He talk so rudely to the passengers. He feels himself the owner of the bus. We pay and avail the benefits provided by government. Such inadequate behaviour will not be tolerated.

I m a student and I am traveling from pathankot to Jalandhr route . I ask for ticket from pathankot to Dav university bus conductor did not give that ticket he told me that bus did not stop there and I am traveling free of cost and he insult me it is so humiliating and he give me the ticket of kishanghar instead of dav university. Behavior of the bus conductors was so rude

Today I was in Jalandhar bus stand. Punjab roadways bus PB-11 0825 Jalandhar to jammu conductor was not allowing any passenger to sit inside. Most of the people stood outside the bus.As me and my friend was also going to jammu. Then he started the bus and went away. We rushed to the bus but he went away.As many ladies also rushed after the bus.

On 23 Sep I was travelling with Punjab Roadways Bus no. 2837 from Dehradun to Chandigarh and Purchase ticket so conductor assigned seat no. 1 to me, driver was not letting to passenger to sit on my adjacent seat, then suddenly after sometime conductor ask me to move bit and sit with me to seat no. 2 and then he started harrasing by touching me, sometime forcefully and then touching his private part. Now I want to get punish that culprit conductor so tell me how can I find that conductor, could you please provide details about that

i am travelling from amritsar to batala for job nd today when i came back i wait atleast 2 hours for punjab roadways bus but there is no bus at bustand and if any buses came from pathankot they do not pickup the passesngers from bustand and went to amritsar from outside the bustand.. i want to complaint like as a women i have a right to travel through roadways buses but they do not allow us and am doing a job so i have to do up and down daily. Plz take some action regarding this.

Punjab roadways dc office not giving notice to colleges for the issue of bus pass in ROPAR city for the graduation students like B.tech, BCA, BBA, BSC etc...they are making bus passes only for the masters students...as we are students our colleges fee is so high..and after that we have to pay our bus fee daily for around 130-150 which is not affordable for a middle class family.
we are waiting for the issue of bus pass from 3-4 months.but till nowthey are not making our Bus pass. kindly take a strict action about the Roadways office of ROPAR CITY especially. other city's roadways office are making bus passes for students but ONLY ROPAR ROADWAYS OFFICE are having some issues .

I am regular traveller from kharar (mohali) to ropar.Punjab roadways bus number PB12T9972 [ Bus route - ISBT43 TO RUPNAGAR ] on 19/9/2022 bus conductor misbehaved and driver is not stoping bus at kharar bus stop even for 10 seconds and conductor is not letting people to step in bus by refusing to stop bus at local bus stops kindly take action against both driver and conductor

I am a student studying at desh bhagat university, mandi gobindgarh. i travel from a village near nabha to the university on daily basis and from some days, recently the prtc bus drivers and conductors are not stopping the buses at desh bhagat university, which they earlier use to do . the reason they are giving is that someone from uni misbehaved with them, due to which they have decided not to stop the bus which is very unfair because there are lot of students and staff which travel on daily basis through the bus.
even after requesting them, they r giving rude replies saying no we will not stop the bus do whatever you want to do.
what purpose then these buses serve if they r not even providing travel to the people of punjab, buses are for convenience of people but here harassement is being faced.
I request you to kindly look into the matter since it has become a serious problem because majority of people travel via prtc bus.
There are many who work on low wages and prtc buses were beneficial for them, but now are getting suffered due to this issue.
they are not even being able to reach the university on time.
I request you to kindly ask the required persons to start the bus service to desh bhagat uni again.

I am a student at Desh bhagat University and i travel on daily basis via bus only, but from some days the bus drivers and conductors are not stopping buses at desh bhagat University, mandi gobindgarh which earlier they use to do . The reason they give is that someone from the university misbehaved with them due to which they have stopped it, which is quite unfair because a lot of staff and students are suffering since bus do not stop there. And since prtc bus sevice is also limited there, we are left with no other choice .
This is harassment we are facing and when we request them they are not even listening, and saying we willl not stop the bus .
I am a girl from poor family and prtc bus service was beneficial for me because punjab govt has announced free travel to women but now I have to travel in private bus and i cant afford the daily expense of bus,
I request you to kindly look into the matter, because what good prtc buses are if they are not even serving the people of punjab.
Kindly intervene and solve this issue, because I feel university stoppage is a must because lot of people rely on bus service only.

I asked bus conductor for a ticket from Samrala to Gharua & told him that I am a student at Chandigarh University. But he gave me the ticket from Samrala to Kharar & charged me extra 15 Rs.

The ticket price from Samrala to Gharua is 45 Rs, and 60 for Samrala to Kharar. As a student every single Rupee matter.

I have mentioned all the details on my ticket & ask you for taking strict action.

This is silky gandhi, resident of kotkapura, wants to sunmit a complaint against the ticket collector for the punbus roadways which leaves from kotkapura to chandigarh at 6:30 am. He is so rude as he doesnot know how to behave with the women passengers..kindly remove him from the service or counsel him to attend the passengers politely..this is strictly needed.. thankyou

I traveled from Hisar to Fatehabad in haryana on[protected] in punjab roadways bus no 1791. And the conductor cut ticket of 55 rs when the ticket price has been reduced to 50 rs from last week. Conductor didn't listen and misbehaved when i complaint and i had to give unfair price for ticket.

Myself Baljit Singh travelling with my wife Jaswinder Kaur daughter Tanu Badhan and son Sartaz Singh Badhan Jalandhar to Mohali phase 6 on punbis patti depot dated 09.09.2022 sharp 15:57:24. Bus conductor misbehaved with us that we are traveling with two women free thats why government unable to pay us salaries. Punjab government have to took advise first from these conductors if women travels thier salaries should released n time. I complaints you take strict action against this conductor so that women passengers should travel with adhar card free faculty otherwise charge fare. Driver mobile number may [protected].

All the punjab roadways bus conductors dont allow kharar bus stand people to sit in their buses as they have to travel to sector-43 chandigarh bus stand. We all the students have to pay higher prices to private buses. What is the benefit of govt. Buses. Please help.

In the morning time about 7am to 7.30am Punbus/Pb roadways buses are not stopping at Hariana.At that time the working people are waiting for the bus.but above said buses came in speed without stopping and even empty buses daily. These buses play at wrong route in Hoshiarpur city also (via old bhangi pul ).The drivers are creating problem to passanger and a big loss to the department too. Private buses pick all the passangers and overload buses run to Hoshiarpur. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.Hope for the best.

This is a incident of 1 sep when we were waiting for bus to Ludhiana in the morning 3:55 am in a stoppage near Gandhi Chowk, Pathankot. One Bus came at 4:10 which was going to Chandigarh, as we were in hurry & to reach early to Ludhiana for my counselling, me & my father decided to go upto dasua, then will change the bus. I stepped in to the bus, by listening that we want to go upto dasua, he said to leave the bus in an absurd way ki 'tu utar ja' & said local nhi Jana .My father said dasua is not local .Driver ran the bus while we were stepping down the bus . My question is that this is the service they are doing? And if the bus is going to Chandigarh, will it not be dropping us down to the stoppage decided by the government .Dasua is a stoppage decided by the govt. When we board for Chandigarh, Ludhiana etc.So why these conductors are showing ridiculous behaviour & misinterpreting, misbehaving with us . conductors & drivers have the duty to serve the passengers & guide them properly in a right way, not by talking absurd way & negotiating the guidelines . Yesterday I came From Patiala to Jalandhar at 8:00 pm . There is one Punjab roadways bus for Amritsar Route. I asked him for Kartarpur . He clearly refused by saying We are going from highway fly overs only direct to Amritsar . I said then stop it on flyover at Kartarpur . He said Once we start the bus then we will not gonna apply brake . This kind of behaviour not tolerated. Suppose A Girl who is looking for bus has no option to go . What she will do? There must be a low To stop the bus on defined Stations. And If conductor or Driver refuse to stop . We must file a court case. Kindly do the needful. So that someone else not gonna suffer for this kind of behaviour. Thank You 🙏
