My wife was travelling via bus from Ludhiana to Jalandhar. This is her daily schedule due to her job profile . Today when she provided her Aadhar card to Conductor, he asked her, how he can believe is she is married in Punjab or not. Conductor's behavior was also very rude. She travels from Ludhiana (which is in Punjab) to Jalandhar which also belongs to Punjab . Then why is asking proof to show state identity.

If Government has given facility, then who are these people who make their own rules and spoils others life and mood.

We were travelling to amritsar and on a way near jalandhar bus having no. PB 08 CX 5879 was beyond us with few km distance. He took very bad cut from right side to left side without giving any indicator or hand. Our car were just going to hit it. We must had met big accident because of him. There was not even any bus stop, it happened all to carry passengers. I hope strict action will be taken against bus driver.

We are working women last 20 years traveling in buses but now free travel for women by punjab govt. Bus staff not stop bus on stop and laughing on women. we are late on duty. Sir we read for pay but every bus stop on bus stand and respect women. Who person responsible for it then sespend on the duty, specially for chunkiman to Ludhiana and Ludhiana to chunkiman

I am travelling to jalandhar from hoshiarpur. I took bus from hoshiarpur today morning around 6. The bus conductor told me to show adhar card. I was showing him adhar card on my phone. He refused to accept it on phone. And charged us money for ticket from my mother and sister. I want to ask if e-adhar card is not valid in this scheme. If it is valid, I want to make this complaint and give our money back.

Address: Jalandhar bus stand, Punjab

The bus conductor didn't allow me to enter in the bus and he behaved badly. When I asked the reason, he told me that the bus limit is 25 passengers. But the bus was already full of 30+ passengers. I told him to either take me in or Empty the bus to 25 passengers only. But he started behaving bad. I have included the bus video within this complaint. The bus number is PB-07 BQ5437. Most of the bus conductors behave wrong with bus pass holders.

Sir/mam i m a working girl...i stand at dholewal chownk from last 40 minutes 6-8 punajb roadways and prtc buses have passed but ...even on giving signal of stopping to them...no one can't stop...and after 40 mins one stopped when my father stand in middle stilll the bus don't stop on side ...bus stopped in middle ...i manage to reach the bus anyway...i put only one foot and bus started moving...anyhow j managage again...jst telll me...i[censored]nfortunately something happens...to me...who is responsible...why buses can't stopped at dholewal chownk or partap chownk?...even on complaining to drivers and conductors ...they satrted arguing...do harrasennet...take strict actions against irresponsible staaffff...for ladies they can't stop ...take strict measures

Bus number PB46H9739 and route from Kapurthala to Tarn Taran. The bus conductor is cutting the tickets of many women for money. If anyone asks him, he talks extra to the riders / women. Every day he forcibly cuts women's tickets in the same way and every day he talks extra to women. Please transfer this conductor from this bus.

I am Kirty, the daily passenger of Punjab Roadways from Behram to Jalandhar. Here I am writing to inform you that since travel costs are free for women the punjab roadways bus drivers are not stopping the bus at the stop to pick up the passengers. There is now a big issue: no one bus has stopped at the station to have passengers. Many buses go in front o[censored]s even though some of the drivers only pick male passengers. We girls are facing these problems. Please It is my humble request to you that please get this into and solve my issue as soon as possible.

Today i took punjab roadways bus from ludhiana bus terminal which was going to delhi isbt and i asked the conductor to issue 2 tickets for delhi isbt and he gave me the ticket for 2 persons combined in one which costed me around Rs 710 and then while heading towards delhi they suddenly stopped the bus at bhalgarh and he said we have 2 buses but only 1 goes to delhi at a time and he said there's other bus coming behind us which will go to...

I bought a ticket to Damtal HP from Mukerian Punjab from ticket collector on 3.2.2020 via bus no.PB 08 ED 0791 ticket no. 00020867. The ticket officer has charged me amounting to rs.75 for said journey. However when i board the bus, the conducter inside the bus has collected rs.50 for same journey from pessenger next to me. When i asked him the reason, he has nothing to say about it. Kindly look at this, how can punjab roadways bus charged different amount ticket for same boarding and destination.

Myself gurjant singh working as officer in punjab national bank.. i was on bus stand at 6pm on 17.11.20 for jalandhar to doraha.. there was a bus whoes sechduled time for departure from jalandhar is 6:35.i asked from conductor to drop me at doraha.. he told me that wait till departure.. i wait for 45 minutes at the end of moment means departure at 6:45 he asked me that bus will not stopped at doraha.. they allowed passengers for delhi.. then waht about other passangers and is bus only for jalandhar to delhi.. no other stop.. this is the totally monopoly of bus driver and conductor..please solve this issue lo

Respected sir, these Punjab roadway buses are not carrying the short travelling passengers and even they never stop on stops. This is Sahnewal kohara route from Ludhiana even they didn't provide the tickets for short journey. Already very few buses going on this route. And maximum passengers who have to travel 15/20 km daily but these buses not stop for them. If passengers are sitting from bus stand and Samrala Chowk then that's fine otherwise these buses never stops. Attitude of conductors is not good. From 2010 to till now there is no change in their behaviour and attitude Rude Behaviours of Punjab Roadways Conductors. Sir, please do something for us. Without passengers no need of government buses and private buses. Thank you.
