Hi I am advocate Ravneet, I am traveling with pun bus Chandigarh to Amritsar . The driver nd conductor behaviour is very rude they misbehave me in front of passanger of every bus due to my bag, nd they are also not allow to sit me on second set because they said there is some special person sit

I had to travel from sirsa to ludhiana on 08/10/21. I asked at the ticket counter they said punbus no PB10DA5743 will depart in 15 minutes and gave a ticket on 07:53 while the actual time of departure was 8:35. When after 20 minutes i asked why the bus was not departing they said "jyada kahli ta duji bus laila" and again gave me false information that this ticket would be valid in new bus but it was not valid i again had to buy a new ticket. So it cost me double the money and wastage of my time and mentally harassed me. I hope strict action will be taken and compensation will be paid. I m attaching ticket and pic of bus no

I'm students of DAV College chandigarh sector 10, I'm applying for students pass
But the said I'm not applicable for students pass . And I have to form general bus pass from Ropar to chandigarh . My parents can't pay 2100 amount on monthly basis .

I request you to please pay attention to this topic there are lots of students who daily going from Ropar to chandigarh .

My mom was travelling from chandigarh to bilaspur conductor took money didn't given ticket on been asking why hes making excuses and then refusing.

today i travel from frz to asr on the govt bus bus : 9819 c: pc262 d:dp69 i show the addrhar card of my wife and my daughter to the bus conductor bus he says i am not accept the addhar card in mobile show me your addhar card hard copy plz tell me in which law is written you not carry your paper in phone as a soft copy due to affrd of lose the document and he insulting me in the full bus plz take the stickely action on the bus conductor and refund me the payment of these tickets

I want to inform you that many of the punjab roadways buses leave the bus stand of khamano and take flyover .
I want to ask why this is so ? On this bus stand people from many villages come to seek the facility but theae drivers do not care . They just leave the people and hemce we often get late from worl places . Bus number PB10 BY 6189 is one of then amd when we asked why they do so they just yell at us .
I hope you will see this complaint and woek upon it .

Today I traveled from Nangal to Hoshiarpur.I had digital aadhar card in my mobile.But the conductor refused to accept him. and charge me ticket money.What is the use of Digital India if digital proof is not to be accepted?
And on the bus I feel ashamed

There is a very poor bus service from nakodar to ludhiana especially in the evening time. Roadways bus whose time is generally 5:20 mostly miss. We have to wait for 40-45 mintues to get a bus. Please do the regular bus service in the evening time(5:20).

KUMAR traveling from beast Batala bypass to batala dt 02.09.21 at 15.00 hr bus no PB06AT2859 Bus will fully with passengers but some seats are vacant due to driver or contractor will carry his Owen articles on those seats. I argue then he drop me at road flew km after that I take lift and go another stop and take new bus.
I am requesting kindly take action this kind of driver's or contractors.

Requested sir, from jalandhar to Mukerian at 2:20PM or 2:30 PM Punjab Roadways bus conductor didn't let passenger to board the bus and told the passenger to take on private bus even in morning at 7:38 am bus conductor refused that bus is going to jalandhar. I am not sure Nawanshahr written on front of bus, stop on jalandhar Bus stand or not but bus conductor told me NOT

I am writing to inform you of the completely inappropriate behavior of on your bus Conductor or drivers. I was not able to obtain his name, but I believe he will be easily identifiable from the following information Driver ID-CTD 129 and Conductor Id-PC121 bus No 8646

On the morning of thusday, august 19th, I have ridden this bus from bus stand patiala @9:10 am to Mohali every day for years, so I am well acquainted with your bus driver,

Firstly i have complain that The bus driver did not stop any bus stop in the route of patiala to mohali I notified several times to him that he had missed stop, and he proceeded to yell at me. Even though I repeatedly asked him to stop the bus, he continued to drive, finally stopping the bus at the next stop .

Secondly yesterday the conductor has misbehave with. The lady, he rudely abusing the lady and when i told him not to talk like this he again shouting on me and the lady his bad behavior was unacceptable, and that you will take appropriate steps to punish him I would appreciate if the driver and conductor both will be punish and not this will happen again

Sir i have complaint about the staff of the PUNBUS number PB10FV4003.
Today i went Sidhwan Bet main chowk to see off my mother, sister and her kids. Her kids ask me for water and i took them with me to give them water from the shop outside the road. when they drink water then the bus (PB10FV4003) was come at 11.59am. my sister told to the conducter that my kids are coming please wait for few seconds but conducter denied it. when bus was started running at that time i reached there and my sister ask again to conducter to stop the bus but he didnot stop. then i follow the bus on bike caring all to he next stop which is Abbupura. when i reached there at 12.04 pm then the driver runs the bus immidaitly even also conducter see that we are reached there before bus leaving. but he can't wait and the gone. after that i catch them in malsiha bajan 12.10pm . when i ask the question to the driver for hurry then he misbehave with me. i have full prof of all this incidence. i request to you that please give the suitable lession to the all staff of the bus. (Note - the time of first two stops are the idea, but the time of Malsiha bajan 12.10pm is exact canfirm time)

Sidhwan bet to ludhiana bus service stopped for no reason n intimation daily passngers waiting but bus not arriving why service stopped its total inconvenient to daily passengers i have to keep on waiting fr 2hours faily

I am a law student and I was standing on the khanna bus stand from 8:20 am to 9:00 am and from there so many busses passed but not even a single bus stopped there and those buses were not even half filled.
Everyday so many ladies have to suffer the same situation . And the behaviour of the conductors towards the ladies is very poor.
I dont understand that what mistake we have committed. As providing free services of buses in PRTC was the decision of the Punjab Government only . We women's didn't forced them to do so. If you are providing the benefit so it must be fulfilled in a proper way. This purpose should be implemented in a proper way .

The bus conductor doesn't accept adhaar card and forcibly asking for although its free for women/girls. These are useless fellows you hire. Why don't you have some requirements.

They do not stop bus at bus stand . I m student, i m vry irritate when i miss my class .I stand there about minimum 1 hour at bus stand daily as well as too much passengers same as me . Please solve my probem as soon as possible
