I am not allowed to sit in the bus because tickets are reserved i.e. we have to take tickets before sitting in them and it make so crowd. The bus is traveling from Ludhiana to chandigarh at 5:50 pm at ludhiana ISBT.

This is rajwinder here working at DC office jalandhar. traveling from noormahal to jalandhar daily. With this distance there are many college, school students who has to reach their respective places at the same time span i.e arount 9 o clock, The main problem is that that there are very few buss from nurmahal to jalandhar ie 7.10 and 7.40 . every Saturday Sunday both buses aren't available bcoz both serving at bias.why? nd there is not any alternative provide all passengers (workers, students ) suffering problem. if they have not any alternative then why they allowing buses to go there? this is quite big since I request you to resolve the issue as early as possible.

I am traveling from ludhiana to chandigarh in the Punjab roadways bus. On presenting the digilocker verified adhaar card in the phone, the conductor refused and I had to pay for the journey. Please clarify the role of digilocker verified adhaar card and if it is applicable, please reimburse my fare.

My ticket was from Amritsar to sarna but did not droped at my destination and dropped me at malakpur chownk even I was with my wife and we are senior citizens . Even the conductor told him to stop the bus he didn't..driver seems like a drunk and even he hit the toll barrier near kanwa...so please do something and suspend that driver else the result would be more dangerous...the bus number was PB02 CR6723

Bus Conductor stop me or other passengers to enter in bus. Because I and other passengers are going to amritsar to Gurdaspur or Dinanagar. And that conductor said that only jammu passenger are allow to enter in bus. And also shouting on passengers.

I commute daily to my workplace towards Jalandhar that's why I have to board a bus daily from Jandu Singha Bus stop distt Jalandhar between 7:30 a.m to 8 a.m. Although there are 5 govt buses that ply in the given time slot but none of them stops at the stand.I[censored]nwillingly any of the bus has to stop to let the passengers get off the bus they stop either far behind the bus stand or far ahead the bus stand. Passengers have to run towards the bus to board them.I request you to please look into the matter. The number of one of the buses that didn't stop is PB 07 AE 8826.

This complaint is regarding the Punbus
PB 43 M 9306. The passenger was waiting for the confirmation as the conductor told will take the passenger and drop from Ludhiana to khanna. But in the last the conductor misbehaving with the passenger and not allowed him to enter in the bus . And left the passenger in between on the bus stand.

The timing of the bus is in between 9:40 to 9:45 pm.

kindly take the strict action and forward this complaint in the registered department.

I travel from jalandhar to lohian for my job by Punjab roadways via kala sangian route. But the bus is not coming on regular basis from two months. Its been three years i am traveling its the same problem .bus conductor and driver both are very rude also.please help and resolve the issue

I want to make you Aware about the problem of Bus Stop at Private college. I am a student of Saint Kabir Polytechnic College Village jattwali District Fazilka. Our college is about 4 km away from the city fazilka. The conductor and driver refuses to stop the bus at the college bus stand. Although passes are available with the students but they didn't bother about it. Students especially the girls faces too much problems due to this issue . I humbly request the officials to resolve the issue so that students get rid of this problem.

Today so much passenger are suffered due to no information updated on website regarding no availability of buses due to strike and for any other issue.

Its my sugesstion that please update such information priorly.

Bus no. is PB 07 AS 5406 driver just applied brakes to onboard passengers but suddenly he drove it faster, i was just saved from having fatal injuries as i was not able to place my feet on bus and conductor didnt even blow whistle to stop him. Such drivers and conductors must be immediately thrown out from service. Please contact me on +91-[protected] if any further details required or need to be present somewhere because our punjab needs to change.

Today while traveling from Chandigarh to nangal via bus number PB65AT2915, the conductor of the bus (charanjit singh) misbehaved with me & spoke in a very humiliated manner due to the issue of ticket as i was availing free bus ticket & for that purpose i showed my driving licence to the conductor & he refused to issue the free ticket on account of wrong identity proof he argued that the driving licence is not a valid proof for claiming the free ticket but i have been traveling using the same driving licence as identity proof since the scheme has been launched. Apart from that he also threatened me that he'll stop the bus & call the police too & also told me to leave the bus as well. So to avoid wasting time at that time i purchased a ticket.
He humiliated me & misbehaved with me.
I kindly request you to take strict action against him. For your reference i am attaching ticket photo as well

This is to inform you that i used to travel from batala to Amritsar on daily basis for study purpose. The timing lies between 7:15 to 7:30 usually. Today on 10 march, 2020 the punjab roadways bus no. PB3509839 reached batala stop around 7:55 in which people started sitting in huge rush. The reason for the rush was the earlier buses which were gone before hadn't come on their timings. So people were late for their desired destination.
But the issue was the driver of the bus started to talk rudely and roughly and also said that he will not move the bus. He even stopped the bus for 20 minutes on batala bus stand and then took the bus to roadways depo. And told that the bus is not going to Amritsar at all. This resulted in vacation of seats by the people which were came from pathankot and becoming late.
Then he lied that there is some issue in the bus. All this drama made other people late about 1hour for reaching their destination. There were some policemen who were going for their duty, some students like me missed their lectures, a family was also their who was going to Amritsar hospital from pathankot, they suffered a lot.
This is not the last, even after all this driver drove the bus so roughly that everyone were afraid of it.
I request you to take strick actions on drivers misbehave. And punish him as per the existing rules.

Conductor and driver of PUNBUS no. PB 08 CX 6477, at PAP chowk at 1748 appx did not open the door and denied me the permission to board as i had to travel from PAP chowk to Ludhiana.
As there are few roadways buses for ludhiana in this slot of time it was necessary for me to board that bus.
Kindly take up request and hault of buses be assured.

I just got an accident with the punjab roadways bus no. PB06L9563. I was taking u-turn from Verka to go back to my home there and the bus came around the speed of 40-50. While taking turn he disnt see my car and the bus directly strike kn my car. Hopefully we didnt get injured but my car is not in good condition now. Driver was drunk and he barely can talk and driving the bus with full passengers. I am not asking to give me anything but with their negligence they can be harfull for the peoples around so kindly take a strict action against the bus driver and conductor as well.

I'm student of Sardar beant singh state university (formerly known as Beant college of engineering and technology, Gurdaspur) and I'm traveling daily from Pathankot to Bariyar ( one stop before from Gurdaspur )from Pathankot to Bariyar bus stops at bariyar bus stop its ok, but after college not a single bus stops at briyar bus stop, like me most of the students suffer from this situation and next day when we ask the driver, he says we don't have time to stop there.Please help us

I have to complain about conductors of "punbus" .Their bahaviour is very agressive towards ladies. They always make them guilty by saying that you are free travellers as well as making their own rules. They just stop where they want. Whats meaning of that things? I just want to ask if department cut free traveller's ticket from there salaries .

On 23/02/2022 I noticed bus driver of PB02AY7347 coming from Ramdas not stopped for passenger At bus stop and bus driver takes money from private bus driver and Stopped bus at AJANALA BUS STAND. and bus not arrived for Amritsar. Passengers waiting for government bus takes private bus which are overload usually and fares. So kindly check and takes some action.
