We have booked two seats in punbus hoshiarpur depot time 9:55am 04/03/2019 as per given attachment. When we call inquiry team for asking bus route, his behaviour was too rude with us (He said "mai thuada theka leya hai"). We missed bus because of not exact gudiance given by him. For this inconvenience our 1190rs amount is totally waste.. Hopefully this complaint must be registered. We will be waiting for ur action..

I am frequent traveller of punbus volvo from delhi to chandigarh.
I would like to share a very bad incident i had with punbus. I boareded punbus from delhi to chandigarh 02-03-19 // 1525 departure. He made 05 minutes halt at karnal oasis and after that he was shouting on passengers to board quickly in a very rude manner as if they are cattles.
I hope some action will be taken against such annoying employees

I had booked a bus from delhi to jalandhar on 30th nov 2018. Journey date was, 2nd of dec 2018. My mticket no is 1946403 and pnr no. Is[protected].

But the bus trip canceled on 2nd dec. I got the message just before the bus scheduled time that bus have been cnacelled and full refund process have been initiated. I took the next volvo for the same.

But i have not recieved the refund amount till now. Let me know the status till when i will get my refund amount.

Conductor and bus driver of bus no. Pb 10 gx 6854 from chandigarh to shimla are misbehaving with passengers and not allowing passengers to sit enroute even till solan. It seems as if it is their private carrier and not the government one spoling the name of punjab government. Kindly provide adequate public relations savings to them and take appropriate actions against them, so that passengers donot suffer and in future they donot do such conduct of misbehaviour.

While booking ticket i selected ludhiana bus depot, when i boarded in bus i came to know that dropping is at sherpur chowk. Like i was shocked. It's really disappointed that punbus misguide the passenger while booking online but reality is different.

My money was deducted from my paytm account linked with [protected] but no ticket was issued. This is really inconvenient. I tried calling their helpline but couldnt connect to them.
Really poor support and i am really disappointed.
I had to leave the next morning and now my money is stuck, not every customer has extra money to book another ticket. Hated the experience, atleast a support team should be available.

I am varun sood travelling from chandigarh to Delhi on punbus. I recently reached oasis fast food karnal. But when i reached the outlets. They are obly selling imported stuff and whatever they are selling indian. They are selling above Maximum retail price. Please take some action as these people are looting common person and causing discomfort to the travellers.

I'm a student of engineering and I daily travel from Kartarpur to Jalandhar and vice versa. Today[protected], When I was coming to Kartarpur, I was inside the bus for about 15 minutes and very close to my destination (Kartarpur), But after checking my pass he said Kartarpur nhi rukni bus. And then he stop the Bus almost 2 Km away from Kartarpur.
So it is very shameful, Specially their attitude towards the passengers.
It is like they are the owner of PUNBUS.
The route of bus is from Jalandhar to Batala. no. is I think 8247.
I request you to please take some strict actions against it.

My name is manoj last day i visit abohar (Punjab) to hanumangarh (Rajasthan) date[protected] time 7 pm in punjab roadways bus. Bus number is pb 30 g9811. Bus conductor can’t stop on my bus stop. When i say plz stop this is my bus stop he say “ bus tan pehla hi wali let hai hun tu utrega tan hor let hoju “ when other people say then he stoppes on 5 km on dholipal village. When i said i complaint u then he say “ sada kuj nahi ho skda ki karlega tu” sir mai punjab or punjabiyo ki respect krta hu par conductor ka asa behavior dekhke nafrat ho gayi hai punjab roadways se. Rat ke 7 bje mai 5 km pedal apne ghar aaya hu.

As everyday i was at bus stand to travel to my destination. I was at counter of pathankot/jammu where bus no pb08ec1631 was at the counter and conductor was issuing tickets to passengers. I asked ticket for tanda which is on the way to pathankot but mr conductor refuses me to issue the ticket and said that i will only issue tickets for pathankot anf jammu and you cant sit in thr bus and argues with me and starting uttering very bad words to me. I humbly again requested him to issue ticket for tanda as its govt bus and everyone have right to travel by this bus to destination... Again he refuses to do so.
Then i approach enquiry office which was just nearby to the counter but they were also not able to help me and conductor took the bus leaving me at bus stand..
This resulted in mental harassment to me and i was too late for my destination soni took kartar bus to tanda to reach there..
Kindly look into the matter take prompt action against the concerned..

To moga... conductor was bit rude and unspeakable..
I paid him 100 rs and he give me a status report of his work/journey print instead of
A genuine bus ticket..
I asked him twice but he laughed and never come back to me with ticket .. even the driver is using his mobile phone with one hand and driving the bus with single hand totally not safe at alll
The conductor still owns me 5rs and rs 95 to the government on Punjab .
I am a NRI visiting Indian religious places

He is saying that have authority u cant sit on these seat or i[censored] want to sit go back otherwise u go down i dont want to travel with u i dont knw name of conductor. Here i am attached ticket which he gave but return back i am traveling jalandhar to amritsar

Today i experienced a very stupid thing with punjab roadways bus...
I was travelling from jalandhar to phagwara in bus no. Pb10gx5375

As a student and a pass holder of punbus, we have permission to travel in punbus..

And punbus started their new buses white in colour...
And today as me and some other students were just entered in the bus
And the conductor just stopped us by saying that punbus paas is only allowed in old buses... And they dont even talked rude with us but also said to get out of the bus
...
So i want you to take strict actions for such corrupted and stupid government workers..

I want a daily passenger who travels daily from chandigarh to ludhiana and back to chandigarh the same day.
I travel in almost all public transport.
My problem is the buses stop on dhaba (Earlier balbir dhaba for 5-10 minutea and now on mittran da dhaba for 15-20 minutes), but why these stops are stoped???
Unnecesarily there is delay.. Kindly accept my complaint and do the needful act.

On 3 Aug 2018 i was travelling from Jalandhar to Amritsar. I requestes the conductor to let me get down prior to Tara wala pul. Ut he refused since there is no bus stand there. I requested him again since my wife was waiting there to pick me up. On this conductor became aggressive ans used abisive languge. However the driver stopped the bus and let me get down but i was stunned by the behaviour of the conductor. I am serving in BSF and presently posted in Jammu. I never expected that kind of behaviour from the bus conductor when i am being polite to him and requesting him for help... sir i therefore request that please enquire into the matter at your own leavel and please take strict action against the conductor ... i don't remember the details of the bus but i am attaching the picture of the ticked i travelled on..

We bought two tickekt of volvo from isbt kashmiri gate new delhi to sirhind. Conductor asked 10rs for loading luggage. When bus arrived sirhind at 11:50 pm. We request for stopping bus. Driver is very gentle he stopped but conductor absued me and my friend and not opened the door of bus.
He shouted and said bus would be stopped 1-2km apart from sirhind for inconvening ours. Because he know their is no auto facilities from this place.

I booked ticket on 15 july at 12:30pm from amritsar to chandigarh. But today at beas bus faced engine failure due to which i was not able to reach chandigarh today and faced lot of issues. So it’s a request to please refund my money at my account. I will be highly thankful to you.

Pb08cx5856. Complain against misbehaving by conductor of this bus in delhi at 11.50 pm 30.06.2018. I was first in window although he told me that he will not give me ticket. He will give the tickets only to jalandhar passenger. He told this is my bus i will give tickets whom i want. We create some objections then he started misbehaving with us. Please take action against conductor. I asked his name but either he does not told and he does not have name batch too.

Pb 12y 1627 bus starting from chandigarh at 11:40 am saturday 30th june 2018.

We were waiting in a proper queue for getting our tickets for almost an hour. The conductor started giving tickets.

When there was my turn to get ticket the conductor bluntly refused to give me ticket and misbehaved with me as well. I was not asking for any short fare tickets my destination was 180 kms for two people (840 rs) from chandigarh but he ignored me and one more passenger. And started calling out for jammu only.

If that is the case why you simple say that this bus will have only jammu passengers or why do you ask us to be in line. Because that was my turn to get ticket which that stupid conductor refused.

Please take appropriate action for this mis behaviour and refusal of service.
