Hi,
i am writing this complaint while travelling in hvac punbus from jalandhar to Delhi . What they have done is that give option of booking bus on online portal for 2x2 seats . But they have actually put 3x2 seats formation in busses.I have travelled from Delhi to hoshiarpur in punbus on 29 June also and same problem was there.they never informed consumers through any channel and charging as normal charges they had.
kindly get in touch with authorities and get the original service back.
I am mentioning one number i got from conductor , [protected] , this is punbus gm number.
