Respected Sir/Madam

I daily travel by bus between my work place and home. As per Govt. decision charges of bus fair for ladies have been relaxed on producing Aadhar Card to conductors of Punjab roadways buses.

It is an apperciated decision of Govt. to facilitate the upliftment of women.

Unfortunately, now it doesn't seem to be implemented properly. Since last 2 or 3 months, I noticed buses don't stop when they see that the passenger is female. (Specially Kharar bus stand for buses going to Chandigarh). They make the day so hectic when we have to rush after the buses and for a lady it is really difficult.

So It is requested that this matter may kindly be looked into to facilitate boarding into buses of women.

We look forward for your cooperation .

    My Name is Ankush and i am resident of amritsar. Due to my work i travel daily in punjab roadways buses. I appreciate the service given by govt. Of Punjab as it is a great step to economically uplift the women of punjab. But some conductors of punjab roadways buses think that women must not takr advantage to this service and even think that they are entitled to misbehave with women and harrass them . It is nothing but a misogynistic attitude towards women. Today me and my friends who also travel daily from amritsar to gurdaspur faced misbehave and harrassment by the conductor of bus no. PB06 K 9505 . He misinformed us about the departure of bus then deliberatly prohibited us from boarding the bus and misbehaved us. This was a very harrassing incidence for us . As an informed and awared woman of punjab i request the authorities and CMO to look into the matter and make sure such incidents do not happen as we women already face many difficulties when we step out of the home for work such as teasing and inappropriate comments and uncomfortable stares. Such conductors are just putting an extra cherry on the cake instead of making the situation safe for us. This incident took place at gurdaspur bus station on 22 nov. 2021 day monday. The timing of the bus was somewhere between 2: 45 pm and 3 pm .

      I was travel prtc bus and driver use a mobile phone and his behavior for the passengers was bad, and also he is drunk .

      Please I hope administrative dept get strick action for them

          I sat in the bus which was going to delhi from amritsar . I took it from amritsar after asking to the conductor that he would relieved me at samrala chownk ludhiana and at that time he said okay but after reaching Jalandhar bus stand he noticed that there were more passengers of delhi so he back down and said that the bus would not go to the samrala chownk and he releived all at Jalandhar bypass and further more when i said to him to give my money back and charge for only from amritsar to Jalandhar then he refused to pay back . In this way, i faced alot problems on that day . I request you to take a strict action towards this so that passengers will not suffer with this in future .

            Sir i am travelling to delhi from mandi Gobindgarh trough bsu no. PB04AA7371
            10 am. The bus conductor was assure me about the seat that he will provide from Ambala. But now he not provide the seat and insult me in bus. I attached the ticket. Punbus reputation destroy by these people. Kindly take the action as soon as possible.

              Bus conductor did not told bus driver to stop the bus at nanaksar. Due to them I have to face trouble they drop me on the fly over not at the bus stop which I not convenient for me . Bus no is 5461
              CTC40, D: D159 . So I request you take some action against them because he also do the same to others. Please reply us as soon as possible.

I have asked for giving a ticket for a place conducter denied by saying that " ye Punjab roadways h ye nhi rukti h aese" I said this is a public transport you can not deny but conducter kept on saying " ki aap yaha ka ticket katwa lo vaha ka ticket katwa lo.. my question is that public transport public transport hi hota h aap aese mana nhi kr skte please take action against conductor and driver

                    Today 27.10.2021 I am traveling with my family members in Dalhousie to chandigarh bus no is PB 07 85354. We took the bus from tunuhatti bus stand at 8.15 and drop the bus in symbol chowk. While dropping the bus then bus driver is behaving very rude and misbehave. He told us to moving fast but we have many luggage and one child also. So kindly learn to driver how to behave with customers.

                      The Bus Ticket Conductor Of Punjab Roadways does not know that how to treat with passangers. They also use abusive language towards female passanger as well as to children. The Bus Conductor of Prtc Bus no. (PB. 10 FF 5921). The Bus Conductor Should Have To Give Punishment So that he Did Not repeat This again.🙏🙏🙏🙏

                          I had cancelled the tickets booked on punbus having PNR NO.[protected] and TICKET NO. [protected] on[protected]. I waited but couldn't receive any message from them and money was not refunded to my account.
                          [protected]@okhdfcbank is the UPI id from where money is transferred. Please refund the money as soon as possible.

                            Very few buses stopped at kartarpur bus stop during 1700 hrs to 1830 hrs daily and majority of buses go from flyover kartarpur to Amritsar. pessangers are bound to travel by private buses. plz look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              میں ایک بوڑھا کشمیری آدمی ہوں۔ میرا پوتا میرے لیے یہ لکھ رہا ہے ، میں دوپہر 3 بجے ننگل سے بس نمبر PB12L6408 سے نیچے گر گیا۔ بس سے اترتے وقت۔ ہم کپڑے بیچنے کے لیے پنجاب جاتے ہیں کیونکہ یہ ہمارا خاندانی کاروبار ہے۔ اس بار بدقسمتی سے میں بس اور ڈرائیور سے گر گیا جس کے بارے میں مجھے یقین ہے کہ وہ سکھ تھا اور ایک ہندو کنڈکٹر نے میرا مذاق اڑانا شروع کر دیا۔ اللہ ان کو صحیح ذہن دے۔

                                Bus No. PB12L6408 mai te meri family nangal dam to bus chade dupehre 3 vaje. Is bus da driver (sardaar ji ) pahadi te chalaande samay bus nu ik hath vich phone fadya. Te isne sanu maarna c. Bhenchod 2 ya 3 jgah saamnyo andiya gaddiya waleya ne break layi ta bach gaye. Nai ta shayad eh complaint hun uppar baithke likhni paindi.                                   Bus was boarded from Nangal Dam (PB12L6408) at 3:00 PM on 13/10/21. The turban wearer driver was cussing at passer-bys . He was driving rash and he was shouting at the passengers. He was talking on the phone while driving in the hilly area that almost led to an accident. I hope he dies in one.
