i have work moga city. there no bus service have after 8:30pm.private sarvice have but he behave is not good and also rush in bus.i m not also problem her more employ and human face this problem..sooo please recolve my problem
gov provide bus sarvice...as soon as posibale

I was travelling from Garhdiwala to Randhawa.fare amount rs. Ten were charged. But tickect was not issued by Rohit conductor of bus. He did it pursosely.on demanding he jeared at me. Bus no. Pb 03 AF 8803.

Sir I had come from Ludhiana to sirhind on[protected]. On punbus departure from Ludhiana at 6.50 pm appx. But the conductor didn't stop at sirhind.and left me on over bridge.sirhind is a very sacred place for us.and every bus has a stoppage
Conductor is busy with gossiping a Lady in a front seat.

I travel from Amritsar to Beas PUNBUS no PB11 bk 7417 Jalandhar depot . I complain to bus driver is very roadly and ruff driving so I quit to travel. PUNBUS all passenger is during very scared

Access amt taken against ticket

I buy a ticket jalandhar to Tarn taran through Tarn taran deepo bus, actuall ticket amt is Rs 75 but from me recd rs 100 by conductor. Snaps attached

Respected sirPlease note down my complaint, since i am not registering my complaint for some compensation or else but taking note of a serious violation which could have resulted in loss of many lives anddamage to roadways property.I boarded punbus punjab roadways ticket no-024181 from delhi isbt for ludhiana at 14.52.50 hrson 13.07.2014 from delhi.The bus was bound to travel to moga via ludhiana from delhi.The busregistration number is PB 46 M 0195.Both the conductor and driver were turban bearing sikhpersons.Firstly conductor directly overcharged from me fare of 285 instead of 283.Not much heinous crime but they are used to.The journey from delhi ISBT till only halt at mandi gobindgarh bus stand was a smooth oneand driver of the bus drove the bus very responsibly till gobindgarh.But after having food at gobindgarh driver handed over the bus to the conductor.And as such driving of the conductorwas not at all smooth rather it was like any untrained person and he was applying sudden brakes from gobindgarh toon its way till ludhiana and neither he was aware of the timing when to accelerate or decelerate the bus.It was justpathetic and disgusting experience.The main incident happened just few meters before reaching sahnewal stoppage.Bus being driven by un trainedconductor he was about to pass over the front left Tyre of the bus on two person walking the the left of the road.Conductor was trying to overtake a speeding loaded truck from left and was not aware that 2 persons were walkingon left side of road.The 2 persons were on right track since they were on left side to road and walking on the passagenot concrete one in between road but on mud road in between.The conductor with god's grace averted the accidentsince what i believe he also had some kind of vision problem.Either he could have over passed or killed a personfor
no reason or we all passengers could have met with an accident with a
speeding truck to our extreme right.It was just a miraculous escape.Please
make it extreme duty of the driver not to handover the bus to
conductors who are not authorized to drive a big kind of HMV and even
they are not trained for that driving purpose.I feel conductor could be
into process for applying for driver in roadways may be he could not be
happy with just conductor ship.But taking a driving experience like this
andputting
at stake and risking the lives of so many passengers is not a wise
thing to project by any of the responsible roadways employee.Hope you will take a serious and responsible note of my concern during journeys with pun bus Punjab roadways.I thank you so much for showing patience while reading my complaint.Kind RegardsRamandeep Singh Aulakh[protected]
