few picks of the shoes which is not event washed once in entire purchased period. Had went to central today and they are saying they cant nothing, only they can send this to puma for repair or can wait for Puma head office update.

                      There are two conditions
                      1. if you repair the shoes what is a guarantee it wont torned off from other side ????
                      2. if you replace this with new one .new one will sustain and will be of good quality ???

                      I am confused between these two as being wearing other brand shoes from long time and had never faced this issue.

                      As sports shoes are wored by sports man, athletes and being used by every other human being for sports activity .So companies are aware of their usability so they make and do quality check accordingly.

                      I am relaying on you to do the justice and update central store team for next steps asap.

                      Have tried both toll free and mobile no before writing this email but there was no luck connecting thru .. .

                        refund and delivery issue

                        Puma provided a defect piece material, upon raising the flag they did not replace the product nor refunded the money, instead credited the amount into puma wallet.

                        Thereafter upon placing a new order with the amount was deducted, but product not delivered and puma is not responding, its been a month.

                        Each time i call them they have a new excuse. order no :[protected]...

                        I purchage a hoddie on 20nov 2018 from puma store place at near bajrang bhawn railway crossing. Fabric of hoodie is so cheap that i cant wear it anymore all get rua rua in just 2 mnths and dealing of this showroom owners are very bad they dont even entertain me regarding this issue. I am regular cutomer of puma wearings but now i dont purchage any more products of puma if i dont get a solution for this problem.

                          Yesterday i was washed my jacket first time and when it will dry the white spots are appear in my jacket, i am totally disappointed due to its poor quality

                            I have purchased the puma shoe (Puma mens ignite limitless shoes) in august 2018.

                            Now just after 5 months in january, its fabric started tearing, puma promises the best quality of product, does this is the best quality of your product?

                            And puma selling it as running shoes, tell me does any one run with this kind of shoes??

                            This is the worst quality of shoes i ever used in my life.

                            Either you replace the shoes or provide the money back.

                            I recently bought a black puma vikky sneakers from Flipkart. Unfortunately, right after the first wash, the discoloration started and patches appeared all over. It is very disappointing to have received a product like this from such a brand.

                              I have sent back one of my product back to puma warehouse on 18-24 Dec 2018 which was a COD order and they were supposed to refund back my amount to my bank account which they have initiated and completed also but that has not reflected in my account and accordingly i used to call puma customer care every now and then but they respond very badly and every time ask for more time.Finally before few days they asked me to provide the bank statement from last two months which i did and it didnt show that amount credited in my account and now they are again asking for some time which they used to say before also and suggesting me to raise the dispute with bank which i already had but as per bank manager the bank has no role in it as the amount has not been credited so they couldn't provide me any information regarding on the basis of only NFT.

                              So please it is request kindly look into the matter

                                I have purchased puma shoes with hsn code[protected] from life style kanpur on 28 december 2018 but the shoes is very hard on foot due to which it is making marks or scars on feet.
                                The company is renowned but the products are very bad. I have not used this shoe since a month please exchange it. Please find the attached bill & pictures for marks.

                                  I purchase a lower from showroom but this piece is in mistake.. When i went in showroom for exchange they misbehaving with me and not returning\exchanging my lower plzz contact me as soon as possible because i m unable to purchase another good..                                     This is Rohit Kumar, Purchased 1 Pair of Shoe from PUMA Outlet, Near Choudhary Mode, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P. on Dated 8th August 2018.
                                    And My Right shoe got Damaged itself from under the Badge of PUMA, even When i Never use them for Any Sports or Workout. And on 3rd January, i have Visited the Same Outlet and the Staff Present there doesn’t Listen to Me Properly and Denied any Kind of Solution for the above Said Problem. And the Reaction of the Staff was Shocking even it was Disgusting...
                                    After this I have Registered the Same Complaint to Customer Care Helpline Number, Send them 2 Mails Complaining about the Same. But No reply from there Side.
                                    So I am Writing this to You Just Because of it... And Attaching the Copy of the Bill and Photos of Shoe from Where it got Damaged.

                                    Any Kind of Reply is Highly Expected From Your Side.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I had purchased an expensive pair of puma shoes through Myntra on 20 August, 2018 order no.[protected] also I have original billing details with me but the quality of the product is highly disappointing.

                                      The sole of the shoes falled apart in months and the side stickers are also came off within 2 weeks.

                                      This is not level of quality I expect from puma product.

                                      Puma shoes should not be of this quality. I am regular customer of the brand. If the issues is not satisfactorily answered, I would definitely not going to suggest anyone of the brand.

                                      Anyone senior from the team must look in the issue and for further clarification of the same.

                                      Curiously awaiting the lights on the issue.
