Greetings for season,
I purchase a pair of shoes(article code[protected] from puma outlet (city pride)pune on 28/07/2018. With in 2 month I notice tear in the front part of shoe (net look like transparent from nose of shoe, I mean see my sock from nose of shoe). So please repair or replace my shoe as soon as possible. I also attached some snap shots of damage part of shoe and bill. I am wait for your fruitful...

Puma customer service worst,... No service center in kolkata,... Customer care told to go to showroom to repair, but 2 showrooms refused to repair, rather advised me to buy new shoes,... Contacted customer service but got no result... They are continuously telling to buy new shoes,... But no reply to my problem, why they don't repair their own shoes??...

I bought a Puma black shoe around 4 months back of more than Rs.5000, but I have noticed tear in the front part of the shoe. My friend also bought a same shoe and he have a problem with sole being disoriented resulting in ankle twist.
If there is problem in mesh shoes, stop manufacturing them. I have a big fan of Puma shoe but not anymore. I also have a PUMA shoe with BMW branding. never had problem with that. But this one is torn...

I have been a regular puma customer but its disappointing me to know that recently i picked one pair of sandals from puma store and its soo slippery that it cant sustain even on normal watery surfaces. Its very much disappointing and the store men are not ready for an exchange. Please take notice of it i don't want myself to lose trust on puma. I am a regular customer. Please atleast help me getting a replacement or so. Thankyou....

I have purchased softfoam puma shoes worth rs. 5499 in month april 2018 from kamla nagar showroom, north delhi. But within a span of 3 months, i'm feeling very uncomfortable during walking.in right shoe, inner side the foam has torn and somthing plastic thing pinches my knee every time from backside.
If this is happening... Then what about our priority to buy a pair of sach branded shoe. With this amount we can buy 4-5 pair local shoe....

I bought puma shoes for 5500. They were defective so i returned it within a week. They gave me 5500 slip after 15 days. I tried in 4 different puma store and didn't find any good shoes.
And that slip is not working in any other store when they promised it would.
How it is my problem if you give me some defective thing and doesn't even give me my money back.

I had bought full length tights for my wife from puma store udaipur shastri circle road. All steachs of lower had losen up and i had submitted that lower 1month after after purchasing that. This is the worst experience of purchasing from puma plz kindly look into the matter and exchange the article

Its been 4 months since i have not received my money back. The customer care officials are the worst at responding to emails. Extremely poor customer service. Nobody picks up the contact no. that is provided. I have sent multiple emaila to chase them. They donot reply. Till date, the money has not been reflected in my account and also the passbook. Totally frustrating....

I ordered from the puma online store and it's been more than two weeks since my order and it has not even proceeded from step 1 (There are around 6-7 steps before delivery). I was promised that the product will be shipped within 5 working days but nothing happened. They are not picking up the call[protected] nor replying to my mail.

I recently bought a rain jacket from Puma store in Dahisar after a week i found the Windcheater to be useless for me so i went back to the store and asked for a refund. I had the bill and the tags with me. The jacket was not even bought under any discounted price but still the manager over there refused to give me a refund.

My name is sonu gumber and i'm from sri ganganagar disst. (Rajasthan 335073). I purchased a shue from your puma showroom which is placed in sri ganganagar (Rajasthan) named by m/s sunny enterprises.
And after two month there was stiching probplm in shues
I went to the showroom and they fill the customer claim form and tell me that your shue will be claim in 15 days
And now 1 month crossed they...

I would like to start by saying puma has the worst customer care support! It has been almost 3 weeks since i ordered products from puma and i faced so many issues
1) the discounts were not applied at the time of payment and i ended up paying 1500 more
2) i mailed to your customer care saying i wanted to cancel the order and do it again and i also got a reply from them saying i could cancel but the next day i get a message saying...

I am still waiting for a reply on my below query.
I ordered for green track suit but blue was shipped and for my wife it was supposed to be black with white hand stripes, but shipped completely back color and size is also incorrect.
Hence would like to return this order. I tried calling your toll free number[protected] but there is no voice playing at all its just blank.

I have returned my products a month back.
I have not received refund.
I called and they say i ll get by 7 to 10 days but its been 15 days

They reply after 3 or 4 days, and they say it will initiated in 3 days. But i have not received any amount in my bank. Really not satisfied with...

Puma brigaed road store is making fool four us to telling that to buy the keeping glouse so i order but they not told that it is only on one pice of glusoe for 1299 and they order fotball gulose so we consumers are being fool so we are being fool so we are doing police case so we dont know anything about whats going to happen i not hope from puma so plz tell them return money or buy real cricket keeping glouse ok...

I had ordered a pair of shoes online which i ordered pink in colour but it was sent in black colour nd the size i ordered was 7 but 8 was sent to me.. Nd now wen i ask for refund i’m told about the procedure which is 10 -15 days the money would be transferred.. The customer care executive mr rajmohan was so aggressive nd rude was just not listening to me, just kept saying that’s our procedure, that’s our procedure... Will u people look...

Please check the image of the puma shoes purchased less than a year back, it has started tearing off at the corner of both the shoes

This is just not acceptable that within a year shoes should start tearing, i have used puma in d past too but this is really pathetic quality

And to think kotak is sponsoring cupons for puma! I will definitely take this up with the kotak marketing team

I bought shoes costing 7.5k. The shoes are so bad in quality i use to wear it for very less ecenthough its cuts f4om frant really poor quality and not at all a upto mark. I am very sorry to say but such bad quality of shoe is not expected from puma. I brought it a year and some months back from company store located at korum mall thane mumbai, while buying i blindly trust on brand and highend product mrp of the product is arround 11k buts...

My shoes puma company, 2 months ago, i bought puma shoes and only wore 3 times after that shoes colour damage also i complained many times but my complained not understand please sir/madam solve my problem if donot solve my problems after that i shall create video and upload shoes photographs in social network like facebook and you tube

I bought shoes costing 6k. In the showroom they seemed comfortable, now everytime I wear them even to a walk, my foot gets marks. The shoes are so bad, really poor quality and not at all a comfortable wear. I am very sorry to say but such bad design of shoe is not expected from Puma. The upper flip is not flexible which makes them difficult to walk in....
