Batala to Ludhiana bus started from batala at 1.30 pm on 07.05.2022. Driver bought alcohol in Phagwara and started drinking during driving. Risk to life of all the passagers.

Conductor clearly denied saying don't use this bus . He sayed it will not have any stoppage between ludhiana to samrala. He said it exceptionally stops at kohara today also it will stop at kohara then after samrala.
I want to know the stoppages of the busses of punjab roadways between ludhiana to samrala.
The conductor of the bus having number A02172 talked very badly his language was abusive and forced to leave the bus, roadside between red light of 32 sector to jamalpur red light.
However the bus had hardly 10-15 passengers.
The experience is very bad. I think if it were not free for the ladies there would not have any passenger in the bus.
Kindly treat the matter seriously. It's not good symbol to run the punjab roadways profitably.

The conductors of bus are not entertaining women’s properly. They always denied entering to bus to women’s those who are using Adhar card’s travelling for free this thing happens in Chandigarh 43 bus stand daily. Kindly look into this matter otherwise we need to sit on roads for strike.

I'm resident of mandi gobindgarh. many people, workers and students travel daily, But we all face many issues as there is no enter and exit point for buses in city from highway . Many buses often skip city by continuing journey on highway so we've to wait long for buses and especially at evening time there is very less availability of buses. In ludhiana district there is a place called mullapur.it is a permanent bus stop but pepsu bus conductors have stopped picking passage for mullapur.it”s only 10to 12 km far away from ludhiana.when a person try to convince conductor about stopping a bus they tell everyone that we have ong route this is why we are not able to stop at the mullapur bus stand.

Some private buses from Bathinda to Village Sivian are not coming. People have to wait for 2-3 hours for a bus and if any bus comes then it is fully overloaded with passangers. Kindly arrange the private buses to come on this time table and resolve this issue. I will be very thankful to you.

I was on Busstand of mukeria on 11 April, 2022, enquiry counter person is also part of private, he is taking comission from private bus driver for no guide to punbus travel person so the private buses can load there buses.they all are mix.no one is guided to Punbus consumer.one Punbus3702 is came at Bus stand of mukeria for mukeria to talwara, we are just sitted in the bus suddenly conductor came and said, you have to leave this because we got the call for hoshiyarpur.me and my family suffered a lot due to no proper guideness.Very Bad services.system can not change.can call me [protected]

The bus conductor of the PRTC bus misbehaves with me and showing my AADHAR to adjacemt pessangers to match the face. He is repeartingly doing the same. This is to inform you that punjab roadways buses don't stop when they see any woman because of the free travelling service. Due to this the working women suffer alot. Today I waited for the bus in the morning. Two buses passed away from me but didn't stop as I gave the signal to stop them. I suffered alot as I am working and I reached to my destination late. This is not the first time. Many times it happened with me and I am sure that many working women also suffered.
I request to solve this problem as soon as possible. Make sure that the buses stop at the particular stop.

I am not allowed to sit in the bus because tickets are reserved i.e. we have to take tickets before sitting in them and it make so crowd. The bus is traveling from Ludhiana to chandigarh at 5:50 pm at ludhiana ISBT.

This is rajwinder here working at DC office jalandhar. traveling from noormahal to jalandhar daily. With this distance there are many college, school students who has to reach their respective places at the same time span i.e arount 9 o clock, The main problem is that that there are very few buss from nurmahal to jalandhar ie 7.10 and 7.40 . every Saturday Sunday both buses aren't available bcoz both serving at bias.why? nd there is not any alternative provide all passengers (workers, students ) suffering problem. if they have not any alternative then why they allowing buses to go there? this is quite big since I request you to resolve the issue as early as possible.
