I recently bought a rain jacket from Puma store in Dahisar after a week i found the Windcheater to be useless for me so i went back to the store and asked for a refund. I had the bill and the tags with me. The jacket was not even bought under any discounted price but still the manager over there refused to give me a refund.
I am a regular customer of Puma, my bag my shoes everything is of Puma. Did not expect this kind of answer from the store manager for an unused product refund. Please help me in this matter. I would really appreciate some help.

I got running shoes from puma costing rupees 8000.The net of the shoes is torn within a month.The shoes are defected.Running shoes are meant for rumning amd these shoes didnot even last for a year.Cheap material is used in making this shoe.Warranty period is still there.I want these shoes to be returned or exchanged.

    My name is sonu gumber and i'm from sri ganganagar disst. (Rajasthan 335073). I purchased a shue from your puma showroom which is placed in sri ganganagar (Rajasthan) named by m/s sunny enterprises.
    And after two month there was stiching probplm in shues
    I went to the showroom and they fill the customer claim form and tell me that your shue will be claim in 15 days
    And now 1 month crossed they are not givving me a proper responce
    My claim form no. Is 0489

    Kindely responce me and claim my shue otherwise i'll go to the consumer court

      I would like to start by saying puma has the worst customer care support! It has been almost 3 weeks since i ordered products from puma and i faced so many issues
      1) the discounts were not applied at the time of payment and i ended up paying 1500 more
      2) i mailed to your customer care saying i wanted to cancel the order and do it again and i also got a reply from them saying i could cancel but the next day i get a message saying the order is shipped.. What the hell?!?
      3) i followed up so many times and there was not reply from the customer care team
      I can say the team is horrible and very inefficient!!
      4) i had ordered 4 items and only 3 came i waited for few days thinking it will come late but it did not come at all
      5) i mailed again n again and yet no response from the irresponsible team!!
      Even the customer care number never connects
      I tried a zillion times and finely i got to speak to a lady called timaya n when i asked about the product she said it’s out of stock
      Isn’t it the responsibility of puma to inform me that first hand???
      6) i asked for a refund she said she processed it but i never received the refund nor any message regarding it
      7) and on the other hand a person called mansoor elahi from customer care team after two three mails replies to me saying sorry for the inconvenience caused etc and asks for the details each time that’s all he does and never got a solution from him it’s the 4th time they are asking me for the product details and shireen begum says she’ll come back with a reply and never did!!

      Why is the team so irresponsible?? I never got a proper reply from the horrible @puma customer care team. I am disappointed as im the one who paid the money

      If i don’t get a reply i’m going to the customer complaint forum consumer court and social media

      I purchased PUMA shoes in March and returned it during the same week as it was a bigger size. I was told that the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and its still not been refunded.
      Can you please look into this, if you want I can also provide you the refund related emails from PUMA.

        I am still waiting for a reply on my below query.
        I ordered for green track suit but blue was shipped and for my wife it was supposed to be black with white hand stripes, but shipped completely back color and size is also incorrect.
        Hence would like to return this order. I tried calling your toll free number[protected] but there is no voice playing at all its just blank.
        Please reply at your earliest.

          I have returned my products a month back.
          I have not received refund.
          I called and they say i ll get by 7 to 10 days but its been 15 days

          I cannot able to call them also. And they wont reply to my emails.
          They reply after 3 or 4 days, and they say it will initiated in 3 days. But i have not received any amount in my bank. Really not satisfied with puma.

              I had ordered a pair of shoes online which i ordered pink in colour but it was sent in black colour nd the size i ordered was 7 but 8 was sent to me.. Nd now wen i ask for refund i’m told about the procedure which is 10 -15 days the money would be transferred.. The customer care executive mr rajmohan was so aggressive nd rude was just not listening to me, just kept saying that’s our procedure, that’s our procedure... Will u people look into this matter nd return my money asap or i need to go to higher authorities

                Hi,

                Please check the image of the puma shoes purchased less than a year back, it has started tearing off at the corner of both the shoes

                This is just not acceptable that within a year shoes should start tearing, i have used puma in d past too but this is really pathetic quality

                And to think kotak is sponsoring cupons for puma! I will definitely take this up with the kotak marketing team

                Pl revert with a solution as this shoe is beyond wearable state outside and an embarrassment.

                I had mailed to [protected]@puma.com id complaining on 31st jan'18, but there was no response. The condition has deteriorated now. These were purchased on 5th mar'17 for rs.5497/- and within a year the mesh started coming off

                  I bought shoes costing 7.5k. The shoes are so bad in quality i use to wear it for very less ecenthough its cuts f4om frant really poor quality and not at all a upto mark. I am very sorry to say but such bad quality of shoe is not expected from puma. I brought it a year and some months back from company store located at korum mall thane mumbai, while buying i blindly trust on brand and highend product mrp of the product is arround 11k buts its get damage in very less period can you plz do something with my shoes.

                      I bought shoes costing 6k. In the showroom they seemed comfortable, now everytime I wear them even to a walk, my foot gets marks. The shoes are so bad, really poor quality and not at all a comfortable wear. I am very sorry to say but such bad design of shoe is not expected from Puma. The upper flip is not flexible which makes them difficult to walk in.

                              Dear puma, this is very stressful thing that i have purchased shoe from patna central mall and it is has manufacturing defect in that shoe, i went in that store in there i meet one of sale manager who used several excuses to send us back and they told we cant do anything please contact customer care. They give only excuse from 1 month. I have spend rs 5000 on puma brand shoe and in reply they given me stressful things. This is very pathetic and i want answer for this. If no one solve my issues than i visit consumer court as soon as possible.

                                Hey i am Pranav Chavan, i had purvhased a bagpack of puma from the amanora shop and within 10 days the bag was been torn near the zip i gave the bag return to the store they told me they will repair it an let me a call about what can be done.but i did not recieve any call from their side so i went to the showroom then they said the man who works with this kind of problem isnt comming past days so they returned the bag.i am not satisfied with your company’s service at all.

                                  Hi Puma Team,

                                  I've been a big fan of your shoes for as long as I can remember. Since school days, I would ensure I'd collect money from everywhere so that I have enough to purchase a Puma Shoe.

                                  For me its been a perfect marriage of style, comfort and price point.

                                  In the recent times I have invested more in buying Puma shoes, but clearly not the best thing to do.

                                  My three most recent puma shoes now are damaged for some reason or the other.

                                  Th red shoe, the sole is ready to come off; the black the sole is coming off from front; and my most recent buy, the running shoe which i spend 8k for, now has given way to form gaps between the sole and the top of the shoe.

                                  Please note all these shoes have been bought from Original Puma showrooms, Puma store in Indiranagar, Bangalore; Puma Store in Forum Mall, Koramangala; & Puma Store in Phoenix mall, Pune.

                                  Have the quality of the shoes fallen? or you guys don't care anymore.
                                  Anyway, this is my last ditch effort to give Puma another chance, if not, Puma will lose a customer who was an evangelist for their products.

                                      My cousin gifted me Puma sport shoes but as i started using them the Net on both shoes get torned up. It has 6 months warranty.                                         Yesterday, i bought puma sports shoes from hyderabad central. From outside the shoes appear fine. But today, when i wore them, i started feeling a nibbling feeling on the left foot thumb. A depression is clearly visible from outside, in a otherwise smooth-looking shoe. There is some knitting issue from inside of the shoe and its creating a lot of discomfort now.
                                        Puma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
