Customer Care # is not working

I have a very bad experience at online puma store. Puma India team is not refunding my hard earned money back to my account. They are keep sayings due to technical issue it’s been delayed and not been resolving my concerns.
Please reply if you can help.

Hello Sir, I bought a shoes art n. 18994502 from Allahabad Puma Store and it got spoiled very soon. Its net has exploded. I bought Puma's regular customer and bought some shoes but all of them have not had trouble. Please correct it.please sir correct it very soon.

2 times I got defeated shoes, do not buy shoes in indian puma website, I'll never ever buy in this website

Sir i have bought puma shoes from best price mall, but there are some defects coming on shoes and upper layer of shoes is looking very bad i have attached photo of shoes. As a warranty terms of puma it is under 2 month of purchase, so please help me sir i have attached my online invoice also..

Hi i brought one jogging pant in month of feb18 . i hardly worn it 3-4 times but the stitching thread is coming out from different area like from bottom hem, from waist .. and in knitted garment its useless if stitching thread comes out.

i dont have bill with me but garment having EAN/material in

I had visited the store to show them the defect, but the store people told me to contact customer care
I called up on toll free, they told me to send an E-mail

I purchased puma shoes in online few months ago but after 3 months the Net on both shoes get torned up. So I request you it possible to repair the net shoes. If it possible please contact me.

I am not a daily user but nearby 10 month after using I found this shoes cloth damaged automatically. I purchased it from wall Mart I was very disappointed for that please reply me.
