I got running shoes from puma costing rupees 8000.The net of the shoes is torn within a month.The shoes are defected.Running shoes are meant for rumning amd these shoes didnot even last for a year.Cheap material is used in making this shoe.Warranty period is still there.I want these shoes to be returned or exchanged.

I have placed order of duffle bag.. u taken my money and then dont give any email regarding shipment.. ur toll free number not working.. i have sent u many mails but not gining any response.. plz look into this matter.. worst experience ever..

I purchased PUMA shoes in March and returned it during the same week as it was a bigger size. I was told that the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and its still not been refunded.
Can you please look into this, if you want I can also provide you the refund related emails from PUMA.

I have purchased 5 puma stainless steel lock and key from M/s Hardware gallery, padivattom Edappally Ernakulam, Kerala.But unfortunatly two of them are brocken.[inside the handle].So I cannot lock my doors.Kindly adwise me what shall I do

I have a very bad experience at online puma store. Puma India team is not refunding my hard earned money back to my account. They are keep sayings due to technical issue it’s been delayed and not been resolving my concerns.

Hello Sir, I bought a shoes art n. 18994502 from Allahabad Puma Store and it got spoiled very soon. Its net has exploded. I bought Puma's regular customer and bought some shoes but all of them have not had trouble. Please correct it.please sir correct it very soon.

Hi i brought one jogging pant in month of feb18 . i hardly worn it 3-4 times but the stitching thread is coming out from different area like from bottom hem, from waist .. and in knitted garment its useless if stitching thread comes out.

I had visited the store to show them the defect, but the store people told me to contact customer care
