Bus conductor charged her ticket, she presented her voter card also to avail free travel

It is my humble request to you to kindly take the departmental action against bus driver and conductor of Punbus of taran tarn depot. I along with my 10 family members were waiting for the bus at Goindwal sahib bus stand on 15/06/2022. Suddenly punbus came at 6:52 am in the morning and without carry the passenger bus passed from the bus stand. The bus conductor not even bothered to went out from the bus. I and other 2 lady passengers ran after the bus but Its seems like they dont have any interest. A total no. of approx 15 passengers were not carried by them. Such irresponsible incidents make us unhappy and not even worth for the department…….

I am a senior citizen aged 71 years, i was to travel from isbt delhi counter no 24 to ambala, i appoached to bus conductor of punbus no pb08cx5092 which was bound to jalandhar from delhi isbt.

I was denied to board the bus for the reason given by bus conductor that, they do not take passangers other than jalandhar / ludhiana in their bus.

Since bus was enroute ambala, i wanted to travel in this bus but was denied the same.

I want to ask if any passanger is not eligible to travel in these buses from isbt delhi to ambala.

If it is not the case, then why bus condustor of punbus volvo pb08cx5092 denied me boarding at counter no 24 of isbt delhi on sunday i.E. 12.06.2022 in the morning at 09:00 am.

Being the senior citizen, i had to wait for another bus.

This is denial to the basic fundamental rights of the citizen of this country.

I request inquiry in this matter and if found guilty, neccessary action against that bus conductor on duty.

My name is Amardeep Kaur. I am a resident of village Lehra Mohabbat, dist. Bathinda, Punjab. I am doing a job in the Postal Department of India. My posting is at Bhagta bhai. I have to reach 'Bhagta bhai' office on time, but there is no stoppage of any roadways bus at G.H.T.P Lehra Mohabbat market in the morning which is the bus stop of Lehra Mohabbat thermal plant. The buses that have a stoppage at G.H.T.P Lehra Mohabbat market, the drivers stop the bus beyond the bus stop because of free fare of Ladies. I have to pick up the Bus from the 'Bhucho kenchiaa' bus stop, therefore I reach the office late. This is the same problem of many employees who are residents of Lehra Mohabbat. kindly give attention to this matter seriously and make a stoppage of the buses so that we could reach the office at the time. thank you.

I travelled today (07/06/2022) in the morning from Bari Brahmna (a locality between Jammu and Samba district) in the bus bearning number PB07CA0423 about 9:20 AM. The bus conductor's behaviour was very rude and aggressive.

I was travelling to Vijaypur from Bari Brahmna and I asked him about the fare to that place.

He printed a ticket (200831) from Jammu to Vijay Nagar (vijaypur according to them) and charged ₹30, I asked him why he made the ticket from Jammu to Vijapur and not Bari Brahmna to Vijaypur and he made an excuse that no local stops are allowed, then why did he let the passangers travel even after asking him before boarding the bus.

Both the driver and conductors are involved in this illegal theft/loot but the conductor has more prominent role in this matter.

There were one more senior citizen lady who also boarded from Bari Brahmna and she was going to Gaghwal but the conductor said that the bus will not stop at Gaghwal so he made a bus ticket to Vijaypur not from Bari Brahmna but from Jammu (Jammu to Vijay Nagar)

The old lady asked him several times about the matter but the conductor still made excuses.

There was one more passenger who also faced this kind of issue but being an illitrate and factory worker he ignored the conductor.

There were two girls also, their luggage was placed on the luggage grill/carrier and the conductor put that luggage on their thighs. I want to state what kind of behaviour was he trying to show. And why those luggage carriers are provided in the bus, are they just for show? Did the conductor has any right to do such acts? One thing is clear that they are not doing a good service for the people of this country and there is not even humanity in them.

I want to make a complaint about this matter of loot from several people travelling in these State (PUNBUS) Roadways by such kind of arrogant, filthy employees. There is no one to ask and find such criminals/looters/deceivers in the PRTC department because very few people will file an issue or make a legal complaint about them because no one has time for that.

I have also uploaded my ticket, please have a look and search for any clues to it.

I want the corporation committee to look for such theives and criminals and request the higher authority to take immediate legal actions against these blunder and corrupt employees.

Please look into the matter as early as possible and reveal & replace these corrupt employees from their job.

I was travelling from chandigarh to ludhiana. The ticket collector in bis stand cut my ticket and tells me to give my exchange after the bus starts. When the bus starts towards ludhiana the ticket collector changed . And i am tells her about my exchange and he totally refused to give me exchange. My ticket number is 00000371 time is 17:53:03

I was traveling from jalandhar to chandigarh from bus which goes from 5pm to 8:15 pm on 4 June 2022. The bus driver and conductor misbehaved with me and they had not dropped me on particular bus stop on sector 39-40 chonk where all buses pick and drop passengers and I requested him to drop me on that chonk replying to that he misbehaved with me and abused me and also he crossed the red light to not to drop me on that spot and also he also crossed next red lights that I cannot drop there which was near my spot. Therefore I request you to please charge the driver I can also mention the bus number which is 2835 which is a red new punbus.
I hope that I will get proper reply from your side this was the first time I faced such a disrespectful behaviour from your side

Driver do not doing his duty properly, he misbehave with the passengers, he asks the passenger get out from the the bus.. I wil not drive for you bloody beggers. But teh conductor is doing his duty properly. The bus driver do not park bus at the counter on time as a result the passengers get late for their work. Driver drives the bus very roughly, the driver is very irresponsible towards his duty.
Its been 14 years that i am travellling in bus by bus pass... I didn't watched any driver misbehave with the passengers although i recently met with an accident... I do not want any special treatment... But the way driver talks with me and the passengers was very rude.

I was travelling from ISBT 43 CHANDIGARH TO (SANGHOL)LUDHIANA on 2 June at 11:50 AM with PUNBUS (red grey colour)bus number PB 04 AE 1609. The bus conductor came to me asked me to remove my earphones and buy ticket . He not only stop here comment on my upbringing and education life, at first he refused to give me ticket and ask me to get down the bus but when other passengers came for my support he gave me ticket charging more fare. He also abused me allegating that i travelled free from bus . I hereby request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against him otherwise I have to approach consumer court.i am not going to tolerate this misbehaviour by government servant at any cost.

I am traveling in above said bus no PB 65 BB 3375 from Golu ka maur to ludhiana with my son and my nephew. My son age 6 year is suffering form thalassemia Major. I have got bus pass of my son according to deputy director state transport punjab letter no 6932 -49 Dated 15/09/2015 one companion can travel free with thalassemia Major patient i got my ticket on my Aadhar card and told the conductor that my nephew is companion of my son but he insisted us to by a ticket or get down from the bus he also abused me . kindly take a streaked action against him

Driver behaviour is too bad in favour of women passenger . They use very abusing language with the ladies passenger and they also interferance with the personal life ..whereas they having no right to interferance with any of life. This was all done and due to only and only for adhaar service which launch by the govt of punjab only and only for the disturbance of the lady passeger.

Hello sir i m student I have bus pass but bus r not stop at bus stop I think i wasted my money on bus pass. It is not work in PRTC neither Punjab Roadways.. infact Punjab Roadways condector see pass nd say"nhi rukni eh uthey".

Bus number PB06BB3757 never stop on bus stop of Jaintipur. They drop passengers about 0.1 km away so that new passenger cannot pick the bus. Nobody complaint about it. They daily did the same thing. The bus is from Pathankot to Amritsar maybe. If they excuse then please contact me because i have a valid proof of video which i save until i get revert from you.

Hi im Narain From Nawanshahr. I go jalandhar every week but while return ur ac volvo bus conductor refuse to gove a ticket of Nawanshahr while there route is from Amritsar to chandigarh via jalandhar, nawanshahr, ropar but they refuse to allow me they said the bus cant go in nawnashahr either they have a route of nawanshahr (shaheed bhagat singh) they said we r not allow to go to nawanshahrr but actually they have a routee i req u to plz solve this complaint asap thanks

On the date on 14/05/2022 i was travelling a punbus having bus number3378 and conductor number is ctc20 also driver number d92. My ticket number of that bus is 00021993. I was sitting on seat number 2. Suddenly the driver told me to leave the seat but i refused but starting to use bad words for me( I mentioned here bad words not abusing). After 2 min he said to me yhst he had a rod and said he will hit this rod in my head. I ask to roadway’s they recruit not drivers but goons also. If they recruit these type of goons how the public are safe in public transports. And who the hell to gave him right to keep such weapons in public transport. The government and department should have take strict action these such type of goons

No. [protected] when reached at Ludhiana Bus Stand and asked to take ticket from Bus conductor, he said bus will not stop at Stoppage of Nijjer Chowk, Mohali having bus no. 3378 on dated 14 May 2022 (Morning)(6.30AM). Now it is submitted to you for taking action on these type of bus conductors who has not obeying the rule and regulations of the Govt Transport and by doing this losing the revenue of the transport day by day. So it is humble request to enquiry this matter as early as possible for making trust of public on Govt Transport. Same is forwarded to CM Punjab on his official email address.

I try to catch bus daily at 6 am from golden Gate for tangra but daily o got late because no private bus runs at this time and all Punjab roadways deny to stop at tangra. If we hang on bus without asking then they misbehave and spoke harsh words. The above conductor today behaved so badly.

Private buses wale conducter misguide krde han. Te har roz swere bus harike andi jrur hai but swariya pick nhi krdi te private conducter to paise le k ose time harike to patti wall chll jnde han.
