I had been following-up with open case with Puma. I am really unhappy that I am not getting any proper response from [protected]@puma.com .

I created a return request for an order and as per the request i also sent the photos of the products (Both front and back), to make sure that the return is iniated but days have passed and i haven't received any information regarding my pickup
And the customer care department... There is this guy, i dont know his name but he speaks so rudely to me as if i had committed a crime
I tried calling 2-3 times, no one picked up the...

I have got issues with my newly bought shoes and complaining to which on customer care email. I got no response. Cheaters. Money making brand. Duping people across world.
They have minus focus for after sales service and just earning money with lowest possible quality product.
Stores employees are thieves.

Need my money back.....

Dear puma, this is very stressful thing that i have purchased shoe from patna central mall and it is has manufacturing defect in that shoe, i went in that store in there i meet one of sale manager who used several excuses to send us back and they told we cant do anything please contact customer care. They give only excuse from 1 month. I have spend rs 5000 on puma brand shoe and in reply they given me stressful things. This is very pathetic...

I've been a big fan of your shoes for as long as I can remember. Since school days, I would ensure I'd collect money from everywhere so that I have enough to purchase a Puma Shoe.

My cousin gifted me Puma sport shoes but as i started using them the Net on both shoes get torned up. It has 6 months warranty. As its a manufacturung defect i would request you to either replace it or take futher suitable action.I had also attached photos of both sport shoes in attachments.

Yesterday, i bought puma sports shoes from hyderabad central. From outside the shoes appear fine. But today, when i wore them, i started feeling a nibbling feeling on the left foot thumb. A depression is clearly visible from outside, in a otherwise smooth-looking shoe. There is some knitting issue from inside of the shoe and its creating a lot of discomfort now....

Very disappointed with ur product.. As i bought very expensive bottle within 2 hours it was broken and i went to your store and luckily i saw the same bottle with broken cap in your display box, so i i change and bought a shoes which was not in my budget but they cannot replace my bottle. As ur retailer said is the best deal..in all the quality and the comfort..

I m very disappointed with the puma product i bought from flipkart.. As i bought a shoes and it was mentioned to be the best in all the quality and the comfort..
I agree comfort was there but quality.. Sorry to say..in 3rd months time it got torn from lower side stitching of the left pair of shoes though using it only for office purpose. This was the second time it happened with me in case of the puma shoes.

I agree comfort was there but quality.. Sorry to say..in 6th months time it got torn from upper side both the shoes though using it for morning walk only not enen jogging

I was buying a sports shoe by online (Amazon). This shoe buy on around 8 month ago. Now saw a problem on shoe, when put shoe on my leg then saw a problem that shoe's sole detaching from upper. So please do need full action taken urgently.

I have purchased puma chappals from pune sgs mall camp on 30-8-17. As i am regular buyer of puma shoes n chappals. The quality of chappals r not satisfactory. Chappals r getting shadowed by colour n scratches r been seen on upper sole. I have return it back to ur puma shop.. I did not got

I had bought a pair of black puma shoes almost 6 months back. The shoes are comfortable however the net design on the upper part is coming out. I am a regular puma user however this is my first experience similar to this. While i went to the stores from where i bought it, the guy says we can't help if it is more than 3 months. Hey i’m sorry say that puma products are not up to the mark these days as i very often buy products 3-4 products a month. Purchased a puma bagpack from flipkart on 26/10/2017. After using the bag for 2 3 days the stitches came out and i cant use it anymore as it may get damaged futher. By bagpack is under warranty. I need to claim the warranty. For warranty claim

They mis behave with the customer insted of guiding,
Visited twice to the showroom and both times it was the worst experience ever had in any showroom of puma or any other.
They are least intrested to help or guide the customer for better and handfull amount of sale
