Today on 15th Feb 2022, I boarded a bus from Mullanpur to Ludhiana at 8:05 Am.

Complaint:
I gave the conductor Rs.50 for ticket, and in return I received only Rs.20 and the conductor said he will give balance Rs.5 later.
After few minutes, when I asked the conductor for my balance Rs.5, then he said "from next time you must keep the change with you."
What is this ?
Whether it is the responsibility of the customer to keep change or the service provider?

Please give some good training to the conductor that how to behave with passengers.
