Bus no was pb65 aa 8646 i ws trvling in this bus by 12pm to 1:40pm chandigarh to ludhiana today 19th oct 2017 nd i hv complaint against bus conductor who ws miss bhaving with pssengers he was so rude to evryone plzz its request jst teach him how to talk with pssengers even there ws lots of bus stops whr usualy buses stop bt he didnt he jst ruling by his own

Till now i have not received my refund back.

Dear sir /madam

I am from village mamdot, distt ferozepur, punjab (152023). Here in this complaint i am talking about village bus service of roadways and also talk about their behaviour..

So i am a employee and i goes daily to my work from my village mamdot to ferozepur at 8:05 am by punjab roadways bus/punbus but from past few days punjab roadways bus driver and conductor are not coming due to which many employees...

I booked Tickets From Chandigarh To Delhi on 16-Jun-2017 for 3 passengers for Which I Paid Rs. 1767. (PNR-PNR:[protected] Booked at 12.30 Pm.
But due to sudden Change In plan I Cancelled the ticket after 1 hour(Time of Cancellation - 1.30 Pm) & as per their policy for Cancellation made before 4-8 Hours before the Journey Time, Only 20rs per ticket to be deducted.
But I Had not received any refund from them.

Hello sir... We all know that government providing us a great facilities and we are thankful for that but i m not satisfied with the people working under the government in a roadways buses. They people always treat badly with those having the bus passes... Why?? Are they have any right to behave like this?

Please note i have picked a pun bus no pb 06v 7029 from isbt kashmiri gate, new delhi at 4.40pm on 9.07.2017 (Sunday) for karnal.

When i gave amt rs 115/- as a fair for karnal, conductor refused to give the ticket and said that we can't pick the local passanger for karnal and forced me to get down from the bus. although 15 to 20% seats were empty.

I asked driver to drive smoothly but the conductor started arguing and spoke in abusive language. With due respect i beg to say that i boarded above mentioned bus from chandigarh, and got a ticket of 525/-. On reaching jalandhar, i asked bus conductor to give me balance amount. "he used very bad language and passed vulgar remarks. Moreover he started mocking of me with other passengers. This irk my sentiments in the presence of other passengers".
Please take stern action against bus conductor of such expensive travelling...

When me and my frnds reached at samrala chock to take the bus. A bus counder refused to accept student pass. He said buss pass student not sit.. Caan i know the reason sir...

Sir, there is no proper bus timings from ferozepur to fazilka. If one day a bus is arriving at 5:00pm then the very next day same will arrive at 6:30. There is also no private service on same route. So public is suffering it daily for so long. After coming back from offices we have to wait daily atleast 1 hr and that is so critical for ladies. Please resolve the issue at earliest....

A Horrible incident... I was traveling from Chandigarh to Amritsar. Firstly i took punbus from 43 sector it was an ordinary bus after reaching at jalandhar, due to 40°c i thought to take punbus that has AC in it, It was really horrible experience, bus condition was pathetic even paid 30-40 more for the AC service yet ac was not working. After that we complaint the conductor then he said this is like this only and i asked for the refund and...

The driver of this bus is very unprofessional and overspeeding. There are about 20 passengers in the bus right now and he is risking the life of all the passengers.

From my trip from jalandhar to moga, he was about to hit the other vehicles thrice. Doing wrong n risky overtakes. Don't know how he cleared the driving test.

Its a kind request to the authorities to take some action against such risky drivers.br...

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

This is inform you that I boarded volvo from Sec 43 chandigarh to Amritsar on Friday morning, 21st April 2017 and bought tickets around 7:45 AM. The person who was giving ticket was really bad. I am new here and he miss guided me that no other low fair bus goes from there, immediately after taking ticket when I came to know that another bus also goes from there at lower fare. I insisted him for refund, he refused...

Punbus volvo has no timings for its destination and even though paying so much charges for volvo.. We are not getting any A/c services as well as no television services.
This bus don't run as per the scheduled timings.
Moreover driver and conductor both are least concerned about this issue.
A quick action is required to be taken against it. This is the worst bus i am traveling in....

In shivpuri chowk, Ludhiana, almost all your buses stops before new flyover. You bus number pb 46m- 9128 did not stop. Even in Jalandhar they bowed police officer not to proceed for for an 4-3 2017 criminal traffic activity at PPA. Your staff for this bus is very rude including sardar driver and conductor
Please provide me complain number for this.

I wanted to complain about the PunBus driver who didn't stopped the bus on the requested stop. We requested him to stop the bus more than three times but then also he didn't stopped the bus and keep going.

We took the bus from Beas on 28 Feb 2017, Tuesday to Pathankot bypass Jalandhar.

But he didn't dropped us there and keep driving till...
