Sir, this is to bring into your notice that today i. e 27.12.2017 when I was travelling by your bus no. PB08CX9056 around 6.00 pm From Dharampur, H. P., I asked the conductor to provide me ticket of Chambaghat, because my destination was Police line which is about 1km before Chambaghat and in his machine after solan bustand station was Chambaghat only. At that time, he took the money but the ticket was not provided by him to me. Thereafter when I asked him to stop the bus at Police line, he said bus will not stop here. Now it will stop only at the next station i.e Chambaghat. He did not cooperate, he misbehaved and said that being local I am threatening him to stop the bus there. Then I said if bus will not stop here, then why didn't you gave the ticket to me?? But he misbehaved and on again and again asking for the ticket he provided me ticket from solan to kandaghat saying that " ticket ka kya h, ticket toh mai Bna ho dunga 25 Rupees kA" which was not acceptable at all, when my genuine ticket should be from Dharampur to Police Line or Chambaghat. If he was so adamant regarding the bus stops then why he didn't provided me the ticket correctly when I boarded the bus. This kind of behaviour is not tolerable Sir. I think buses are the means to transport to help people and to make their life easy. But the kind of feeling I got from your bus service was just ridiculous. It was late in the evening around 6.45 pm when I got down from your bus at Chambaghat and being a single lady I had to travel back 1 km by foot too my destination. This kind of services nowadays your conductors are providing to passengers. They are just troubling passengers. I don't think that for troubling passengers you are there. Such type of incidents just downgrade the image of your organisation. Kindly look into the issue and necessary action should be taken against the conductor.

I have taken punjab roadways mercedes bus from jalandhar for chandigarh, on 15/12/2017 at 06:30 pm. At the time of buying ticket i have informed him my dropping point i. E. Sunny enclave, he said yes we will drop you there. When we reached kharar it is almost 09:00 pm. He force me to leave the bus there only i said its 3 to 4km from here and its so late kindly drop me at sunny enclave as all the busses stop there, he didn't said anything and start driving the bus when i was near by i take my bag and stand near door, when we arrived to sunny enclave he told him 10 times to stop the bus but he didn't. Everyone in the bus is watching the same. He said he will not, when i started shouting on him he started misbehaving and situation become worst. After long fight he stop the bus on highway and forced me to leave the bus right away or else he will take me till last stoppage. Kindly punish that driver.

This is to inform you that i was travelling from chandigarh to amritsar on 30/11/2017. The timing of bus was 2:00 pm from isbt sector 43 chandigarh.
The bus (Pb29 h 9880) which i was going to board was facing me from back side. So i asked the conductor if it will go to jalandhar to which he replied yes but the bus in actual was going to moga.
Later the conductor who was cutting tickets was replaced with a new one.
The accused was wearing a turban.
The latter was having a hair cut.
Sir please take stern action against him so that trust in roadways could be kept.

Sir, dis is the incident of 07-nov-2017 evening time. Conductor hawks for ahmedgarh station bt the drvr nd cndctr stopped bs @ dehlon stand. Nd asked us to occupied the other bus which was reached dehlon after some time. The drvr jump frm the bus nd not seen any where lyk a invisible man. There is olso a girl passenger, the time of night. But conductor haras me when i put him a ques. That y he hawk for ahmedgarh if the bus is not going to that place. He said, "krla jo krna na behnda bus wich". Every monday conductor misbehave with students who have student passes and conductor gave clearly instructions to the driver not to stop bus at respective stops.
On monday following busses were not stopped or not picked up the students who have student passes:-
1.) pb-05v-9449
2.) pb-30r-2534
3.) pb-30r-0296
In between 8 a. M to 9:15 a. M at jamalpur and veer palace.
Daily we missed our classes due to their misbehaviour.
So kindly take strict action against them and stop this.

It is ver same full that how a public servent not giveing ticke after any requests. And use abouse language that i didn't care any one go and complain anywhere. I don't give ticket to u. It is the insident of friday 27/10/17 bus no is 12 149. After requests of other passengers also but these person not give me tickets. He harass me so much. It is first time bad experience with punjab roadways. I want to take corrective action on such person
And dismissed from job. So punjab roadways not loose business from such type person. His no is 149

Sir i had started my journey from chandigarh. I had taken the ticket from chandigarh to jalandhar, but before starting my journey i asked conductor that they will drop me at lovely professional university. At that time conductor said yes, but when i reached lpu, phagwara they did not stop there. I requested driver also but he denied. He told me rudely that we will drop you at ramamandi. The behaviour of driver was so disgusting at that time. The distance between lpu and ramamandi is nearly 10 km and it was the night time. So sir here i am saying that they should drop me at lpu but they didn't. They dropped me at ramamandi. Due to this sir, i spent 300 rupees i went back in an auto from ramamandi to lpu. This scenario with me was a wastage of money with time. So, here i am requesting the authority to take strict action against these drivers and conductor. Bus no. 5461 mac id 89390715

Sir i everyday go to college in punjab roadway bus. I have bus pass punjab roadway bus which i attach. Today i return to home i sit punjab roadway bus then i show my bus pass they are refused to accept my bus pass without any reason then i refused to gave him money for ticket and tell him i complain you then they told ""ja kr de apa ni darde"" and telling me for money 💰 i sit from dinanagar and go pathankot. He cut me ticket kanwa to pathankot.

I am from village mamdot, distt ferozepur, punjab (152023). Here in this complaint i am talking about village bus service of roadways and also talk about their behaviour..

So i am a employee and i goes daily to my work from my village mamdot to ferozepur at 8:05 am by punjab roadways bus/punbus but from past few days punjab roadways bus driver and conductor are not coming due to which many employees like me, school student and also college student face the problem to reach their offices, schools and colleges, hence result is that all people get late from their work. Specially it is very difficult for student when they has their exam etc. Also if i talk about the behaviour of bus driver and conductor then they don't speak politely and also they are not punctual on the time, some time they take the bus for 15 min before the actual time and some time they take bus 15min late. It is very difficult whether we have to come on the time on bus stop or come late. So on the behalf of all the employees, students i am requesting to you to solve this problem, so the bus driver and conductor should be on their time and also warned them to not misuse the job of government. I think you will understand the problem of our people and also understand how to secure the future of our students.

I booked Tickets From Chandigarh To Delhi on 16-Jun-2017 for 3 passengers for Which I Paid Rs. 1767. (PNR-PNR:[protected] Booked at 12.30 Pm.
But due to sudden Change In plan I Cancelled the ticket after 1 hour(Time of Cancellation - 1.30 Pm) & as per their policy for Cancellation made before 4-8 Hours before the Journey Time, Only 20rs per ticket to be deducted.
But I Had not received any refund from them.
I mailed so many times to them but there was no response at all.

Hello sir... We all know that government providing us a great facilities and we are thankful for that but i m not satisfied with the people working under the government in a roadways buses. They people always treat badly with those having the bus passes... Why?? Are they have any right to behave like this?
This is really a non - tolerate thing. Even today a conductor fought with a girl having a bus pass and he even
Said her to get out the bus.. Why?

Please note i have picked a pun bus no pb 06v 7029 from isbt kashmiri gate, new delhi at 4.40pm on 9.07.2017 (Sunday) for karnal.

When i gave amt rs 115/- as a fair for karnal, conductor refused to give the ticket and said that we can't pick the local passanger for karnal and forced me to get down from the bus. although 15 to 20% seats were empty.

I have requested him to give ticket for many times but he has refused it.

At the by pass after huge arguing he threw my bag out side the bus. During this episode conductor behavior was not tolerable. He was coming on abuse terms.

Here i want to highlight that i am availing your pun bus service on regular basis. i known that every bus will drop at karnal under the fly over. That's why i was requesting with conductor to pick me. But he was not in position to listen me. So i didn't have any option to get down from the bus. Such type of employee damaged the image of pun bus roadways.

My request is that concern authority should take necessary action against conductor who is playing with emotions of public.

Hi team,

I and my brother traveled in bus from delhi to ludhiana on date 17/07/2017 in bus number pb02bu9754, but before 10 min way to ambala cantt station, they stop there bus on a private dhaba where do their free dinner as a fix commission on that dhaba instead of, to stop their bus on that place and the dhaba owner charged unwanted charges for their serving meals and both the driver & well known about that issue, so i have requested to you to take the needful action regards on both dhaba owner, bus conductor & driver because it's not only my personal issue but also about the whole passengers who traveled in punjab roadways buses on daily basis.

In morning on nabha road, this bus numbered pb11bk6259 was driven rashly and was about to hit my car from rearside. I asked driver to drive smoothly but the conductor started arguing and spoke in abusive language. I tried to inquire about the name of driver and conductor they refused to convey the same and told me to do what ever i could. Therefore it's my humble request to please check these kind of rash drivers as there are already increase in accidents by buses they can't drive in the manner i saw it in morning.

With due respect i beg to say that i boarded above mentioned bus from chandigarh, and got a ticket of 525/-. On reaching jalandhar, i asked bus conductor to give me balance amount. "he used very bad language and passed vulgar remarks. Moreover he started mocking of me with other passengers. This irk my sentiments in the presence of other passengers".
Please take stern action against bus conductor of such expensive travelling bus.

When me and my frnds reached at samrala chock to take the bus. A bus counder refused to accept student pass. He said buss pass student not sit.. Caan i know the reason sir...
Can we not paid for pass...???

Sir, there is no proper bus timings from ferozepur to fazilka. If one day a bus is arriving at 5:00pm then the very next day same will arrive at 6:30. There is also no private service on same route. So public is suffering it daily for so long. After coming back from offices we have to wait daily atleast 1 hr and that is so critical for ladies. Please resolve the issue at earliest.
