I bought a pair of shoes from the amazon. There it shows 3 months warranty now it got torn so i want it to exchange. Whenever i call puma customer care they always give different answers and when i went to store. The store owner was ready to take and he asked just the the email from the puma for it. When i ask them they said contact to amazon and amazon said contact to puma and 20 days left for exchange and the staff is making me fool. I...

I have vsiited a pUMA store at Zirakpur (ounjab) and bought a shoe with MRP Rs 5499/- on which therew as a discount of 50%. The store charged me Rs 3244/- ( Rs 2749 + Rs 495 for GST) whcih is against the common trade practices. This is not right and is unfiar trade practice to dupe customers. The other stores in Chandigarh ( Elenate Mall) is not charging any GST over and obve discounted MRP....

This complain is about amazon.in, so the matter is, i bought a product dated 14-08-17 and i cancel the order on 15-08-17 amazon policy of refund is within 2-4 business days but i don't get my refund amount yet. Please proceed my refund amount asap.

I purchased puma shoes in june 2017... And have worn them hardly ten times the fabric of shoes has given away from the joint... Tried to put complaint to the showroom from where it was purchased that is connaught place delhi... They have refused to do anything. The shoes are definately of very poor quality and it is due to manufacturing defect... Which requires rectification... Pl suggest the way out....

I ordered a puma sandle through snapdeal platform in first week of june this year and got it. After two weeks it damage from front side. When i asked to snapdeal it said, for this product there is no warranty. Such reputed company selling her product without warranty. If matter will not shortout i will complain to consumer forum because this is not for me but for other people who are cheated by company....

I take shoe from colaba puma shoes room but within one week it torn out. When i visited same show room they refused to take it back by telling that it is not manufacturing defect. I have purchased puma shoes from elante chandigarh in january. Now its pasting is coming out and shoes is almost damaged. I can't even use it. I have contacted same showroom from where i have purchased it, a salesman said our manager is not available for today and you can come tomorrow. I have again visited after 2 days and manager said sorry we cannot provide you services as the warranty was only for 3 months and you can get it repaired...

I purchased a pair of shoe of Puma about an year ago from myntra, my order number is[protected]. About a month ago i noticed that it's front part (like mesh) teared up but thought it might be my fault but today when i took them out after a long time i noticed that mesh is teared up itself to a much extent from many places. Yesterday, i bought the shoes from puma (Thane ghodbunder) outlet. The shoe i bought was on discount of 40% on mrp. Rs 4, 299 (Inclusive of all taxes) but at the time of payment they charged me 10.5% extra vat. Charging of vat was nor mentioned in any in the store so before selling they should inform us.

I had ordered a puma shoes almsot 15 days back of Rs 2000. When i received, it was not upto the mark so i returned it. Now it s been more than a week, they have not refunded my amount yet. They are saying we have not received the product yet. When they picked the product on time, then why are not refunding.Its their problem with courier guy.Atleast they should initiate to refund.they are not responding too....

We have purchased one puma shoes BMW series on 23 dec from PUMA store at Mittal Mall, Panipat, Haryana. Within a span of 3 months, there is one deep hole in it. The cloth used in the inside layer is of very poor quality which is the reason one of the shoe is torn.

I have purchased a shoe from Ernakulam Oberon mall on 10/09/2016. It's size 11 and it's cost Rs. 3499 Within 4 months period it's damaged I did not care every time I have buy gum and paste.
