I am female citizen. The government had provided privilege of free travel in Punjab. I am daily traveling employee. I have to travel from mahilpur which is main stop of all the buses. But after the government's order for women welfare, roadways drivers change the bus stop instead of stopping on main stop they started stopping anywhere nearby busstop and didn't allow lady passenger to board in bus. So it's a request to look after this problem.

Punbus bus root from Amritsar to batala. It leaves Amritsar at 5:05 pm.They didn't open one window because they didn't want womens get in the bus. Next bus leaving time was at 5:30pm .They also repeated the same thing.

Today on 15th Feb 2022, I boarded a bus from Mullanpur to Ludhiana at 8:05 Am.

Bus details:PB10GX6842
Complaint:
I gave the conductor Rs.50 for ticket, and in return I received only Rs.20 and the conductor said he will give balance Rs.5 later.
After few minutes, when I asked the conductor for my balance Rs.5, then he said "from next time you must keep the change with you."
What is this ?
Whether it is the responsibility of the customer to keep change or the service provider?

I am writing to inform you that Tarn taran depot bus, who travel from Tarn Taran to Delhi daily has left from Goindwal Sahib bus stand at 8.18am. I am daily travellers from goindwal sahib to Jalandhar but due early leaving of Punbus from goindwal bus stand, I missed it and numerous of time this happened. Kindly look into the matter.

I want to complaint about the bus problem.i daily travel to Ludhiana from kot fatuhi tehsil garhshankar district hoshiarpur.i have to go by bus to such a long distance so as to reach school on time.But there is no proper timing for bus, sometime it even not come .we have to face too much problem to reach our work place due to this.
even on evening no roadways came.private bus takes too much time that usually started at 5.40 and we reach kot fatuhi around 7 pm which is too late for a lady.I request you to please take action to resolve this Problem.there are other people too face the same issue.
I hope you will find out the right solution.

I was traveling with my mother from behram to jalandhar. In bus there were also passengers who has tickets of jalandhar but conductor and driver didn't gave us ticket of jalandhar he gave us ticket of phagwara but didn't gave us ticket of jalandhar although bus was going from sbs nagar to jalandhar
And started abusing my mother.

I m female govt employee in health sector. At 2:50 pm daily i travel back to my home from begowal ( akbarpur) on prtc bus . Today 13/01/2022 i wave the hand to stop the bus but they didnt ... My husband help me to catch the bus on jalalpur stop .. When i asked the conductor he was vry rude and answered me that u wave the hand late ... Is this a reason. I want justification plz...

Charging money from a passenger for no reason. She even showed her aadhar card but the conductor behaved very rudely and forced the lady to provide him money for traveling. She too the bus from Jalandhar bus stand at 1 pm on 10 January 2022.
The government should definitely take action regarding such misbehave and should make the traveling more safe for ladies. The behaviour was very aggressive and intolerable.

While travelling from Chandigarh to Delhi on 19th December 21, I kept one of my strollers in the bus trunk and after reaching at the destination I checked the upmost pocket of the stroller, an item worth ₹900 was not there. Due to some personal reasons I was not able to raise this complaint earlier.

I caught the Punbus from pathankot to Jalandhar.I had to get down Damtal On the way.But the bus conductor refused to drop me.Rather I always get down at that place from punbus but today the bus conductor refused to stop bus there.Whereas they pick up passengers from that stop but refuses to dropped.

My name is Gurdeep Singh. I live in Fatehgarh Sahib. On 21/12/2021 I took a bus at 8:30 am from Kotla bajwara which was going from Sirhind to Chandigarh in which there was a conductor named Rajbeer Singh, I asked for a ticket from Kotla to landran to him, but he cut the ticked from Sirhind to landran. So I objected to him for the same. But he behaved very rudely and abused me. I often travel in this and I am not the only one facing this. He abuses and bullies everyone. please take strict action against him Gurdeep Singh[protected]

Hi sir I want to raise a complaint about your luggage carrying capacity of bus I want to suggest the government of pnjab and the minister of public transport that you should allow the passengers to carry at least 20 to 30 kg of luggage with them when they are traveling by a long route bus you shouldn't take tickets for the luggage as per old rules one person can carry two to three bags with then and you are not allowing even a single bag with a passengers. I want to complaint about your this rules it's not a appropriate manner to treat your customers like this

Today (04/12/2021) travelled from kharrar to jalandhar in bus no: 514 faced inconvenience and rude behavior of conductor. As women passenger i showed driving license as proof of punjab resident. But he refused to consider it valid and argue. Then he asked me to leave bus on upcoming stop. Every Weekend I used to travel with same resident proof and avial the benefit of scheme.
Later I asked him to take money and give me ticket.. Its very inappropriate behavior and also humiliating to ask any passenger to leave bus.
Please take some action and warn the conductor for the same.

Today i travelled around 8:30am from chandigarh to Amritsar by punbus, i asked conductor to stop my destination but its conductor behaviour was so rude and he has no sense to talk…
Please give some good training to the conductor that how to behave with passengers.

I am a student of Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology, Katani Kalan. I daily travel from Samrala Chowk to Katani Kalan by Punbus/Punjab Roadways buses.
Mostly they don't stop buses at Katani Kalan despite of being Katani Kalan a major stop on this route.
If some of the buses stop they don't let us to board the bus, some times the conductors behave rudely.

Due to which we get late for the college almost daily. In the evening, the condition becomes even worst . We have to wait about 1 to 2 hours on average in the evening.

Same problem is being faced by other students of college also.

We request the concerned authorities to take suitable action against the bus drivers and conductors.
