Hi im a loyal and serious customer of puma now im
Very disappointed with ur product.. As i bought very expensive bottle within 2 hours it was broken and i went to your store and luckily i saw the same bottle with broken cap in your display box, so i i change and bought a shoes which was not in my budget but they cannot replace my bottle. As ur retailer said is the best deal..in all the quality and the comfort..
I wonder comfort was horrible there but quality its also a rubber mould shoe.. Sorry to say.

But now its turn serious. Something wrong in your shoe o design its constantly hurt my fingure, and its became a wound. I went to doctor he said throw this shoe away... It was really very painful for my feet and mind
Please do something change this article...

I m very disappointed with the puma product i bought from flipkart.. As i bought a shoes and it was mentioned to be the best in all the quality and the comfort..
I agree comfort was there but quality.. Sorry to say..in 3rd months time it got torn from lower side stitching of the left pair of shoes though using it only for office purpose. This was the second time it happened with me in case of the puma shoes.

I agree comfort was there but quality.. Sorry to say..in 6th months time it got torn from upper side both the shoes though using it for morning walk only not enen jogging

I was buying a sports shoe by online (Amazon). This shoe buy on around 8 month ago. Now saw a problem on shoe, when put shoe on my leg then saw a problem that shoe's sole detaching from upper. So please do need full action taken urgently.

I have purchased puma chappals from pune sgs mall camp on 30-8-17. As i am regular buyer of puma shoes n chappals. The quality of chappals r not satisfactory. Chappals r getting shadowed by colour n scratches r been seen on upper sole. I have return it back to ur puma shop.. I did not got
A positive feedback. Hope for a geniune reply as a regular customare.

I had bought a pair of black puma shoes almost 6 months back. The shoes are comfortable however the net design on the upper part is coming out. I am a regular puma user however this is my first experience similar to this. While i went to the stores from where i bought it, the guy says we can't help if it is more than 3 months. Are we expected to get a good quality only for 3 months?
The store was in growell's mall, kandivali east, mumbai.

Bought a pair of ferrari red and black shoes from ranchi store. It got damaged within warranty and gave it back to store. It got approved to exchange but now required size is not available in the same model neither in the similar model. I am made to compromise which i don't wish to do. Plz help by managing a pair in size required at the earliest. First time i bought that expensive shoes and i can't be made to compromise at this age of fast logistics. Plz help

Hey i’m sorry say that puma products are not up to the mark these days as i very often buy products 3-4 products a month. Have found quality deductions in tees and all most all other itmes this time i’ve brought a tee for myself and it’s colour differed and it’s quality isn’t matching the puma standard as set before by puma itself showing such ads and not able to fulfill customers want! Kindly make a note to look after it. Thank you

Purchased a puma bagpack from flipkart on 26/10/2017. After using the bag for 2 3 days the stitches came out and i cant use it anymore as it may get damaged futher. By bagpack is under warranty. I need to claim the warranty. For warranty claim
I went to puma store but they did not entertain us. So what should i do now?

They mis behave with the customer insted of guiding,
Visited twice to the showroom and both times it was the worst experience ever had in any showroom of puma or any other.
They are least intrested to help or guide the customer for better and handfull amount of sale
Puma srinagar i would give worst comments and never refer to any 1 and will definitely complaint everywhere i get a chance to.

I bought a pair of shoes from the amazon. There it shows 3 months warranty now it got torn so i want it to exchange. Whenever i call puma customer care they always give different answers and when i went to store. The store owner was ready to take and he asked just the the email from the puma for it. When i ask them they said contact to amazon and amazon said contact to puma and 20 days left for exchange and the staff is making me fool. I want to you convey my message to abhishek ganguly head of puma for india. I do not care now at all just convey my message to abhishek ganguly that his staff is not helping anyone they are making me fool. So whats the need to warranty for products if you dont care about the customers. Now i am not going to buy any product of puma. I want you to think about consumers as they are god for you. I am not talking about myself as on begining of page it's only 1% satisfaction. Plz convey my message to abhishek ganguly so he can know about his staff in india

I have vsiited a pUMA store at Zirakpur (ounjab) and bought a shoe with MRP Rs 5499/- on which therew as a discount of 50%. The store charged me Rs 3244/- ( Rs 2749 + Rs 495 for GST) whcih is against the common trade practices. This is not right and is unfiar trade practice to dupe customers. The other stores in Chandigarh ( Elenate Mall) is not charging any GST over and obve discounted MRP.

This complain is about amazon.in, so the matter is, i bought a product dated 14-08-17 and i cancel the order on 15-08-17 amazon policy of refund is within 2-4 business days but i don't get my refund amount yet. Please proceed my refund amount asap.

I purchased puma shoes in june 2017... And have worn them hardly ten times the fabric of shoes has given away from the joint... Tried to put complaint to the showroom from where it was purchased that is connaught place delhi... They have refused to do anything. The shoes are definately of very poor quality and it is due to manufacturing defect... Which requires rectification... Pl suggest the way out.

I got severe ankle and heel pain after wearing puma shoes. My husbands shoes were burst in just two months. We bought these shoes from guwahati on 6 june'17 and we live delhi. I told that sales man that i have dvt in my leg he said this pair of shoes are perfect for my foot but now i m having lot of pain in my toe, anke & heel of both legs.. Plss help

I ordered a puma sandle through snapdeal platform in first week of june this year and got it. After two weeks it damage from front side. When i asked to snapdeal it said, for this product there is no warranty. Such reputed company selling her product without warranty. If matter will not shortout i will complain to consumer forum because this is not for me but for other people who are cheated by company.

I take shoe from colaba puma shoes room but within one week it torn out. When i visited same show room they refused to take it back by telling that it is not manufacturing defect. I m telling that it is material failure. My aim of complaint is that within​ one week my shoe should not torn out because this is very reputated company. We paid for quality, if quality of product is not good then they should take back my shoe.

I have purchased puma shoes from elante chandigarh in january. Now its pasting is coming out and shoes is almost damaged. I can't even use it. I have contacted same showroom from where i have purchased it, a salesman said our manager is not available for today and you can come tomorrow. I have again visited after 2 days and manager said sorry we cannot provide you services as the warranty was only for 3 months and you can get it repaired from anywhere, puma will not provide you any kind of services. I don't understand that a brand like puma is making fool of the customers and even managers are behaving like this. Either they are selling fake shoes in the showrooms because original shoes does not have such problems or they just want to harass the customer.

Every individual is clear about gst other than retailers including multi-national retailers.

Yesterday (19 july 2017) i went to puma store @ mall of india noida. They sold me rs 10, 000 shoe @ 50% discount. Instead of charging rs. 5, 000/-, they charged me rs. 5, 899/- where rs. 899 is gst.

I bought two pairs of shoes @ same price and two pairs of socks @ same price.

All puma product prices are inclusive of all the taxes. They should have removed all the taxes from from their existing price and then applied gst. Instead they added gst on all the taxes they have already paid.

This is cheating, robbery and loot by mnc retailers like you.

I want all my money paid as gst which was in addition to all the taxes you have already paid.
