I have sent back one of my product back to puma warehouse on 18-24 Dec 2018 which was a COD order and they were supposed to refund back my amount to my bank account which they have initiated and completed also but that has not reflected in my account and accordingly i used to call puma customer care every now and then but they respond very badly and every time ask for more time.Finally before few days they asked me to provide the bank statement from last two months which i did and it didnt show that amount credited in my account and now they are again asking for some time which they used to say before also and suggesting me to raise the dispute with bank which i already had but as per bank manager the bank has no role in it as the amount has not been credited so they couldn't provide me any information regarding on the basis of only NFT.

So please it is request kindly look into the matter

    Dear team
    I have purchased puma shoes with hsn code[protected] from life style kanpur on 28 december 2018 but the shoes is very hard on foot due to which it is making marks or scars on feet.
    The company is renowned but the products are very bad. I have not used this shoe since a month please exchange it. Please find the attached bill & pictures for marks.
    Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I purcgased puma green black sandals from mangluru which shop name is shoes in.they give a 2 months warranty but now they didnt taking action on it.offenly sandals soul is broke so they didnt replace it.otherwise they didnt give a good feedback.

      I purchase a lower from showroom but this piece is in mistake.. When i went in showroom for exchange they misbehaving with me and not returning\exchanging my lower plzz contact me as soon as possible because i m unable to purchase another good.. Its very costly plzz exchange this lower otherwise i'll complaint on consumer care and viral this mistaken piece on social media..

        Hello...
        This is Rohit Kumar, Purchased 1 Pair of Shoe from PUMA Outlet, Near Choudhary Mode, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P. on Dated 8th August 2018.
        And My Right shoe got Damaged itself from under the Badge of PUMA, even When i Never use them for Any Sports or Workout. And on 3rd January, i have Visited the Same Outlet and the Staff Present there doesn’t Listen to Me Properly and Denied any Kind of Solution for the above Said Problem. And the Reaction of the Staff was Shocking even it was Disgusting...
        After this I have Registered the Same Complaint to Customer Care Helpline Number, Send them 2 Mails Complaining about the Same. But No reply from there Side.
        So I am Writing this to You Just Because of it... And Attaching the Copy of the Bill and Photos of Shoe from Where it got Damaged.

        Any Kind of Reply is Highly Expected From Your Side.

          Hello Team,

          I had purchased an expensive pair of puma shoes through Myntra on 20 August, 2018 order no.[protected] also I have original billing details with me but the quality of the product is highly disappointing.

          The sole of the shoes falled apart in months and the side stickers are also came off within 2 weeks.

          This is not level of quality I expect from puma product.

          Puma shoes should not be of this quality. I am regular customer of the brand. If the issues is not satisfactorily answered, I would definitely not going to suggest anyone of the brand.

          Anyone senior from the team must look in the issue and for further clarification of the same.

          Curiously awaiting the lights on the issue.

            Please note that, i mr. Vijendrakumar sharma live in thane near korum mall having your loyal customer five years. My contact no. [protected]. I have purchases everything from puma like shoes, track pant etc. Before three month i have brought three track pants in puma but this track pant really poor in quality. Sorry but it is a very low quality i had called your manager but he is not give proper response and not to exchange my track pant. I have very shock of your manager reply.
            I hope you will see the matter and exchange my track pant with urgently. Otherwise i will not purchase from puma in future.

              We ordered for 9 number shoes but we got left leg shoe no. 9 and right leg shoe no. 8 vide invoice no. F5F4E9/18/82493 dated 10 Dec 18. Sir, whether it is possible to replace right shoe 8 with 9 . Courier charges may be borne by me. Or deliver me right shoe of 9 number and left shoe of 8 number so that pairs may be completed. I will pay for that.

                On 22nd december 2018, i purchased one gents lower from puma store, ndse 1, nd. On it there was a red color discount sticker of 40 percent. At cash counter where my daughter was there was told by cashier that their computerized billing system is not working so manual cash receipt was issued and payment was made. When we were about to leave the store, the cashier came and removed the red color discount coupon saying it is needed for records. Since i am handicapp therefore my daughter was taking my care and we did not pay any heed to it. On reaching home, i found that the cash receipt showed discount of 30 percent only instead of 40 percent. I think it shd be called day light cheating/robbery by staff of puma exclysive store

                  My name is bhavika and my customer id is[protected]. I did shopping from puma factory outlet in sarjapur road, bangalore. The staff incorrectly debited rs. 1, 10, 011 instead of rs. 11, 011. They immediately voided the transaction. However, the money is still not credited to my bank account.

                  First of all, this is not the level of service i expect from puma. Secondly, my bank says the money is not credited and they will take 16 working days to resolve and put the money back in the account. Now, you tell me why the hell should i wait for my money for 16 days because of puma's fault. I urgently need this money back. This is not the small amount which has been debited. I don't know where the money is stuck but i'm suffering for puma's wrong actions.

                  I want my money back with the compensation of all the problems i am going through because of you. Please get back asap.

                  Bought door locks for my house ..all the doors locks are breaking one by one even after 2 years of manufacturing...this company is cheating customers by using substandard materials and poor quality products...

                    Return request placed on 22nd november. Today being 13th december the refund is not processed. Worst customer service. Pathetic email responses. No one bothers to help the customer. They disconnect the call after placing on hold.
                    Every time i contact them its said i will receive the refund in 2 days, its been 21 days now and no refund. The bank details shared with them is incorrect as per the cx service rep (Thats my only bank account). I have shared the details twice with them but no response.

                      I hereby have a complaint that I purchased a pair of shoe from puma outlet, Tower square, Indore (Madhya Pradesh), which torned out twice in a month. I complaint about it many times but there was no response from owner.Finally I called her and told about the product defect. She was very rude to me and denied to return the shoe. Please take a strict action about it.

The truth fact is leather does not peels off and the same threat was cleared by the Store Manager when it was purchased, please check the bag photo... It's a self explanatory.                             Puma customer service worst,... No service center in kolkata,... Customer care told to go to showroom to repair, but 2 showrooms refused to repair, rather advised me to buy new shoes,... Contacted customer service but got no result... They are continuously telling to buy new shoes,... But no reply to my problem, why they don't repair their own shoes??

                              I bought a Puma black shoe around 4 months back of more than Rs.5000, but I have noticed tear in the front part of the shoe. My friend also bought a same shoe and he have a problem with sole being disoriented resulting in ankle twist.
                              If there is problem in mesh shoes, stop manufacturing them. I have a big fan of Puma shoe but not anymore. I also have a PUMA shoe with BMW branding. never had problem with that. But this one is torn within 4 month even with normal office to home usage. Really disappointed. I went to showroom where I bought it from, and seems of no use as the store person has not taken it seriously.

                              I don't have the receipt now, but they can check it from [protected].

                                I have been a regular puma customer but its disappointing me to know that recently i picked one pair of sandals from puma store and its soo slippery that it cant sustain even on normal watery surfaces. Its very much disappointing and the store men are not ready for an exchange. Please take notice of it i don't want myself to lose trust on puma. I am a regular customer. Please atleast help me getting a replacement or so. Thankyou.

                                  I have purchased softfoam puma shoes worth rs. 5499 in month april 2018 from kamla nagar showroom, north delhi. But within a span of 3 months, i'm feeling very uncomfortable during walking.in right shoe, inner side the foam has torn and somthing plastic thing pinches my knee every time from backside.
                                  If this is happening... Then what about our priority to buy a pair of sach branded shoe. With this amount we can buy 4-5 pair local shoe. At the time of purchasing.. Yours salesman told me that if anything this kind of happen in future they will provide proper repairment for that. Please consider my request and get repair them as soon as possible

                                    I bought puma shoes for 5500. They were defective so i returned it within a week. They gave me 5500 slip after 15 days. I tried in 4 different puma store and didn't find any good shoes.
                                    And that slip is not working in any other store when they promised it would.
                                    How it is my problem if you give me some defective thing and doesn't even give me my money back.

All steachs of lower had losen up and i had submitted that lower 1month after after purchasing that.                                         Its been 4 months since i have not received my money back. The customer care officials are the worst at responding to emails. Extremely poor customer service. Nobody picks up the contact no. that is provided. I have sent multiple emaila to chase them. They donot reply. Till date, the money has not been reflected in my account and also the passbook. Totally frustrating.
